I want to fix America as it was meant to be as outlined by our republic form of government, I want our laws upheld, I want people who in the past committed treasoness acts to be brought before the judicial courts, I want the courts to be able to distinguish adminstrative law and common law, I want America to inform every American of exactly how they have been robbed their entire adult lives, how their sons were lied into fight in foreign nations with lies and deceit, I want each American citizen to stand up and understand how to bring a end to this maddess that is hell bent on destruction of this world, where we all breathe the same air, where we all have children and families. The world is ashamed of American citizens because we were so fat and happy we allowed our government to lie to us and the world. I want the culprits of this evil crime against all of humanity to stand up and be held accountable for their crimes. The first thing that each individual needs to understand in America is that we have a constitution and yet we have not called the criminals to account. I was born in 1956 I will be 57 in November. Do understand the crime of treason these men committed and the men that followed have continued forward because they think we do not know. Do you not know the Constitution of the United States of America is the citizen’s contract with their elected officials? How many of you understand contracts? For a contract to be valid both parties must offer something of value. Our politicians and elected officials in both federal, state, city, county are all bound by affirmation (promise given under oath and thereby prosecuteable by law) to uphold, defend and preserve the constitution of the united states of america against all enemies both foreign and domestic. We do have enemies on foreign soil because we have failed to hold our politicans to account. We have allowed them to corrupt our judicial system. We have allowed them to pass laws that are not a benefit to the citizen but sure offers a helping hand to big corporations. We have allowed them to violate their oaths of office. They are all guilty of treason. All of them both democrats and republicans, president, vice president, their cabinet members, the joint chief’s of staff at the pentagon, the secartary of state, the attorney general, all the CEO’s of IMF, Federal Reserve, JPMorgan Chase, BankofAmerica, HSBC, Citigroup etal who have partaken in the robbery of their nations, CIA, FBI, NSA, Council on Foreign Relations, Head of NATO, WTO.

How can the IRS say any America citizen owes taxes. Income is a gain, it is an expansion of assets. This county declared bankrupcy in 1933. Our curency is the Federal Reserve Note. Does anyone in America really believe they have money? You have a note, a note is a promise to pay. You have not ever had any money, you have not once recieved money for your labor. Your parents never recieved any money for their labor either. They only recieved a promise to be paid. So how can the IRS seize anything from you? You have only traded promises to pay. They fail to treat you fairly in your mortages. A mortage is a contract, you put up good faith on your mortage, you gave up something of real value, your time, and you paid them back with their promise to pay you. Let me ask you what did the bank put up? What did they put up of value? For a contract to be valid they must provide something of value as well. They took your mortage and created more debt. Then they sold your mortage for even more money, in a market that is more like casino gambling then honest banking. Yet even though they put up nothing of value. You did put up something of value. Your signature. They used your signature to create more money. Your house was paid for the minute you signed. Because you gave value to them and they gave you the house. To do it anyother way is the bank committing fraud. Because we can not pay them money because we have none, we only have our signatures.

I would like to find a group of constitutional attorney’s and allow this to be decided by the courts following constitutional law. 

Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States states very plainly that 
“only congress shall have the power to coin money”

The constitution declares itself the supreme law of the land there is no federal law, no state law, no regulation, no city ordinance that can supercede it, it further states that any law that is in violation of it is NULL AND VOID!!

This is my proof that the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was a criminal act and a treasonus act against the republic. The congress and elected officials who have allowed this fraud to continue have all violated each citizen’s right to equal protection under the law which the constitution guarantees us To deny us this with their dracaconian laws is not only a crime but a violation of their oath of office which is an act of treason. I say it is time that the citizen bring charges of breech of contract and seize all assets until we can build each individual case. It amazes me that the American public believes Lee Harvey Oswald was a lone assassin in the Kennedy assassination as stated by the Warren Report when the only evidence they seen was what Allen Dulles allowed them to see. It is accepted fact that the US invasion of Iraq was an act of aggression against the people of Iraq. There were no weapons of mass destruction and I knew this before the first boot hit the ground. The banks took your mortgages and created money, they loaned you nothing, in turn you gave them your signature. The banks did not give you anything of value but you gave them your value, you gave them your signature to be allowed to create currency. Congress did not have the power to delegate their responsiblility of the coinage of money and regulating of the value thereof to a private corporation. The Federal Reserve Act is a fruadlent act and in direct violation of the constitution thereby making it null and void. Americans need to insist that no bank is too big to fail, I suggest we start with the international moneytary fund and I suggest the citizens of other countries do the same. They should have to disclose all the facts of the risks of their operations to the community’s air and water. They can not claim only they have a right to those resources. Under the law of three’s they do not have that right. Without oxygen the human body will die in three minutes, that comes from the air, without water the human body will die of dehydration in 3 days, without food our bodies will die in 30 days. I have the right to exist. I am a creation unique in my own right, there will never be another like me, there has never been like me before. This applies to all humans. We all have the right to exist. Our food, water and air supplies are to be protected for the benefit of all human beings who inhabit this rock we call earth. They can and should be arrested for their crimes. I would start with all members of the banking and finance committee. Where are our state attorney general’s at? The Iranians made it very clear to the American public when they released the 52 hostages on the day that Regan and Bush took their oaths of office. They wanted the American public to know they had deal with the new adminstration. 

