Not ‘humans’ – demons. This is the fate of the fallen angels, to be cast into the lake of fire that burns with brimstone. Many are already there. The fate of unrepentant humans is eternal death. The fate of the saints is eternal life. There are no humans in hell for theses temperatures would consume them in an instant, but demons cannot die, but will suffer for all of eternity in the pit.

You are wrong,people will be in hell,the Bible states they will.Liars will have their part,in the lake of fire.All sinners will be in hell,period.On judgement day.It was not meant for people,true.But it will be in the end,for sinners,also.Satan has already been judged,he is only waiting for punishment,and his fallen angels,will also be in hell.

yeah, yeah……..do you people ever really STUDY the bible? NOWHERE in the bible does it say you will ‘burn in hell’…it does say sinners will be thrown into the ‘lake of fire’ and be CONSUMED….so much for the constant eternal hellfire we keep hearing about…

So if anyone’s hearing anything, it may be those poor souls who are being ‘consumed’ by the fire, not those who burning in hell forever and ever…..Sorry, folks, the bible just does NOT say that……..(sigh!)

It says they made recording of the sound– where are they?

Anyway, there is no hell, only a lake of fire on judgment day where the wicked will be consumed. The Bible says the living know that they shall die, but the dead know not anything.

what a load of crap. there is no hell, there is no heave, there is no god. they were likely hearing the sounds of the various gases being released and geological movements. rabbits tend to scream. does this mean there are trapped souls residing within rabbits, screaming? no, such is a ridiculous idea–just as ridiculous as “hell.”

RetiredRogue…….There is a Hell and then Judgement and Christ will say, I never ””KNEW”” you depart from me to the Lake of Fire, made for the fallen Angels. So this works just like our judicial system today. You go to jail first,,, then found guilty or innocent,,,,, then the guilty go to prison. But those that have bowed their knee and heart to the Lord ”’in this life”’ will go to Heaven. Remember, when Christ died (during the three days and night) first descended, before ascended to Heaven. He brought out ( Paradise ) those who had died before Grace in the New Testament. Remember he said, TODAY you will be with ME in Paradise. Christ didn’t say in Heaven. Christ took the thief and all who died before His death to Heaven after the three days in the center of Earth known as Hades or Sheol.

It happened near the city of Murmansk, that is in northwestern Russia near Finnish border, not thus in Siberia, and the year wasn’t 1981 but supposedly in late 80′s. I remember reading a similar newspaper article hear in North Finland at the time. One commentator from England took that story seriously and said that it could have serious negative implications for Finland’s tourism, being so close to hell.
