Navy to Resurrect Fleet to Protect the East Coast and North Atlantic From Russia

The U.S. Navy has reactivated a fleet responsible for overseeing the East Coast and North Atlantic – an escalation of the Pentagon’s focus on a resurgent Russia and its expanding military presence.
2nd Fleet, deactivated in 2011 to preserve funds for new ships, will resume operations in Norfolk, Virginia, on July 1, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson told reporters Friday.
“This is a dynamic response to the dynamic security environment,” Richardson said onboard the carrier George H.W. Bush. “So as we’ve seen this great power competition emerge, the Atlantic Ocean is as dynamic a theater as any and particular the North Atlantic, so as we consider high-end naval warfare, fighting in the Atlantic, that will be the 2nd Fleet’s responsibility.”
Navy officials had previously recommended reactivating the fleet as part of broader force structure reviews following last year’s deadly row of collisions among ships at the Japan-based 7th Fleet.
In a separate statement, Richardson invoked Defense Secretary Jim Mattis’ national defense strategy as key guidance to reestablish the fleet, which will extend halfway across the Atlantic until it meets the area of responsibility for Italy-based 7th Fleet.
Mattis’ framework, released in January, said “long-term strategic competitions” with Russia and China are the top Defense Department priorities as the Pentagon seeks to pivot away from brushfire counterinsurgencies that have consumed funding and exhausted resources since Sept. 11, 2001.
Defense officials and analysts have said those operations took attention away from modernizing the military, allowing Russia and China to close the technological gap with newer and deadlier weaponry.
In that time, Russia has occupied Crimea and Ukraine and provoked a host of hostilities against the West, including cyber attacks and interference in elections in Europe and the United States. That also includes an uptick of Russian submarines prowling for undersea telecommunications cables used by NATO.
The reactivation of 2nd Fleet signals the Navy’s desire to “operate more powerfully and credibly in the North Atlantic,” Bryan McGrath, a former destroyer commander and deputy director of the Center of American Seapower at the Hudson Institute, said Saturday.
One concern 2nd Fleet will immediately address: the threat from a now-modest number of Russian nuclear attack submarines capable of cruising in the depths off the East Coast, McGrath told The Washington Post.
Submarines like the nuclear-powered K-329 Severodvinsk are equipped with hypersonic anti-ship missiles and nuclear-capable missiles that can reach any city on the Eastern Seaboard within range, he said.
Russian submarines can also create a hazard of mines and anti-submarine missiles that would complicate a deployment in support of NATO allies, risking an escalation of tension with U.S. cities in range, he said.
Patrols will likely start soon after and involve manned and unmanned surface ships, attack submarines and air surveillance by P-8 Poseidon aircraft, a sub-hunting warplane.
McGrath also said having a likely three-star vice admiral at the fleet will improve coordination with NATO allies, particularly with Northern Europe and the United Kingdom.
2nd Fleet’s reactivation will free up the Navy’s Fleet Forces for its original mission to train and provide forces to commanders worldwide. It had previously assumed responsibility for the North Atlantic after the 2011 disestablishment.