1980 – Iran. Operation Eagle Claw this was President Carter’s failed attempt to free the 52 hostages held by Iran.

Also know congress has stated that no american company was to do business with Iran during this time, for anyone to deal with the Iranians was in direct violation of congress and to do so was a criminal act as they would be offering aide to an enemy. 

1981 – El Salvador

It is my understanding that  George H W Bush made a deal with the Iranians to sell them weapons for the release of hostages. the monies from the sale of weapons was then used to buy weapons for the contra’s in central america which they paid for with cocaine and other drugs. The drugs were then shipped into America, Miami, Lousianna, Mena arkansas. Do understand that Barry Seal was a CIA asset since the time he was 16. You need to know his story. 

1982 – Lebanon. Multinational Force in Lebanon. On August 21, 1982, President Reagan reported the dispatch of 800 Marines to serve in the multinational force to assist in the withdrawal of members of the Palestine Liberation force from Beirut.  The Marines left September 20, 1982

It is my opinion that the attempted assassination of Ronald Regan was not intended to be fatal but to make him aware of his place. This occurred 69 days after taking office. I believe George H W Bush wanted it to be clear what his responsiblities were. They were to give speeches to the American citizen, while George H W Bush ran the country behind the scenes for his pals and the bankers. That is my opinion. Once you know who John Hinckley Jr is and who his daddy was. He is only person in american history that attempted an assassination of a sitting president and was found not guilty by reason of insanity. Guilty by reason of insanity is a known sure defense to get you the chair that is unless you and your family are close friends to the President. Then you get to spend your days in a psych hospital at the expense of the taxpayer.

If they refuse, well lets just say the politicians got the message when they assassinated a sitting president in Dallas and no real culprit was ever brought to justice.

However, for years a handful of intelligence officials and military and civil defense experts have been warning that America is titanically unprepared for even relatively unsophisticated attacks involving biological agents.”^[6]

• September 30: Robert Stevens, 63, photo editor at the supermarket tabloid The Sun, began feeling ill on the last day of a five-day vacation at his daughter’s home in North Carolina

• October 1: American Media mail clerk Ernesto Blanco is hospitalized and diagnosed with pneumonia (in fact, he has inhaled anthrax).

• October 2: Early in the morning, Robert Stevens is admitted to the JFK Medical Center emergency room in Atlantis, Floridapresenting disorientation, a high fever, vomiting and inability to speak. Later that morning a spinal tap is conducted, and based upon the box-shaped bacillus present in Mr. Stevens’s spinal fluid, Dr. Larry Bush, chief of infectious diseases and his attending physician, makes an initial diagnosis of anthrax. Larry Bush contacts Dr. Jean Malecki, Director of the Palm Beach County Health Department. Over the next two days, multiple tests are conducted by labs at the local hospital, the state, and the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, all confirming Stevens is dying from anthrax.

• October 2: Egyptian-born Environmental Protection Agencyscientist and former Ft. Detrick biowarfare researcher Ayaad Assaad is requested to appear before the FBI to discuss an anonymous letter from someone claiming to be a former coworker, accusing him of being “a potential biological terrorist” with “a vendetta against the U.S. government, and that if anything happens to him, he told his sons to carry on”. The letter describes Assaad’s personal and professional background in detail. After meeting the next day, the FBI dismisses all allegations.^[7]

• October 4: Robert Stevens is publicly confirmed to have inhalational anthrax. It is the first known case of inhalational anthrax in the U.S. since 1976. United States Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompsondownplays terrorism as a possible cause, suggesting Stevens may have contracted anthrax by drinking water from a stream. Officials emphasize that since anthrax is not contagious, there is no reason for public concern.

