Porky Pig Kim Ready To Attack US?

In order to create an EMP attack a nuclear weapon must be detonated a couple hundred miles above the target. Kim has been having trouble with his delivery systems. Until he gets his rockets to fly more than a few miles he probably won’t be putting a nuke at the top of one. He doesn’t have an unlimited supply of them.
