Why Donald Trump, the President, had to ask Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden's son.

As president of the United States, any president is required by the US Constitution to investigate anything that affects the safety of the nation. He is REQUIRED to pursue anyone that it is obvious that they jeopardized the integrity or the safety of the nation. Political opponents are not excluded. Nowhere in the Constitution is it mandated that a President not investigate a political opponent. Nor is the President exempted from investigating a party member or a political ally.

So, what is behind this? Why did Donald Trump have to ask.

It is more than obvious that Joe Biden violated his oath of office because, he has plainly stated so more than once in public statements. This is a case of undeniability. Joe Biden did one of two things. Either he lied to the American public and the whole world, for that matter, or he used his office to coerce the Ukrainian government into firing one of its officials. Again, Joe Biden has stated this more than once on camera.

This is the exact same thing that the Democrats are ‘trying’ to accuse President Donald Trump of doing. There are two differences in the two cases. While the evidence against Donald Trump is not there, except when Adam Schiff lied on camera about it which is non-evidence, the evidence against Joe Biden is solid, a confession made on camera. However, what the Republicans and the rest of sensible Americans are upset about is that the Democrats and the democrat oriented media are trying not to investigate Joe Biden but are trying to dig up dirt on President Trump by hook or crook, including perjury ( lying ) and paying for false and misleading information.

This unequal application of justice goes all the way back to the Obama administration. What Hillary Clinton did in destroying files to hide her activity was purely treasonous and she should have been impeached, removed from office, and prosecuted for high crimes. This did not happen because she had many allies in the justice department, the FBI, the Attorney Generals office, and even President Obama. Each and every one of these was likely involved in a high level cover-up of Hillary Clinton’s wrong doings and Joe Bidens as well.

Since this was not properly pursued according to the US Constitution and US Laws, it left President Donald Trump with no other option but to pursue legal investigation. Because it appeared that some of those who were appointed to office ‘Beneath him’, President Trump had no alternative but to find other avenues to gather the required information.

While the US has passed laws that are to prevent improper interference with political opponents, there is NO LAW that supersedes the obligations of office as described in the US Constitution.

As a result, the actions of President Donald Trump are fully justified and completely not impeachable.