Ships are nowadays not much more than sitting ducks in a shooting war, more a political statement than actual usefulness.
It’s like they believe their own fear porn. The whole thing is a lie. Who is camped out on who’s border, who placed sanctions on who. How do you expect the population of the world to believe the propaganda? There have been plans to invade ever since oligarchs did not get control of the resources of Russia. They plundered the rest of the the fallen USSR. They even got a foot hold in Russia but, they got owned. You can figure the rest and what the young in America are expected to die for. Oligarchs in the EU same story, cannon fodder for a few rich that will run if the fighting come as close as 500 miles. USA bastards have and are still running. Look like New Zealand is a very popular spot.
The fraud began in 1984. The scheme was in place when the banker and contractor embezzled and then stalled approval of the tenant. The formula goes like this:
1. Create a crisis for the business (embezzle from the construction loan, split between banker and contractor and stall approving the major tenant.) The major tenant would provide $11,000 per month of our $17,000 per month payment to the bank.
2. Our attorney violated his ethical code by advising our corporation to become ensnared in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy while conspiring with the bank’s and contractor’s attorneys. Once filed, the bankruptcy court was used as the tool of theft. (To this day, that attorney is in partnership with the contractor’s attorney.)
3. The attorneys and main players use the bankruptcy court to consolidate the debtor’s assets, taking all bank accounts, all properties, violating trusts and the corporate veil, and abusing all rules of the court and bankruptcy laws under the cover of fraud.
4. New attorneys are reluctant to involve themselves once the formula is in play. (No new attorney would touch this matter or stay on the case once they communicated with the bank’s attorneys.)
5. Complicit are the trustee, trustee’s attorney, and main players of the court who know how to use the formula.
6. Fraud is steadily perpetrated on the court, creating a paper record that, at first appearance, supports the takings. A closer look reveals the misinformation planted for strategic purposes.
7. The judiciary refuses to hear the issues fairly. They deny or dismiss at every appellate level so the facts can never be presented. The citizen gets no clear win or loss based upon fact and law. All records from the court are a fabricated sham of manipulated paperwork.
8. The formula also needs citizens: stooges who have assets and who believe that courts follow the law, that professionals follow ethical codes and canons, and that, but for some flaws causing injustices, the overall justice system works through perseverance. In good faith, these citizens provide the truth, hire the attorneys, pay the bills and fees, and slowly succumb to stress as they are accused, abused, and defeated by attorneys defying all ethics, laws, rules, canons, and common sense.
The subject building was under construction with a loan for $1,450,000 from the bank; $865,000 of the loan had been paid to the contractor per the contract at the time of the bankruptcy filing (not including the embezzlement.) The building had three MAI appraisals, each valuing it at more than $2,000,000 at the time of foreclosure. The bank took the building in foreclosure along with a parcel of adjoining land that was worth $100,000. They also unlawfully took $150,000 from our real estate company’s bank account that had no relationship to the subject property, and our children’s trust accounts. The sports bar, housed in the foreclosed building a going, profitable business was simply handed over to the contractor with no paperwork, for no financial consideration and with no accountability or record of transfer ever being recorded anywhere. He took the liquor and gaming licenses and put them in his name with the bank’s recommendation in a letter to the city bureau granting the licenses.
The bank then sold the building to the contractor in the following manner. He offered $1,100,000 for the property. The bank turned it down. He then offered $900,000 for the property. The bank turned it down. Next he offered $700,000 which the bank accepted, financed, and loaned him $100,000 for the down payment.
The bank’s attorneys appeared in the bankruptcy court, declaring that we owed a deficiency. This was a claim only. We asked for a hearing to present the evidence as to the values the bank had, in fact, been reimbursed, and as to what they were entitled by contract and law. There was no deficiency, and further, the entire job was bonded so there could be no such legitimate claim..
We were denied a deficiency hearing. The bank’s attorneys committed fraud on the court by claiming the bank was a creditor when it was not. Moreover, they committed fraud on the court by holding impromptu hearings creating paperwork that entered into the record easily-disprovable fraud. These hearings were called with no more than twenty-minutes notice to us. Absurd allegations went unchallenged and we, as citizens, were laughed at, lied about, and generally treated as sport. We did not know or have access to the rules of this game. We only had the laws of the nation and rules of court.
The judge told us that the Bankruptcy Court simply doesn’t have the resources to allow hearings or jury trials for debtors. So, after consulting a constitutional attorney and spending another ten years and $140,000 in attorney’s fees trying to do what we believed was our duty as citizens, we filed with the Court of Claims. If the court took our properties and needed to deny our right to be heard, then our estate fell to the Court of Claims for relief. The Court of Claims refused to hear the case, as did the Supreme Court.
Anthony G. Sousa, Esq. was the United States Trustee for Region 17 covering bankruptcy administration for the Northern and Eastern districts of California and the district of Nevada. He began to look into our case. I was terrorized to the depths of my soul when Sousa reported that he could no longer do his job as he had been confronted by federal officials who forced him to sign a letter of resignation and placed him under a gag order for five years. I knew enough of history to know that the fall of any culture usually starts with compromising its courts of law.
After two decades of looking for the judicial resource where our evidence can be presented, we ask a simple question.
Where do citizens turn for due process and their right to redress?
For more than twenty years, I have studied the dynamics of justice denied and its public health consequences. I have completed research that shows the public’s perceptions of the judicial system and the health danger of seeking justice in the face of rampant fraud on the court. The courts are less than useful for the citizens. The judicial system is toxic for its users. It is a public health menace, but there is some good news. The problem is easy to solve. You can and must be the ones to solve it.
Despite the pain and destruction to my family, we chose to subordinate our case to the social good. The economic, emotional, and physical devastation of business people and families such as ours must be addressed by lawmakers by forcing fraud out of our courts. IRS abuses were heard by the Congress with excellent results, and the same can be done regarding the court system. The intellectual waste and the economic burden dumped onto a community when businesses are willfully destroyed with no concern for employees, families and taxpayers, while the doors to justice are virtually slammed in the taxpayer’s face, cannot be measured in loss to our nation.
I have written a book, Overcoming the Devastation of Legal Abuse Syndrome. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have developed a treatment method for those struggling with frauds on the court and suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that I have termed “Legal Abuse Syndrome.” Due to this fraud, I treat a population of walking wounded and living dead citizens who were once healthy, vibrant, productive, contributing members of their communities until victimized by fraud on the court. Occasionally, I treat a superstar like Meryl Lanson whose strength of character, sharp intellect, moral clarity, and profound courage make her a leader in her area of expertise. Unfortunately, her expertise is fraud upon the bankruptcy court. However, when I see a citizen of her caliber step forward, I will support her efforts. I strongly urge you to do the same.
Public opinion clearly believes that the courts are too expensive, too burdensome, take too much time, and favor the wealthy and powerful.. However, if fraud on the court is addressed, the rest of the issues have a chance to be resolved using the litigation process as it was intended. My research has been conducted over ten years and dovetails with research from the American Bar Association and California Protective Parents Association statistics. Litigation is a public health crisis that in any other form would be required to carry a warning label. Litigation can be hazardous to your health.
Therefore, rather than a civilized forum for solving our problems, the judicial system is clearly broken, and we have the duty to fix it. I intend to leave a legacy of insight and solution to fraud on the court. My children deserve legislation that is tough and meaningful after being denied their rightful inheritance and the clear focus of their parents, whose energies were drawn to an insidious type of greed that compromises our courts.
Some “insiders” and powerful corporations limit themselves to profit motive at any cost. However, after thorough research, I can tell you that unchecked greed in the forum for justice creates a free-for-all that can not end up well. We can work together to fix it. Then the door will open for fair hearings that will provide an immediate and civilized solution to our conflicts without fraud on the court.

