Pakistan: Mentally incapacitated Christian charged with “blasphemy,” brutally tortured by police

I received this disturbing information from the brother of Nadeem Samson, a Pakistani Christian who has been brutally tortured for “blasphemy.” If the enemedia narrative were true, moderate Muslims all over Pakistan would be racing to defend Nadeem Samson, and standing with him against these false blasphemy charges. Where is the Moderate Muslim movement, either in Pakistan or anywhere else?

At any rate, Europeans and Americans can expect these kinds of arrests and prosecutions in the future, and sooner than most people think. It’s why Western elites and enemedia sharia advocates blamed us when jihadists tried to kill us all in Garland, Texas. It’s why the FBI did nothing to stop it. Because the laws that are being used to persecute Nadeem Samson are the same laws that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation is trying to intimidate the West into adopting, and that so many Westerners are willing to accept voluntarily in exchange for a false sense of security.

Nadeem Samson needs our help. Please publicize his plight on any platform you have. The more attention we call to these human rights abuses, the better chance we have of getting the perpetrators to stop, and give justice to people such as Nadeem Samson and so many others like him.

Here is an urgent appeal from the victim’s brother:

“APPEAL FOR URGENT HELP REGARDING, THE BIGGEST AND SHOCKING BLASPHEMY CASE IN THE HISTORY OF PAKISTAN, WORSE THAN ASIA BIBI’S CASE.”

CASE # 123 , Dated : Nov 24^th,2017 with 3 Blasphemy and other 12 sections 3/4 ,11/13 ,14/16 ,20,419,420,468,471,109, 295A ,295C, 298A at Police Station FIA ,Cyber Crime, Lahore .Pakistan.

It is submitted that NADEEM SAMSON, mentally abnormal and unfit, single man of 44 years old, was picked up illegally by Police, on Nov 24^th,2017 and transferred to unknown place for brutal physical torture. They beat him up at extreme and later lodged a report against him , for above said charges on Nov 25^th,2017.The Judicial Magisterate, section 30,District Courts, Lahore City ordered on Nov 27th,2017, to be sent on Jail ,but Nadeem again was detained and kept in torture cell for two more days ,and sent to jail on Nov 29^th,2017 in critical situation,after forcefully acceptance statement for above said 15 charges.

Behind the Scene : This blasphemy case again was due to enmity and contention for property between Nadeem’s family and Abdul Haq (Goga), who once entered and took unfair charge of his uncle’s property at Christian Colony ,Shahadara Lahore, requesting that family, he was converted Christian, as he spoke against Islam and expressed his bad feelings for Islam. Abdul Huq (Goga ) he took refuge in their home and later he was found Converted-Muslim-back and worked as Police informer.

Nadeem once offered Abdul Haq (Goga ) to pay present cost of property and tried to get back that property. But Abdul Huq (Goga ) once found Nadeem’s ID card copy and bought a sim card by his name and continued insulted Islam and their prophet through Facebook .Later, he made himself a conspiracy against Nadeem ,with the help of Police and after kidnapping,they burnt his all stuff at home and charged Nadeem with Blasphemy sections. Police looking for his brother Michael Javed and family now ,for no reason. Pakistani Government ,Minority Leaders and Media is still silent.

IMMIDIATE STEPS:

ALL GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES, INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSIONS,HUMANITARIAN SOCIETIES,NGOs AND CIVIL SOCIETIES,SOCIAL ACTIVISTS AGAINST PERSECUTION AND INTERNATIONAL MEDIA,IT IS APPEALED ,THAT ALL EFFORTS SHOULD BE MADE TO RELEASE NADEEM SAMSON IMMIDIATELY FROM THE ICCHHRA JAIL,LAHORE AND RESCUE YOUNGER BROTHER MICHAEL HIS FAMILY ,ISSUING THEM ‘HUMANITARIAN VISAS ON URGENT BASIS,BY INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES,AS THEIR LIVES IN DANGER.

“Release demanded of mentally abnormal Christian man arrested on blasphemy,” Pakistan Christian Post, December 30, 2017:

Lahore: December 30, 2017. (PCP) The civil society activists have demanded release of arrested blasphemy accused Nadeem Samson on humanitarian ground as he is mentally ill.

A Christian man of age 44 years named Nadeem Samson was picked up illegally by Police on November 24, 2017, and transferred to unknown place where he was brutally tortured.

The Judicial Magistrate of section 30 of District Courts Lahore City ordered on November 27, 2017 of judicial custody of Nadeem Samson but he was remanded for two more days where again he was physically tortured but when his condition became critical he was transferred to jail.

Police charged Nadeem Samson in blasphemy case number 123, dated November 24, 2017, under charges of 3 Blasphemy and other 12 sections 3/4 ,11/13 ,14/16, 20, 419, 420, 468, 471,109, 295A ,295C, 298A at Police Station FIA, Cyber Crime, Lahore, Pakistan.
