(3/2011) Leaders Of The New Normal

The changes coming to our world will wreak devastation and chaos upon the planet–part of which is our own fault (World War III) and part due to Climate Change.  The war is already happening as is climate change, but peace can be made and a crisis averted.  To ignore the situation though means the end to human life.

Our whole way of living will shift into a new reality.  It has already for many in other poorer areas of the world.  We will be challenged physically, mentally, and spiritually.  Look around yourself at what’s happening–storms, earthquakes, food shortages, inflation, energy wars, pollution, etc… The droughts of climate change affect the food crop production.  The shortage of food increases the prices.  Food riots ensue.  Governments clamp down on the riots…..

Ask yourself, “Are any of our leaders handling today’s problems well?”  Common sense says, “No, they are incapable.”  Here’s why:  True leadership requires competence, assurance, and the love of others.  Today’s leaders though, no matter the nation nor the level of government, are the epitome of self-gratification.  Their world revolves around baksheesh, slick deals, “You scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours.”  Everything for them boils down to money and ego.  True leaders though cannot be bought off, scandalized, or placed on power trips. 

The New Normal will bring about new leadership at every level of society.  These folks will be persons who will have no problem being held accountable because they will be women and men of integrity, followers of the True Living God, and will place the well-being of others first.  In other words, they will honor The Father and life.  God will raise up these people into positions of leadership, and He will take down those who are not following His law.  (Love is the law.)

The Father does not care about the Harvard law degree, one’s pathway of faith, nor even whether the leader is a woman or a man.  He simply looks into the hearts of humans and sees who is willing to be a leader and will accept unequivocal submission to Divine authority.  (Submission is not a burden, nor anything to be feared.  Submission to God’s Will for each soul personally leads to growth, happiness, and safety.)

Leaders during the New Normal will be those who know how to lead, are not afraid to speak, are confident, and are creative.  They cannot lead alone though.  No person is an island, especially during End Times.  (Leaders too will need prayer and encouragement.)  A leader is also a person, and so will make mistakes.  He or she must be open to advice and direction from others–for all are necessary to survival.

Note:  quality leadership in all societies begins in the home, the school, and in places of faith or in civic organizations.  Leaders are parents, teachers, and principals.  In essence, they teach others how to live a better life and offer supportive guidance.  Some will be former gang leaders, immigrants, female teachers, teenagers and senior citizens–simple hearts who yearn to give God their best during this life time.  For them, End Times will be a Karmic opportunity.

Leaders to be:  Prepare yourselves NOW.  Inside of you is planted the knowledge of the “Kingdom of God.”  You are the peace makers who will change society at every level for the better.  Respect each other and make real, lasting, tangible peace.  This is your God-given duty, no matter whether you are President, King, Mayor, Community Leader, or Sanitation Manager.  None is more important than another.  Peace is no different on the street or around the world.

Those who follow:  It is important not to be critical of God’s leaders, for the New Normal presents unforeseen challenges to all.  At times you will be asked to follow in faith, assume training for a leadership role, be a necessary support system, or learn a new task.  This is about survival.  You are probably more necessary than the leaders themselves, because they can be replaced as God allows.  Understand that New Normal leaders are not always volunteers, but are indeed put into place by The Father–the best thing you can do to support your leaders is to say, “I support you, no matter what.”  This builds confidence, which in turn reaps great leadership.  Remember, there is none who is perfect, but The Father.

This then is a part of what will be necessary to overcome the reality shift of World War III and Climate Change: Human beings all working together under the authority of God’s Divinity.

Who is The Father?  He is God, Adonai, Jehovah, Allah, El Shadai, the Divine, Yahweh, the great I AM.  He created the universe, turns the Earth and is visible in every element of nature.  He is for all people and His way is that of peace and of love. There is no God but God and on the Last Day of End Times the only name which will be lifted up will be “HIS.”
