Why the constitution is still relevant.

Our elected officials have committed treason. Our media has enabled this process with their propganda and out right lies to manipulate the America public to believe something is not true that is and to believe something true that is not. That kind of reporting does not enable them to be protected by the First amendment and makes them cupable for the crimes committed in our government by the criminals that have infiltrated it. They have misled the people into believing the consitution is no longer revelant today, when it is an absolute lie. Proof that it is still revelant today was given in a speech by George W Bush and I quote “They hate us for our Freedoms.” The Consitution is the only document in the world that guarantee’s the public freedom. So that being the case, George W Bush was announcing to the american public their belief in their Consitutional government was a valid belief. Not once has a elected offical declared to the public that their consitutional government does not exist. Governors and President’s and vice president’s, mayors and many public officials make their oaths of office a public affair. Each one of them declare to the public that they will “ uphold, defend and preserve the consitution of the united states against all enemies both foreign and domestic.”  The supreme court upheld this thing known as public standard with obesienty laws and said it could not be established nation wide, which is most likely true. But we are talking about the supreme law of the land and that being the case the community standard has been established nation wide, established in our schools as well, established in our military, established in our local and national elected leaders. So community standard would prevail here. That being the case our consitution is alive and well. It is time we the people put into action the rights we are guaranteed and stop allowing the people’s elected servant’s to create more terrorism in our lives. It is time we put the lying media to task, they either start reporting the truth or be held liable in every crime committed by the traitors that have infiltrated our government.

It is time to overthrow this illegal criminal group that have committed treason against this nation all over the world.

We need to demand the arrests of all top officials in the CIA, FBI and we need to dismantle the Home land security act. The TSA, NSA they all need to go. If they are acting on the government’s behalf they must have a oath and affirmation on file in the said district whereas they are acting on the government’s behalf. We need to realize when we enter a court and they ask us for a plea, as citizens we are presumed innoncent until proven guilty in the said district where the said crime was committed. article 1 section 8 states all crimes except for treason are to be by jury trial and it is not to be denied. I do not care what supposed crime you have committed demand a jury trial. I advocate this for several reasons. First and foremost to establish the fact I am a citizen, in america under our consitution that makes me king. As a king I want to know my basic rights will be upheld. With a jury trial the public can decide if the laws the legislator’s have passed apply to me, because most don’t. I don’t need the state or federal government’s permission to travel. It is one of my uninalienable rights. I will not have it infringed. I use an automobile as my main means for travel. It is not used for commerical use and therefore the laws that require licensing and registration of my automobile is not required. It is my car and I do not owe an annual rent to the government for the purpose of owning it. Nor do I owe a annual rent on my home to the government. If it is mine, it I am the legal owner why must I pay the government rent? As a member sitting on a jury it is your responsiblity to decide the law as well as the guilt or innoncence of the individual. If you find the law objectionable then you must find the person charged innoncent. They can only govern us with our conscent. Where do we express that consent? Political scientist will tell you in the voting box, ignoring the biggest vote you will ever cast is as a member of a jury. Judges may say you only have the right to decide the facts and they will decide the law; but that just is not true. Our very first supreme court justice came close to impeachment for stating a similar statement. In a republic form of government the individual rights are protected. It is that form of government that our consitution guarantee’s each and everyone of us. You will only have the rights you are willing to fight for and demand the government uphold. We do not need special intrest groups because if we just accept two simple facts everyone’s right’s will be protected. All have been created equal and all have a right to exist. The bill of rights will protect every individual’s right to exist no matter what special intrest group they belong to. Learn your rights, you are more powerful than you think. You can exact change yourself. Demand your rights be upheld. Demand to see all oaths of affirmation from anyone who has charged you with a crime. This affirmation must be on file in the said district. Take the name of the officer who arrested or charged you to the court house and demand to see their oath and affirmation under the freedom of information act. If it is not present he had no right to charge you, for only the government or a person acting on the government’s behalf can charge you with a criminal offense. Ask to see the prosecutor’s because again only the person acting on the government’s behalf can prosecute you, and the same holds true for the judge. Demand a jury trial. Demand that the jury be given constitutional instructions because you are a citizen protected by the consitution and have rights that are guranteed by the consitution. They need to be made aware that they have the right to judge the law itself. If they find the law objectionable they must find you innoncent. It is their civic duty, because what protects you protects them. I am quite sure that it would overwhelm the courts but the fact of the matter is they are charging people with crimes who have committed no crime. For a crime to occur there must be a injured party. Tell me how many people was injured by your not wearing a seatbelt? How many people were injured by your driving 6 miles over the speed limit. Possiblity of injury does not apply, for a crime to occur there must be an injured party. Do you not realize these traffic crimes are unconstitutional? Not only are they crimes without victims and apply to commerical vehicles only they subject you to double jeapordy. Not only are you fined by the courts and justly punished. The insurance companies use this information against you and charges you higher rates. The higher rates violate your 5th amendment right against double jeapordy because now twice you have be subjected to denial of life liberty and property. Be not decieved. Our constitution is our contract on what we will and will not allow our government to do. It is our reason for giving our consent to be governed. If they can not uphold it, if they can not follow it than I can not give my consent to be governed. It is really very simple.
