Congress, Like the Sneaky Pedo Uncle of the Family, Slips CISA (CISPA) Into Law in the Dead of the Night

CISA (CISPA) is now the law of the land.

Your sneaky uncles in congress snuck into your bedroom the other night and planted their fascist seed into the futures of your children. Then sneakier ObamaGod took his turn, signed it into law and ran away into the night zipping up his pants to go party with his Big Business friends in Hawaii.

Yeah, it’s a nasty metaphor, but an even nastier reality.

Big Business has been pushing for CISPA for years. Back in early 2013, they killed Aaron Swartz to make sure he wouldn’t be around to lead the charge against it like he did the first time the public will killed the fascist wet dream of theirs. That’s because CISPA (now CISA) hands over complete control of your internet, email and phone information (“internet of everything“, remember) and everything else really,  to Big Business allowing them to do with it as they see fit and leaving you with absolutely no recourse whatsoever.

In all, with the aligned companies that make up the various Roundtables and alliances, there are 800 corporations that support the passage of CISPA…

April 15th, 2013… right before this whole thing kicked off and Glenn Greenwald was contacted by Edward Snowden, 200 senior IBM executives hit D.C. like a plague of locusts to push them to pass the new CISPA bill.

“The message we’re going to give [lawmakers] is going to be a very simple, clear message: support the passage of CISPA,” he later added. The Hill

If you think it was a bad idea to allow a handful of NSA techies access to your metadata, CISA provides all your data to a hundred thousand faceless corporate ladder climbers to do with as they see fit just so long as they have a “good faith belief” that you might be up to no good.

How’s that for “CHANGE”?

It’s name forever tarnished with the knowledge that is was pure fascism, CISPA was reborn as CISA so the congress critters might be able to vote for it before anyone noticed they were the same bill. That didn’t work, thanks to the internet, and CISA met with resistance from law makers unwilling to sign their own pink slips by voting for it.

Earlier this year, the “Snowden” psyop successfully provided the pretext for the passage of the “USA Freedom Act”, written by the same guy who wrote the Patriot Act.

That law allows for companies to be paid by the government to collect everything you generate electronically, including both metadata as well as content (emails, texts, phone calls… everything) and then to process it looking for patterns and basically making determinations about you based on what they collect.

CISA takes it all one step further by providing immunity for the Big Telecom companies from any kind of prosecution and allows them to share information (or sell it) to anyone willing to buy it (other companies or, say, the Mossad, for example)

It also allows for them to take matters into their own hands in terms of handling what they consider to be threats you (or your opinion) might pose to “national interests” like Monsanto or Disney for example.

“And the latest version actually chips away even further at the remaining personal information protections that privacy advocates had fought for in the version of the bill that passed the Senate…so that companies hand information directly to law enforcement and intelligence agencies instead of to the Department of Homeland Security. And it also changes when information shared for cybersecurity reasons can be used for law enforcement investigations. The earlier bill had only allowed that backchannel use of the data for law enforcement in cases of “imminent threats,” while the new bill requires just a “specific threat,” potentially allowing the search of the data for any specific terms regardless of timeliness.” Wired

They can either shut you down, turn off your computer for good, or, in extreme cases, send some samples of your work (or some they make up themselves) to your local law enforcement officials and have you rounded-up and arrested.

Imagine how much BP wishes CISA was the law of the land back when they spilled all that oil in the Gulf.

Now you understand why 800 major companies demanded CISPA (CISA) back in 2013 and why they spent so much money lobbying for it.

Three days ago the “outsider” Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, slipped a new version of CISA into the 1.1 trillion dollar omnibus government spending bill. Yesterday in a late night session, the House passed it so they ran it over to the Senate who was waiting for it and they passed it in about an hour. A 2,000 page bill.

President Peace Prize who had promised to veto CISPA (CISA) signed it into law last night and then rushed off for his Christmas vacation in Hawaii.

Those 800 companies finally got their money’s worth.

Recent developments do not bode well for our open internet or our open society for that matter.

After the “Freedom Act” was signed into law and clearly in anticipation of the passage of CISA, Microsoft has been pushing Windows 10 upgrades for free on everyone using Bill Gates’ operating system on their computers. In fact it’s almost impossible to buy a new computer aside from Apple without Windows 10 being pre-installed on it.

Giving away free operating systems might at first seem like an odd business practice for the trillion dollar CIA created company to implement. You might think that until you take a slightly closer look at the end user agreement you are forced to agree to when you install it.

“One of Windows 10’s leaps, unfortunately, is straight into your personal data…. By default, Windows 10 gives itself the right to pass loads of your data to Microsoft’s servers (and Big Business that wants to buy it), use your bandwidth for Microsoft’s own purposes, and profile your Windows usage…

The problems start with Microsoft’s ominous privacy policy, which is now included in the Windows 10 end-user license agreement so that it applies to everything you do on a Windows PC, not just online.

end-user agreement reads: “Finally, we will access, disclose and preserve personal data, including your content (such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders), when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary.” –  from Slate

Slate goes on to say only “conspiracy theorists” would read anything nefarious into this statement. They think it’s just ‘sloppy wording” as if the scores of high priced lawyers who Microsoft employs to craft such language are ‘sloppy’

For all the arguments and “discussions” we had since Big Business and the CIA gave us “Edward Snowden”, here we have all of the accumulated nightmares of all the anti-NSA side written out in a single sentence from Big Business’s own flagship company, Microsoft.

Everything is in it. They take and collect your content (not just meta data), they sell it, they store it, they profile you based on it and they view everything you do with that computer as being fair game to them, not just what happens online. But everything.

And what pray-tell is the process for this intrusion into your privacy? A court order like it used to be?

No. All Microsoft needs is to have a “good faith belief” that you are up to no good and they can do WTF they want to you.

They are given immunity from lawsuits and prosecution for what they do, what they take, how they harm you. And in fact, some say Microsoft goes so far as to claim they can do anything they want with your content because essentially, it belongs to them.

You see how CISPA is already being worked into the equation?

Here’s another example. Remember this:

Yes. The ultimate fake “outsider” candidate, Donald Trump, making ready his fan base for the Bill Gates/Microsoft purge of the internet on behalf of puppies, babies and mom’s apple pie because someone at Facebook (also CIA) made up a lie about some patsies pledging their loyalty to ISIS™.

If 8+ years of doing this research taught me anything it’s that this stuff doesn’t happen in a vacuum and there are no such things as coincidences.

The ISIS™ boogeyman, the war on the constitution, the expansion of the Endless War OF Terror, the American Gladio operations, mandated insurance participation, CISPA, CISA, Fast Track, the TPP, the TTIP, the new Cold War… and now the shuttering of dissent and the chilling effect of the necessity of self censorship for self preservation.

It’s not history, it’s someone’s to-do list. It’s a step-by-step process for the destruction of an open society, a democratic republic, and the replacement of it with a fascist, totalitarian state. And it was foretold to us, long, long ago.
