Ten-Year-Old Girl Raped in Bathroom by Man Who Identifies as a Woman

As leftists love to remind us, you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs. There is bound to be collateral damage in the Bathroom Wars. From Wyoming:

The jury trial for a Casper resident charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl began Monday.

The defendant Miguel Martinez is charged with sexual abuse of a minor in both the first and second degrees.

Martinez’s public defender, Tracy Hucke, said at a previous hearing that her client identifies as a woman and uses the name Michelle.

The 10-year-old’s mother reported to Casper police in March that her daughter said Martinez sexually assaulted her in a bathroom.

The assault involved penetration. It left abrasions.

What a terrifying experience for the girl. Just looking at this guy’s mugshot is enough to give you bad dreams.

Harvey Milk molested troubled teenage boys, and the U.S. Postal Service put his face on stamps. The U.S. Navy is naming a ship after him. Maybe they will do the same one day for sexual pioneer Miguel Martinez.