• October 5: Robert Stevens, 63, dies, the first fatality in the anthrax attacks. Paul Keim of Northern Arizona University determines that the strain of anthrax that killed Bob Stevens was the Ames strain.^[8]

• October 6–October 9: Attack #2 — Some time within this range, two more anthrax letters are mailed (Trenton, New Jersey postmark dated October 9), targeting Senators Daschle and Leahy. (Monday, October 8, was Columbus Day, hence no mail pickup).

• October 7: Anthrax spores are found on Robert Stevens‘s computer keyboard. Dr. Malecki of the Palm Beach County Health Department orders the American Media building to be closed and quarantined. Workers are tested for exposure.

• October 9: The media descends upon Iowa State University where it is falsely believed that the Ames strain was first isolated.^[9] A scientific article from 1986^[10] provides the only source of information about the origin of the Ames strain: “Ames ….. Cow; Iowa, 1980″. But no one in Iowa knows anything about any “Ames strain,” and no cows died of anthrax in Iowa in 1980.

• October 10: Officials announced that a third American Media employee tested positive for exposure to anthrax.

• October 12: The (already opened) anthrax letter to NBC Newsis found and turned over to the FBI. Only a trace amount of anthrax remains in the letter.

• October 12: Dr. Bruce Ivins describes his understanding of the source of the Ames strain in an email: “I can tell you to whom I have sent this so-called ‘Ames’ strain. Please keep in mind that a) it is apparently 50 years old; b) that USAMRIID received this strain 20 years ago; c) that it is a USDA strain, not a USAMRIID strain, U.S. Army strain, or Department of Defense strain; d) the individuals primarily responsible for determining the location of the strain are located in Ames, Iowa, not in Frederick, Maryland” [Ivins emails, batch-55, page 6 ^[11]

• October 12: As a precaution, after checking with the FBI, Iowa State University destroys its collection of anthrax strains,^[12]which “may have contained genetic clues valuable to the criminal inquiry”.^[13]

• October 13: The NBC News letter tests positive for anthrax.

• October 14: The Guardian reports that “American investigators probing anthrax outbreaks in Florida and New York believe they have all the hallmarks of a terrorist attack – and have named Iraq as prime suspect as the source of the deadly spores. Their inquiries are adding to what US hawks say is a growing mass of evidence that Saddam Hussein was involved, possibly indirectly, with the September 11 hijackers. If investigators’ fears are confirmed – and sceptics fear American hawks could be publicising the claim to press their case for strikes against Iraq – the pressure now building among senior Pentagon and White House officials in Washington for an attack may become irresistible.”^[14]

• October 15: In a “featured article”, the Wall Street Journalstates of the anthrax mailings, “Several circumstantial links to Osama bin Laden and his al Qaeda network are already known” and that “Bin Laden couldn’t be doing all this in Afghan caves. The leading supplier suspect has to be Iraq.”^[15]

• October 15: The letter to Senator Daschle is opened. The anthrax in the letter was described as a “fine, light tan powder” which easily flew into the air.

• October 15: Ernesto Blanco was diagnosed with pulmonary anthrax, and moved to the intensive care unit. The Florida Department of Health announced that a minuscule amount of spores were found in the Boca Raton post office. They were found in a small mail sorting area where mail for American Media is handled, specifically in the throwback slot of the letter case for the American Media route. The room was sealed and cleaned.

• October 17: 31 Capitol workers (five Capitol police officers, 3Russ Feingold staffers, 23 Tom Daschle staffers), test positive for the presence of anthrax (presumably via nasal swabs, etc.). Feingold’s office is behind Daschle’s in the Hart Senate Building. Anthrax spores are found in a Senate mailroom located in an office building near the Capitol. There are rumors that anthrax was found in the ventilation system of the Capitol building itself. The House of Representatives announces it will adjourn in response to the threat.

• October 18: Senator John McCain states, on the Late Show with David Letterman, that “There is some indication, and I don’t have the conclusions, but some of this anthrax may — and I emphasize may — have come from Iraq.”^[16]

• October 18: A White House alarm system detected dangerous levels of radioactive, chemical or biological agents, indicating exposure to Vice President Dick Cheney and others in theWhite House situation room. The alarm was the result of a malfunction; nevertheless the Vice President begins taking precautions against this type of attack.^[17]

• October 19: The unopened New York Post anthrax letter is found.

