Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham last night revealed a report on the FBI’s handling of the Russia investigation will be released next month.

‘It will be December 9th, you’ll get the report,’ Graham told Fox News, ‘That’s locked.’

Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report is focused on allegations of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) abuse during the 2016 election.

Horowitz is probing whether proper procedure was followed in obtaining a FISA warrant to surveil Trump campaign advisor Carter Page, and how British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s ‘dirty dossier’ became key FBI evidence.

Over the weekend, Republican congressman John Ratcliffe claimed the report would expose Justice Department wrongdoing.

‘We know this – the report is supposedly 500 pages. It doesn’t take an inspector general 500 pages to say that everything was done correctly and properly,’ Ratcliffe said during an interview on Fox News on Sunday. ‘The IG report is going to find that there were problems.’

The IG report is currently undergoing a final review ahead of its public release.

Horowitz told Congress in a letter last month that he did not expect a lengthy review period and that he intended to make as much of the report public as possible, with minimal redaction.

Graham also told Hannity that he had asked Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to release transcripts of three phone calls between then-Vice President Joe Biden and the Ukrainian President Petro Proshenko.

Graham said they were contemporaneous with the time that a Ukrainian prosecutor – who went after gas company Burisma – was fired.

Burisma, run by ‘the dirtiest guy in Ukraine’ Graham said, is the company on which Hunter Biden served on the board of directors.

‘I want to know are there any transcripts or readouts of the phone calls between the vice president and the president of Ukraine in February [2016] after the raid on the gas company president’s house,’ Graham told Fox.

‘After this raid, Hunter Biden kicks in. Hunter Biden’s business partner meets with [then-Secretary of State] John Kerry, and Vice President Biden on three occasions makes a phone call to the president of Ukraine and goes over there in March and they fire the guy, and this is the same man that the ambassador wanted investigated in 2015.’
