The Islamic Lobby Takes Over Canada, and Patriots Are Now Being Silenced

On Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 10:49 pm, Mr. Robert Rivard (of St-Hubert, Longueuil) wrote the following comment in regards to a news report published on the ‘Québécois debout contre l’islam radical’ (‘Quebeckers standing up against radical Islam’) Facebook page: “Un bon bidon d’essence sur la guénille, pis tu y crisses le feu.” (“A good drum of gasoline on the rag, and you set it on fire.”). This comment was a reference to the Islamic veil: the hijab, the burqa, the niqab or the chādor.

The news report mentioned Hajar Jerroumi (shown wearing the hijab) of the Conseil musulman de Montréal (Muslim Council of Montreal), project officer at the Institut du Nouveau Monde (New World Institute) and Haroun Bouazzi, co-president of l’Association des Musulmans et des Arabes pour la Laïcité au Québec (the Association of Muslims and Arabs for Secularism in Quebec).

The following December 8th at 8:00 a.m., Mr. Rivard was arrested by 8 SPVM agents for death threats following a complaint filed by Mr. Bouazzi, and his computer (that he needed for work: he’s an illustrator) was seized. He was accused of threatening to murder both Ms. Jerroumi and Mr. Bouazzi. SPVM stands for Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal (City of Montreal Police Service).

Here are the Facebook statuses of Haroun Bouazzi regarding the arrest of Mr. Rivard and his “death threats”.

Mr. Rivard mentioned “guénille” (rag). It is logical to think he was referring to the Islamic veil (which he later confirmed), explaining his viewpoint vis-à-vis the veil in a stern manner without the idea of burning the people who wear it or their loved ones.

Nothing in his commentary showed the intent to kill Ms. Jerroumi and Mr. Bouazzi or have them killed.

Two weeks later, on December 22 around 6:45 p.m., Mr. Rivard was once again arrested after a false Facebook friend falsely accused him of being suicidal and intending to attack mosques based on Facebook posts Rivard had made. He was coming back from work and had just parked his car.

Mr. Rivard was subsequently arrested, taken to a Longueuil police station and driven (in cuffs) to the Pierre-Boucher hospital in Boucherville in order to be evaluated by a psychiatrist; he had to wait until 4:30 in the morning (Dec. 23) for that evaluation. He was then taken back to the same police station where he spent the rest of the night in a cell, on board with only a sheet and no pillow.

He was then, at 8:30 a.m., questioned by two Sûreté du Québec (SQ, Safety of Quebec) investigators. Apparently, Hector’s Hymn by Hammerfall is a “terrorist hymn”, and Glory to the Brave by the same band was a “sign of suicidal depression”. This is how those songs posted on Rivard’s Facebook profile in conjunction with comments made were perceived.

Following that interview, Rivard was, still in cuffs, taken to the Rivière-des-Prairies detention centre where he also had to spend the night. The prison wardens were quite insolent, and one of them even insulted him, throwing words around such as “rapist”, “paedophile”, etc. The following morning (Dec. 24), Rivard and other detainees were once again cuffed, but a big squarish block was placed between those cuffs, and it hurt! They were chained to the feet and only had a T-shirt on (no coats). They were then placed in a minuscule prison van, and it was cold! The truck broke down on the road, and the three detainees had to wait two hours in the cold (heater was not functioning) before another truck arrived.

They then headed to Montreal for their court appearance and were then brought back to Rivière-des-Prairies in a prison van in the late afternoon. They were then tossed to the street with only a one way bus ticket to go back to Montreal. And to add insult to the injury, the police stole the little money ($70 CAD) Rivard had on himself. He finally got back home at 10 p.m., just in time for Xmas.

During his ordeal, Rivard was strip searched about four or five times! In case you didn’t know, strip searches can be pretty invasive, with even genitalia and anuses being inspected: “Pull back your foreskin.” (for uncircumcised males), “Show more pink.” (for females), “Spread your buttcheeks.” It may sound gross, but that’s the reality of nude strip searches.

In early May 2017, Mr. Rivard was found guilty of death threats against Ms. Jerroumi and Mr. Bouazzi, and he was ordered to follow a number of conditions including maintaining a good conduct and steering clear of all social media.

As for his second trial over “Islamophobic” Facebook comments and “terrorism” charges (held on February 13, 2018), he lost it too! He first pled not guilty, but he had already paid $700 in lawyer fees + a surcharge or “surfine” of $150 + more than $1250 for the hearing.

Pleading guilty, he’d have had to go through a three-day trial, pay more and still risk a condemnation. He therefore, at the last minute, decided to change his plea to guilty, and so he was found!

Here are his conditions:

1 / a Not to disturb public order. b To maintain a good behaviour.

2 / Respond to court summons.

3 / Notify of change of address or name and quickly notify of changes in employment or occupation.

4 / Prohibition to make any reference to Muslims on social networks (all social media).

5 / Keep reporting to meetings with Dr. Claude Rivard, take prescribed medication and respect the dosage.

6 / Perform 100 hours of community service within 15 months from 2018-02-13 and comply with the terms and conditions. Report to the officer within 48 hours.

Failure to comply will result in immediate arrest and a sojourn in a detention centre.

You see! Not only was he once again found guilty, he is now forcefully medicated by Quebec law! What do you think? This is the current state of affairs in Quebec, and this is why some believe the Islamization of Quebec may unfold at a faster pace than that of France! Alarming enough!

