Too late. We've passed the Tipping Point

The Tipping Point has been reached.

Simple truth, absolute statement, black and white, binary solution set. We’re past the point of No Return.

There is no way left to restore the United States to a Constitutional Republic without massive cultural and economic upheaval. Many possibilities exist of open rebellion in some places, insurrection in others, open defiance of the Federal government by individuals, local and, in some cases, State governments. There are widespread open, public refusals to obey the new gun control laws in New York State, peacefully so far.

The Federal government has abandoned any pretense of representing or listening to the People of the United States. It is making decisions, choices and taking actions that the Majority of People in the U.S. disapprove but which will implement an agenda which this political party believes. The Federal government (in concert with some State governments) is openly calling for banning the majority of guns in the hands of the People of the U.S. and for Gun Registration. Registration always leads to Confiscation. Any suggestion to the contrary is a denial of a hundred years of human history worldwide.

Gun Control:

An increasing number of States have passed or are working on passing laws that openly defy the Federal government on Gun Control and promise to resist, and in many cases, to arrest Federal personnel attempting to implement such gun control laws. An increasing number of elected Sheriffs across the country are openly stating that they will NOT implement gun control laws which they judge to be unconstitutional. Police Chiefs, who are predominantly political appointees  almost universally support gun control. Meanwhile the large majority of rank and file Law Enforcement Officers oppose gun control laws such as are being pushed. The White House and the Department of Justice (bearing the responsibility to UPHOLD the Law) both are openly telling supporters that they will bypass Congress if necessary to implement their gun control agenda. There are suggestions that if they can’t outright ban guns they can ban ammunition through EPA regulations producing de facto disarmament of the People of the United States.

Immigration:

Despite the Congress of the Unites States passing specific immigration laws that encode the LAW of the United States, legally passed by the Legislature of the United States in the manner specified in the U.S. Constitution, this administration has simply nullified the law by Executive Order by instructing various agencies to not enforce the law; in effect instituting de facto amnesty in direct violation of the duly passed Law of the United States. The administration is now pushing for Congress to retroactively ratify his decree by changing the law to be consistent with his decree. Despite an overwhelming negative response from the American people the last time Congress debated an amnesty bill it appears likely that Congress, including the GOP, is going to fall in line and rubber stamp his decree. The calls for a stronger border are being ignored and dismissed as “politics” and hysteria. Far from increasing border security, the administration is currently dismantling the radar system along the entire southern border leaving it even more open. The Federal government appears to be on course to grant citizenship to 11 million ILLEGAL immigrants through what amounts to Imperial Decree. No mention is made of who is going to pay for the massive increase in government “entitlements” this is going to create, the effect on the unemployment rate or the betrayal of the many LEGAL immigrants to the United States.

Media:

Perhaps the most devastating betrayal and blow to the People of the U.S. is the complete abrogation of responsibility by the Media. Their role in our country has traditionally been as watchdogs on the government to keep it honest and expose wrongdoing and corruption. They have not only abrogated that responsibility but openly changed sides, becoming proponents for, supporters of and campaign arms of the current administration and the Party. They repeatedly edit tapes to create a modified sequence of events that supports their position and in recent days and weeks they do so and ignore anyone pointing this out. They edit video and audio sequences to support that agenda and no longer even bother to apologize.  The recent Right to Life march on Washington D.C. might as well not have happened. The Mainstream media simply judged it to be a non-event and those Americans who get their news from the Mainstream Media are, for the most part, completely unaware that the march took place, much less the number of people who participated. They more and more openly don’t deny or defend their bias but brag of it and justify it as proper. They condemn, denigrate and demonize anyone else in the media or the public who even suggests that perhaps there are other positions or arguments of equal validity. The traditional media, with few exceptions, has become a propaganda arm of a specific party and is not only aware of what they are doing but proud of it.

Party:

Members of the current administration, its political supporters and many in the media are either openly calling for or discussing attacking and destroying the Republican Party. There are calls by Democrats to launch a political war against the Republicans and render them impotent and irrelevant. Implicit in those conversations and statements is the unspoken consequence and goal of such action; creating a One Party state. The Soviet Union had a One Party State, Nazi Germany did, Cuba did and does, China does. Are the pundits, Democratic political supporters and media analysts conscious of the fact that they are calling for the elimination of a Two Party political system and replacing it with a One Party State? There might not be as much philosophical difference between the Parties as many would like since government grows and spending increases regardless of which party is in power but to openly and overtly push for the implementation of a One Party system? That’s about as extreme as it gets.