There are signs that the nuclear attack may have been Saudi Isrealian retaliation for the assassination of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the de facto ruler of Saudi Arabia. However, the fog of war is especially thick in the region now, so we will not know a lot of what is going on until the dust settles a bit more.

Now, the U.S. decision to withdraw its troops from Syria into Iraq is a sign to the Russians and their allies that the U.S. military will not defend Saudi Israelia from any Russian attack as long as U.S. control of oil resources in the region is not threatened, Pentagon sources say.

False images in the Barbara Bush funeral video

Hi Mr. Fulford,
I have been following your articles through Kauilapele’s blog. Thank you for such incredible journalism.
I took a few screen captures of images from ABC’s video of the Barbara Bush funeral video you referenced. As you can easily see in the clip you referenced (which are all stills), the Clintons are seated with Barbara Bush to the right in the row behind them. I believe it is Jimmy Carter seated two to the left of Bill. But according to the video, Carter didn’t attend the funeral.
This clip is obviously from another event a while ago, since Barbara Bush, Carter, and the Clintons look younger, HRC is wearing a different jacket/outfit in this clip than in other scenes of her seated in the chapel as well as in the group photo of her with Barack and Michelle Obama, Melania Trump, the Clintons, and the Bush family.
The tie Obama is wearing in the group photo is blue, while the color of this tie in the video is black or dark gray. Weird.
Below are other discrepancies with the casket….
In the overview shot of the chapel, there is no casket up front. Usually the casket would be there during the entire service.

Massive satanist offensive runs out of steam and counterattack begins

Also, computer experts at the Canadian Secret Intelligence Service say the widely published photograph of former presidents attending the Barbara Bush funeral say it is clearly a “badly made Photoshop fake.” The photo is now being systematically removed from corporate news sites but can be seen below.
For those who still think “seeing is believing” when it comes to videos and digital photographs, please take a look at the April 13th public presentation below, where Dr. Supasorn Suwajanakorn, a computer engineer employed by Google’s Brain division, showed fake videos he made of former president Barack Obama speaking.

Pentagon sources, for their part, say Donald Trump refused to attend the Barbara Bush funeral because of information he received after former aide to Bush-era Vice President Dick Cheney “flipped” and gave testimony against his former bosses in exchange for a pardon.

Are Jews being falsely blamed?

