University of Arizona Hires Social Justice Advocates to Enforce Political Correctness and Rat Out Thought Criminals

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

No totalitarian system can function without paid ratfinks who inform on thought criminals. That’s why University of Arizona has been hiring “Social Justice Advocates”:

The Social Justice Advocates (SJA) Position is one that is grounded in the multicultural competency framework and allows student staff to gain the awareness, knowledge, and skills necessary to work effectively with students and residents across cultures and identities. …

The position also aims to increase understanding of one’s own self through critical reflection of power and privilege, identity and intersectionality, systems of socialization, cultural competency and allyship as they pertain to the acknowledgement, understanding and acceptance of differences.

That is, candidates must be fluent in moonbat duckspeak.

Finally, this position intends to increase a student staff member’s ability to openly lead conversations, discuss differences and confront diversely insensitive behavior.

Confronting “diversely insensitive” (i.e., ideologically noncompliant) behavior is where the silliness gets scary. Among the job expectations:

Report any bias incidents or claims to appropriate Residence Life staff.

That should make it a busy job, considering the constantly expanding realm of innocuous behavior that qualifies as “microaggression,” as well as the profusion of Samantha Wells types, many of whom no doubt applied for this position.

The effect of this moonbattery on the quality of education becomes obvious under the heading “Application Information”:

Please apply through Wildcat JobLink (search #797824). You will be asked to submit a resume and writing sample (2-3 paragraphs) addressing the following topic: “How has Social Justice issues impacted your life?”

Applicants don’t have to worry much about grammar while describing how these issues has impacted their lives. After all, grammar is racist.

An Orwellian dystopia.