Corruption:

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sat before Congress and when questioned about the cause of the Embassy attack in Libya responded “What difference does it make?” which is an astounding answer considering the President of the United States, the Secretary of State and various representatives lied to the American people knowing that they were lying in order to cover up wrongdoing at the Embassy and incompetence in the U.S. State Department. The ATF broke more gun control laws than most people are even aware exist along with many other non-gun related laws for years. Yet not only has no one been punished (except for the Whistleblower) and several people involved have been promoted. The Justice Department has defied and continues to defy Congresss request for documents related to illegal running of guns by the United States government to drug cartels in Mexico. They don’t apologize or make excuses for their defiance. They simply defy Congress and ignore discussion of their actions.

Bear in mind that this is the Justice Department of the United States, the agency of the United States government whose responsibility is to ENFORCE the LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES.

The EPA administrator (and there are increasing rumors than others in the EPA as well) overtly broke the law by using a false email persona to get around transparency and accountability laws, i.e. engaged in illegal behavior. When revealed the administrator promptly resigned rather than face investigation. To this day the EPA simply refuses to hand over the records and information subpoenaed by the Congress of the United States. No action has been taken or appears likely to be taken against the former EPA administrator.

There are a plethora of stories, even in the Mainstream Media which supports the administration, about illegalities, irregularities and corruption related to government loans to “alternative” energy companies. The agencies involved, like the EPA, simply refuse to provide information and documents subpoenaed by the Congress of the United States.

In response to what is, by any standards, one of the most corrupt government in the history of the United States, the response of the Congress of the United States whose laws are being nullified, whose lawful subpoenas are being ignored and whose authority is being openly usurped by the Executive Branch the Congress does…..   nothing.

Let’s not even mention that the Congress, in direct defiance of the duty imposed on them by the Constitution has not passed a Budget in 4over 3 years.

The majority of the members of the United States Congress, duly elected by the People of the United States and who swore under oath to Protect and Defend the Constitution, have abrogated their Legislative responsibility to an imperial Presidency and simply refused to carry out their own sworn duties.

The Schism and the Tipping Point:

The Federal government has diverged so far from the mainstream beliefs, values and attitudes of the American people that there is no going back. The administration is not going to suddenly renounce their policies. The People of the United States are not going to suddenly abandon the traditional values with which they’ve lived their entire lives to embrace Liberal Socialism. The Schism is going to continue to grow.

There is no longer any realistic chance that there is NOT going to be a head-on collision between the implementation of the policies of the Federal government and the People of the United States as represented by Individual Citizens, Local governments and State governments.

That presupposes that we do not undergo an economic collapse brought about by out of control spending, out of control borrowing, a non-accountable Federal Reserve and banks which know there are no consequences to their actions no matter how outrageous or risky.

That presupposes that the U.S. is not neutralized completely by an EMP attack carried out by openly avowed enemies who openly call for our destruction and which we refuse to recognize as enemies. We not only refuse to recognize them as enemies, we continue to disarm ourselves and neutralize the existing minimal defenses we have against such attacks.

It’s no longer possible to recover the Constitutional Republic of these United States as it has existed for over 200 years. The tipping point has been passed and now it’s simply a matter of waiting to see what we will emerge from the certain chaos and conflict to come, whether a wounded but reinvigorated Republic, a typical tyranny or a ruined devastated third world wasteland.

Prep:

If you’ve considered Prepping, the time is NOW. If you are already Prepping it’s time to go back over your plans, look for gaps and shortfalls. Prioritize the gaps in your prepping and fill them in priority order. It’s too late in most places to try to arm your selves. If you don’t already have weapons and ammunition it’s probably too late except for alternate survival weapons such as Mosin Nagants and other non-mainstream weapons.

If you are armed and do reload and have always meant to gather in a little more extra powder and primers, now is the time.

If you’ve considered buying heirloom seeds for future emergencies, now is the time to get them.

If you’ve always PLANNED to stock up on extra cases of toilet paper just in case, now is the time.

If there is a water filtration system that you’ve always wanted to get buy kept putting it off, don’t put it off any longer.

The days are getting shorter, there is less and less sunlight every day. There are going to be some long cold nights ahead.
