Trans-aged Trance of Leftist Sink Tank

No matter how neatened, political agendas  akin to “defund the police” https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/07/21/ocasio-cortez-introducing-bill-to-have-feds-identify-themselves-u-s-should-not-have-secret-police/  additionally degraded the image of  left-wing parties, and no matter how romanticized by the mainstream media, massive tantrums of left –leaning mobs likened them to a delinquent subculture all the more.

 It is widely known that social groups are magnets for teenagers (of all ages…) because they offer a ready set of behavioral guidelines. For an adolescent in quest of own identity, and for a Peter Pan who just wants to have fun “belonging”, a menu of directives on how to act, think and dress promises an intellectually lazy, subcultural “TV dinner ”. Ruled by own system of norms and values, an “alternative society” provides a soothing absolution for otherwise morally reprehensible acts, and a ready-mix of ignorantly re-cycled ideologies serves to ordain violence.

Milton H. Erickson known as “the father of modern hypnotherapy” considered that (The wisdom of Milton H. Erickson, p. 72) our unconscious mind is a sum of life-time learnings which even if forgotten still serve us in our automatic functioning.  According to Erickson: “Trance is a natural everyday experience.” Well, it looks like American Left is in a profound trans-aged trance.

Quoting with all due sarcasm: Yep, we should just “fix society” and “go for full equality and remove all dates on birth certificates”. “Fixing” history through demolition of monuments should be child´s play too.

 Eric Berne, the creator of the theoryhttp://www.ericberne.com/transactional-analysis/  of Transactional Analysis considered that understanding of one´s behavior lies in analysis of interactions between individuals. Moreover, the psychiatrist believed that the ego states of the communicator in every transaction must be identified as Parent (taught concept), Adult (learned concept), or Child (felt concept). Berne described an ego state as “a consistent pattern of feeling and experience directly related to a corresponding consistent pattern of behavior”.
