Leftists Use Allegedly Threatened Species to Block Border Wall

If moonbats don’t impose their will because “racism,” they will do because some obscure insect or rodent has been declared to be endangered:

A lawsuit has been filed by the Center for Biological Diversity, environmental groups and the State of California against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

It outlines that the Quino checkerspot butterfly, Riverside fairy shrimp and the Pacific pocket mouse will be threatened if the border wall is built.

Not even moonbats are likely to believe that building a wall will make animals go extinct. But all they need to do is stall the project by requiring onerous environmental impact studies until Democrats are back in power, at which point the wall will be killed and demographic displacement can continue unimpeded. Finding a moonbat judge who shares their agenda should be child’s play.

Maybe they already have. The case is to be heard on Friday by U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel. Yeah, that Judge Curiel.

By the way, >99% of all species that have existed on earth are extinct. Life would go on without the Pacific pocket mouse (which was believed to be extinct in the 1990s), as it will have to at some point anyway, wall or no wall.

But the actual issue is the plan to make America’s core population extinct.