• October 19: Tom Ridge, Director of Homeland Security, briefs the media on “potential anthrax threats”. Ridge reports the tests conducted on the anthrax found as spores at the AMI building in Florida, the material from the NBC News letter and the anthrax from the Daschle letter are all “indistinguishable”, meaning they are from the same strain. Also Governor Ridge reveals the FBI has found the site (mailbox) where the letters were first placed. (This initial report may have been in error.)^[18]

• October 21, 2001: Senator Joe Lieberman, on Meet the Press, states “The stuff that is being sent out, most of it, including the stuff that went to Tom Daschle’s office, is significantly refined anthrax… So it says to me that there’s either a significant amount of money behind this, or this is state-sponsored, or this is stuff that was stolen from the former Soviet program.”^[19]

• October 21: Brentwood (in Northeast Washington D.C.) postal employee Thomas L. Morris Jr., 55, dies.

• October 22: Brentwood postal employee Joseph P. Curseen, 47, dies.

• October 22: Ridge reports at a White House press conference on the two new deaths of postal workers possibly from anthrax exposure.^[20]

• October 23: It is confirmed that the two postal handlers died of inhalational anthrax.

• October 25: David Hose, who works at the State Departmentmail annex in Sterling, Virginia, is hospitalized with inhalational anthrax. The source is the Leahy anthrax letter (yet undiscovered), which was routed to the State Department mail facility in error.

• October 25: Ridge gives an update on the scientific analysis of the anthrax samples. The anthrax from the Daschle letter is described as “highly concentrated” and “pure”. The material is also a “very, very fine powder” similar to talcum powder. The spore clusters are smaller when compared to the anthrax found in the New York Post sample. The opinion is the anthrax from the Daschle sample is deadlier. The New York Post sample is coarser and less concentrated than the Daschle anthrax. It is described as “clumpy and rugged” while the Daschle anthrax is “fine and floaty”. Although they differ radically, Ridge emphasizes both anthrax samples are from the same Ames strain.^[21]

• October 26 – October 29: ABC News reports several times that several high-placed sources at Fort Detrick and elsewhere have told them that the anthrax samples contained bentonite, thereby implicating Saddam Hussein‘s biological warfare program, and explicitly contradicting official White House reports.

• October 26: The Washington Post ^[22] mistakenly reports that the Ames “strain was first isolated in Ames, Iowa, and sent in 1980 to Army researchers, who have since distributed it to various academic laboratories. The strain has spread by other routes to countless research labs around the world, making its identification relatively useless as a tool for tracking the perpetrators.”

• October 29: Kathy Nguyen, a New York City hospital worker, is hospitalized with inhalational anthrax. The source of the anthrax is unknown.

• October 29: Major General John Parker at a White House briefing says silica was found in the Daschle anthrax sample. Also General Parker emphases the anthrax spore concentration in the Daschle letter was 10 times that of theNew York Post letter.^[23]

• October 31: Kathy Nguyen, 61, dies.

• October 31: Major General John S. Parker testifies before the Senate Subcommittee on International Security, Proliferation and Federal Service concerning the anthrax found in the Daschle letter.^[24]

• November 7: President Bush describes the attacks as “a second wave of terrorist attacks upon our country”.^[25]

• November 7: Ridge in a press briefing dismisses bentonite as a binding agent for the anthrax in the Daschle letter. He says the ingredient is silicon[sic].^[26]

• November 16: The Leahy anthrax letter is found in the impounded mail at the State Department mail facility in Sterling, Virginia.

• November 20: Ottilie Lundgren, of Connecticut, is diagnosed with inhalational anthrax. The source was most likely contaminated mail, although no anthrax was detected in her home.

• November 21: Ottilie Lundgren, 94, dies, the fifth and final person to die as a result of the mailings. This sparked major fear in the small affluent community of Oxford, Connecticut.

• December 5: The Leahy letter is opened at the American bio-facility USAMRIID, Fort Detrick, Maryland.

• December 5: The United States House of Representativescommittee chairman Henry Hyde holds a hearing on the anthrax attacks and biological weapons.^[27]

• December 16: DNA testing of the anthrax in the Leahy letter matches the Ames strain.

This strain of antrax used in these attacks were most likely military grade.

Most american’s passed this off as conspiracy talk. They did not or could not believe their political party had been highjacked by criminals. This applied to both parties. After the fisaco following the 2000 and 2004 elections where there was evidence of ballot tampering, yet George W Bush and Dick Cheney enter office when the supreme court over turns Flordia state law. Yet, we now know they were not conspiracies. There was evidence of such ballot tampering. But the fact of the matter is this was not a new trend in our elections.