Mr. Bouazzi purports to be in favour of secularism in Quebec, but is that so? He’s admittedly against the existence of Quebec-based anti-Islamization Facebook pages and websites, stated that “crazies” read them, and he did explicitly urge his readers to mass-flag and false-flag the Contre l’islamisation au Québec (Against Islamization in Quebec) and PEGIDA Quebec Facebook pages over two comments left by readers.

Bouazzi knows darn well that those pages aren’t responsible for comments left by readers. He’s also fully aware of the fact it is impossible for admins and editors to constantly, day and night, monitor all comments as soon as they are posted!

Both pages were, months later, permanently shut down for no valid reason. Though those groups still exist on Facebook, the original Contre l’islamisation au Québec page of over 22,500 members and the original PEGIDA Québec page of 18,563 members are no more.

Coraline LeMoyne, another representative of the Muslim community of Quebec, admin of the Salam Alaikom blog and Facebook page, an actual Muslim convert, is also admittedly against the existence of anti-Islamization pages and websites. Though she was pleased by the canning of that one PEGIDA Québec page, she complained about their alternate page (that was eventually shut down, and they had to open a third one) and any new anti-Islamization page. She believes that those who run those groups only intend to radicalize their followers and then wash their hands of it, and she does encourage her readers to flag such pages. So much for freedom of speech!

Yet, those people insist Quebeckers have nothing to worry about and there is no such thing as Islamization. Haroun Bouazzi went as far as saying that Sharia is not necessarily a bad thing, and that there are different types of Sharia.

A French Canadian patriot, Sylvain Gallant, was found guilty of hate mongering after filming a video critical of Islam near a mosque in which he said: “Are you going to let that happen? We are being invaded. I am at the end of my rope. You have to do something, Mr. the Mayor, Alexandre Cusson.”

Regarding which the judge, Marie-Josée Ménard, stated: “When confronted with words of overture (towards Islam), he cited verses of the Koran that allegedly promote violence.”

Judge Ménard also scorned him for making a link between Islam and Nazism and stating that Islam sanctions paedophilia and violence against women.

She added: “The debate has lasted long enough. I believe that the sentence should reflect the seriousness of the actions and deter recidivism.”, “The order is clear. You no longer have any personal account on any social network from the minute that follows.”

Mr. Gallant now has to meet with a probation officer and must steer clear of places of worship in Drummondville (a 500 metres restraining order). He also has to tell his probation officer about his Internet use; he’s banned from having any personal account on social media for three years!

All of that plus 200 hours of community service.

Samuel Huot was also found guilty of Islamophobic speech on Facebook, and Françoise Giroux, a 61-year-old woman from Sainte-Foy, Quebec, is now being accused of “inciting hatred against Muslims online”.

Now, just what did she write that warranted such an accusation? She was denounced by a former female co-worker. The supposed “hate comments” were written on a pro-Israel forum from April 12, 2016 to January 19, 2017.

As for the province of Ontario, the future doesn’t fare any better. Ezra Levant, journalist, writer and political activist, was sentenced to pay lawyer Khurram Awan $80,000 for labelling him an “anti-Semite”. Levant’s request for an appeal at the Supreme Court was denied, and he has no other choice but cough up the money. Awan was the youth division leader of a profoundly anti-Semitic group; leaders of that now-defunct group, the Canadian Islamic Congress, had publicly called for the murder of Jews and given their support to the Hamas and the Hezbollah.

Awan is now suing his neighbour, a 77-year-old lady for having “a large Christian cross” in her backyard. According to Awan, it’s a provocation against him and his wife, Ayesha Ahmed, “visible minorities” and “visible Muslims”… He wants $60,000 from her ON TOP of the $80,000 Levant now has to pay him.

A landlord, John Alabi, was fined $12,000 for entering his Muslim tenants’ apartment with his shoes on…

By Ontario law, landlords must advise Muslim tenants 24 hours before a visit. Those tenants, Walid Madkour and Heba Ismail, wanted one more notification—one hour before the visit!

The landlord, John Alabi, 52, texted them: “Welcome to Ontario, Canada”, so they understand the law in Ontario differs from the law in Quebec.

The landlord also shovelled snow outside his property. According to the tenants, texting “Welcome to Ontario, Canada” was racist (even though Alabi is an immigrant from Nigeria), and one of the tenants, the wife, called the cops because of the noise heard when Alabi was shovelling snow; she was apparently spooked by the noise…

The tenants were also upset when he entered their apartment (prayer space) without taking off his shoes.

Jo-Anne Pickel, abjudicator of the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, sided with the tenants. She subsequently fined the landloard—$12,000! Pickel later rejected his request for reconsideration. Mr. Alabi will appeal the case to the Ontario Divisional Court.

It’s now becoming clearer and clearer. The purpose of all those lawsuits and prosecution cases is to financially drain patriots to a point they can no longer say anything—the perfect way to silence them.

Motions against Islamophobia were adopted in Quebec (on a provincial level) and in Ottawa, Canada’s capital located in Ontario (on a federal level), conferring to Islam a status and level of protection no other religion or belief system has nationwide. As some noticed, Roman Catholicism was banished from the Parliament only to be replaced by Mahometanism.

And all those cases mentioned above will certainly be used to censor and tame any and all criticism of Islam deemed too harsh, even if true or factual, and blasphemy—of Islam—is becoming a crime. Any opinion that goes against the narrative set by the Sorosish Left and the Islamist lobby is now frown upon.

Is it too late to reverse the tide? I think not, but Quebeckers and other Canadians now have a serious choice to make. Not electing liberals and democrats is a good way to start. The Liberal Party is certainly not about liberation (Sharia law is the complete opposite of that), and are today’s Democrats truly about “giving the power to the people”?
