Australia: Muslim gives ISIS one-finger salute as he’s jailed for plotting jihad massacre – after refusing to stand for a judge

Here’s the thing: Sulayman Khalid plotted the mass murder of non-Muslims in Australia. He refused to stand for a judge, which showed that he doesn’t have any respect for Australian law, but only for Islamic law. He gave the ISIS one-finger salute, favored by jihadis the world over (and Linda Sarsour), as he was led away to prison. It’s good that he is going to prison, but he only got 22 years.

22 years. He is 22 years old now. So when he gets out, he will be 44, and probably he will be sprung much earlier than that. While he is in prison, he will be given a Quran, which will be treated with the utmost respect by prison officials, and he will be allowed to pray with other Muslims and spread dawah among the non-Muslim prisoners. Nothing will be done to change his mind, or to show him that violent jihad against Australian non-Muslims, and non-Muslims anywhere, is wrong.

Then he will get out, and by that time he will be a tested, hardened, dedicated jihadist, even more than he is now. What will he do then? Do Australian officials really believe that he will become a productive, loyal member of Australian society?

And even worse, there are so very many others like him. The future that authorities all over the free world are preparing for our children and children’s children is a bloody nightmare.

“Throw away the key: Islamic terrorist, 22, gives the ISIS salute as he and four others are jailed for plotting ‘violent jihad’ in Australia – after they refused to stand for a judge,” Daily Mail Australia, November 3, 2017:

One of the five ISIS-inspired terrorists who plotted attacks on Australian soil gave the Islamic State one-fingered solute as he was sentenced to 22 years behind bars.

Supporters broke down in tears as Justice Geoffrey Bellew jailed four young men and a teenager in a NSW Supreme Court on Friday.

Sulayman Khalid, 22, Jibryl Almaouie, 24, and the teen previously pleaded guilty to conspiring to do acts in preparation for a terrorist act to advance ‘violent jihad’ in late 2014.

Co-offenders Mohamed Almaouie, 22, and Farhad Said, 25, also pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of knowingly making a document likely to facilitate a terrorist act.

The attack plot involved killing police officers and targeting government buildings in Sydney.

Khalid was sentenced to 22 years and six months with a non-parole period of 16 years and nine months.

He made the one-fingered ISIS salute as he was led to the docks. His sister shouted ‘Sulayman, I love you’ and his father said ‘stay strong.’

Jibryl Almaouie was sentenced to 18 years and six months in jail with a non-parole period of 14 years and two months.

The teenager was jailed for 13 years and six months with a non-parole period of 10 years and one month.

Mohamed Almaouie was sentenced to nine years’ jail with a non-parole period of six years and nine months.

Said was jailed for nine years and six months with a non-parole period of seven years and one month.

The court was previously shown a video recorded by Khalid in which he called on secret services around the world to convert to Islam in a 20 minute rant.

‘Islam is spread by the swords. How can a religion spread without using the swords?’ Khalid can be seen saying in a clip shown by Seven News.

‘I would like to forward a message to the secret services of our time – MI5, MI6, MI7, FBI, CIA, ASIO and the rest of the secret services in each one of the countries,’ he said.

‘Accept Islam as your salvation because I swear to you… that a day will come when it will be too late,’ he says.

‘On the day of judgement you will be saying I wish I was made out of dust. You will be put in your black hole, you will be put in your grave.’

Khalid appeared on SBS’ Insight program in 2014 on an episode called ‘Joining The Fight’ when he was 20 years old.

‘ISIS – they do not want to bring anything but justice,’ Khalid said on the program….