I have been receiving your newsletters from friends and associates for a few years now. I must admit I was amazed that you had the chance to interview David Rockefeller, a man who rarely if ever speaks with any person outside the world he lives in. Obviously you have something going on and many, as you know, were very suspicious when you got that talk, and felt that you are simply a plant and working for the Cabal and still do.
The purpose of this communication is to tell you that although some of your information is excellent and bang on, some of it is so left-field I sort of scratch my head reading or listening to it.
I am Jewish and orthodox 35 years, have lived in Israel, and have read the Torah (the actual script of God) 22 times from cover to cover.
I am also heavily involved in the Jewish religious world and know all of it well. When you say that the Chabad religious community is trying to start World War3, I am just confounded. You do make a distinction later between the religious Jewish community and this other group, but I must tell you that, for example, this idea that each Jew will have 2,800 slaves at their disposal is 100% complete nonsense and nowhere in any place does scripture speak of this. There are some references to the Gentile people serving the Jewish nation after the final redemption, but this will be after the force of evil is permanently removed from the world.
For the record, the Torah is the only text in humanity’s possession that has God speaking directly to humanity in the FIRST PERSON, providing a full disclosure of how the universe was created, what happened with the first man and woman and the aftermath, a complete history of what has transpired since, a complete moral and ethical code of what God expects from us, and of course much information about the end of history which we are now approaching.
My concern is that there are millions of people who as you know are looking for someone to blame for all their misery. The information you are producing, some of which, as stated, is completely not true, is pouring gasoline on a fire, and of course who do you think will be blamed for all the misery that is approaching?
Do not misunderstand me, I am not whitewashing the Jewish people and we both know that some of the worst people in history have been Jews, but I ask that you be very careful about this. The exact thing happened in Nazi Germany and 6 million were incinerated.
I have met two grand master Masons in my life who admitted to me privately that the Jews are intentionally allowed to gain high-level positions just before the Establishment pulls the plug on a system they want to change. Sadly, it’s happening all over again now.
The good news is that it’s going to end and God promises there will be divine intervention in a manner in which all nations will perceive God. After this, God will remove the power of evil and destroy it forever; there will be a resurrection of the dead and a final judgment. Everyone on earth will be judged.
The Torah provides us with many signs as to how we would know the end of history is coming. All those signs exist today. Are you ready for the greatest show on Earth?

First of all, I want to make it clear that I have Jewish ancestors on both my mother’s and father’s side of the family. I strongly believe I am fighting against the very same people who engineered the mass murder of Jews in World War 2.
My religious belief is that we did not create ourselves but were created by something else, therefore there must be a Creator. The best way to respect the Creator is to respect the creation—in other words, to respect nature and other people.
As a journalist, my job is to get information directly via my Creator-given senses from the actual creation itself. In other words, I rely on primary sources for my information and if it comes from secondary sources, I make that clear.
As far as Chabad is concerned, I am sure there are many good and devout people associated with that organization.
However, it is a fact, and I have recordings to prove it, that I was offered the job of finance minister of Japan and great wealth if I went along with a plan to kill 90% of humanity and enslave the rest. They said they would do this through disease and starvation, “because war did not kill enough people.” The person who made this offer was sent by former Japanese finance minister Heizo Takenaka. This person told me the offer came from “the Elders of Zion.” I have this on tape.
Since that offer was made, the regime of George Bush Jr. actively manufactured and spread biological weapons like ebola, SARS, weaponized bird influenza, etc. This can be proven in a court of law.
Furthermore, massive subsidies were issued during the Bush regime to induce farmers to grow “bio-ethanol” instead of food, resulting in food crises in 33 countries. This too is fact taken from the creation.
On a final note, the satan-worshipping pseudo-Jew Benjamin Netanyahu has been recorded on March 12, 2011 as threatening to use weapons of mass destruction to kill the 40 million people living in the Kanto Plain of Japan unless Japan signed over the rights to all foreign currency the country possessed. Japanese military intelligence has the recording.
What I want to make clear is that the people behind this very real plot to create an artificial Armageddon are not Jews; they worship Set, Ba’al, Satan, etc. They pretend to be Christian (like the Bush family), Muslim (like the Saudi Royals), and Jews (like Netanyahu), but they are not.
Our group is trying to remove them from all positions of power and expose the truth about these mass-murdering hypocrites to the world at large so they will never succeed in their fiendish plans.
