(3/2011) How To Overcome Fear Of The New Normal

A part of the human experience involves the facing of fear.  Fear itself is a normal human emotion which produces an urge to either fight or run.  There is no inaction, as a choice is always made–even if it is to sit paralyzed.

Fear exists as an emotional warning–and can be triggered by the news, an event (think 9/11), intuition or even a dream. 

Fear then which is real, has its place in life, and is a method of initiating self-preservation.  The ominous sound of missiles landing on homes certainly raises deathly anxiety, as do memories of missiles hitting.  The difference?  The incoming missiles are here and now, the memories are reminders of what could happen again.  Both will save one’s life when the fear is acted upon at the proper moment.

Ignorance or a lack of knowledge also creates illicit fears which are unnecessary: rejection, hurt, loss, even death.  These may be overcome though through encouragement from others, love, friendship, loyalty, and the knowledge of God.

For those who know the Father–a time of fear is coming that will not be imaginary.  Today we look at our televisions, flipping channels between the news and a horror flick.  What’s the difference?  To us in the West, it’s all the same.  We know only peace on our soil.  But to those overseas, populations there have lived through constant states of war.  War to them is an everyday threat–a missile, no bother.  “What God wants, He takes,” they say with a fatalistic attitude. 

Their homes and lives have been destroyed.  They have been refugees.  They have lost their children to disease and famine.  These people are the innocents of war–and they are many.  The Father knows this and sees this. 

Because the Father loves us, He warns us.  The coming war is different.  This war is World War III–the End Times war.  It can be averted.  Peace can be made.  But to choose peace is to make a choice.

The war during End Times is not just spiritual and it’s not just about killing the other guy before he kills you–World War III is physical, mental, AND spiritual.  The war is an attempt to completely separate God from man.

Physical:  control over the life and death of the human body (capital punishment, abortion, euthanasia, mass killings, war casualties, famine)

Mental:  a censorship of free thought in every way (mind control, brain implants, human tracking, loss of freedom of speech and press, a belief that what is sin is acceptable)

Spiritual:  a false belief that there is no God; this is open rebellion against the Father.

Will this war produce fear?  Yes, of course.

Are we already in this state of End Times?  Yes, it is now in motion.

Will we survive?  Yes, those who call upon the True Living God will be saved.  (Complete submission to His will is necessary because it provides safety and the Way Out.)

What about Climate Change?  How does that figure in?  Climate Change too is happening simultaneously.  It is part of the rush to own what there is as far as resources go: food, energy, water, etc…  Peace must be kept.  The human race cannot survive both war and climate change.

Can we overcome this fear?  Yes, through God all things are possible.

The Way Out of Fear

The human life is not meant to be lived alone, rather it is meant to be shared.  As End Times continue, it is imperative that those who truly know God reach out to those who do not.  (These are those who do NOT KNOW to call upon the Father.  They are under spiritual persecution or deception that there is no God.)  Sharing the knowledge of God also means aiding these folks tangibly when necessary–with food, water, or a safe place to sleep.  Also, smile and share your life story.  It is extremely important to remember that there is not just one route to God, He is for all people.  We are ALL created in His image.  Those who help others must not say that “our way is the only way.”

Those who know God should fear no man, for you know the Truth.  You know what life is and you know what is death.

Fear is contagious.  It will be important that those who are leaders speak up and put down unrealistic fears, instead, asking the Father for the Way Out and specific direction.  Submission to God’s Will enables one to “see” the Way Out, purposely made by Him, sometimes even individually.

Fear will be overcome both with the knowledge of God and with the unification or community support of each other.  We are many.

We as human beings are meant to live 3 in 1–spiritually, mentally, and physically in tune with God, yet on the planet in a body.  The body is the blessing to the spirit, just as the mind is a blessing to the body.  All three are needed to work in unison.  If one portion is cut off and eliminated, we are not truly fulfilling our purpose on Earth.

Last, believe that you are special, God’s child, here for a purpose, to help others who are fearful.  Listen.  Pray.  Assure.  At some time, even leaders will feel uncertain.  Look back at what you KNOW is TRUE, what God has already done and rebalance yourself through prayer and meditation.  God is the True Living God who lives within us.  You know Him, because you feel His energy run through your body.  This too is proof of His existence.  There is only God–we live and die as He allows.  This then is the reality of the “New Normal.”
