Judicial Watch Sues for 911 Call, Arrest Reports in Laken Riley’s Murder

Judicial Watch announced today it filed a Georgia Open Records Act lawsuit against the University of Georgia Police Department for audio of any 911 call about nursing student Laken Riley who was assaulted and murdered, allegedly by illegal alien Jose Antonio Ibarra on the university campus. The lawsuit also demands the initial arrest report of Ibarra for the February 22, 2024, murder of Riley

Judicial Watch: Federal Judges Rescind Discriminatory Court Orders

“This is a remarkable victory for judicial ethics, accountability, and transparency. The courts did the right thing in acknowledging and correcting their mistakes in a public way. We are hopeful that this quick and decisive result sends a signal to any other courts to end any ‘woke’ policies that perpetuate discrimination and undermine confidence in the fair administration of justice,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Judicial Watch Moves to Reopen Biden Senate Records Lawsuit – Special Counsel Report Suggests University of Delaware Misled Courts

Judicial Watch announced recently that it and the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) petitioned the Superior Court of the State of Delaware to reopen their case for the release of Joe Biden’s Senate records kept at the University of Delaware in light of the findings of Special Counsel Robert Hur that contradict representations made under oath made by the University of Delaware that no taxpayer money was used to process Biden’s records.

200,000 Deportation Cases Dismissed after DHS Fails to File Paperwork with Immigration Courts

In the latest border-related security lapse to rock the Biden administration, hundreds of thousands of deportation cases have been thrown out by immigration judges because the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), created after 9/11 to prevent another terrorist attack and ensure the country is safe, failed to file the required Notice to Appear (NTA) with the court. Without a proper filing from the feds, courts lack authority to hear immigration cases, which in the last few years have often involved enormous amounts of illegal aliens seeking asylum.

Judicial Watch Sues for Government Emails from Private Accounts of Top Justice Official

In June 2023, Judicial Watch received FOIA records from the Justice Department that showed top officials of its National Security Division discussing the political implications of former President Trump allowing CNN to use closed-circuit TV footage of the raid on his Mar-a-Lago home, including an email exchange in which Principal Deputy Associate Attorney General Marshall Miller appears to forward information to Monaco’s personal account.

Venezuelan Gang Entering U.S. via Mexico “Will Unleash an Unprecedented Reign of Terror”

Judicial Watch

Among the myriad of detrimental impacts that come with President Joe Biden’s reprehensible open border policies is the infiltration of Venezuela’s largest criminal gang, which has battered American cities with its trademark of gruesome crimes. The syndicate is called Tren de Aragua and it is operating throughout the U.S., according to both local and federal law enforcement officials. Last month a Georgia nursing student was brutally murdered by a member of the gang, 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra, who entered the country illegally through the Mexican border in the fall of 2022 and was released into the U.S. despite appearing on a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) list as a member of the deadly gang.
