Britain ‘so worried about Jihadis in Ireland they have sent MI5 agents to monitor them’

Think of all the resources that are poured into trying to stop jihad attacks. The personnel. The money. The weaponry. The security and intelligence apparatuses. Billions and billions of dollars spent, much of it needlessly: if Western countries simply identified the source of the problem, they could deal with it much effectively. Instead, they keep importing more Muslims, among whom will inevitably be unknowable numbers of jihadis.

Britain is so worried about Jihadi extremists here in Ireland that they have sent MI5 agents to monitor them, according to a report.

The UK’s domestic intelligence agency have spies deployed in Ireland to watch any extremists in the country.

Ireland is seen as a soft back door into the UK and for terrorists by Britain, according to the Irish Star.

They also believe that Ireland is not taking the threat from extremists seriously enough.

A source told the Star: “Ireland is a major area of concern for the British there is no doubt about that.

“They are here specifically to watch jihadis.

“They are here because they think we are a weak link in terms of their security.

“They want to know about potential threats to the UK from extremists living here.”

Britain are also concerned about the ease in which people can travel from Ireland into the UK.

A source said: “The British think our security here is too lax and MI5 are here to try and spot any problems in Dublin before they get to England.”…
