Question: Lori, was it June of last year, when Chantal Apodaca and I met you at Raging Waters? What is your position at Raging Waters? What’s it like to work at a fun place like Raging Waters?

Answer: Yes, June of last year while I was pregnant with my daughter Ariel. I am one of the Leads in the Admissions Department. It is a crazy place to work. I have worked in two different departments Admissions and Aquatics, I was a lifeguard for two years.

Question: Before we get started, can you tell us something personal about yourself, your family life, recreational activities and hobbies?

Answer: Well to start I am a normal 28 year old woman. I have 2 kids my son who is 7 ½ and my daughter who will be a year old soon. I have a boyfriend and a few animals (2 dogs, a cat, and a turtle). As for hobbies I am a mom and spend all my free time with my kids playing and listening to music. Music is a big deal in our house. We like to spend a lot of time outdoors camping and just being outside.

Question: You had some very interesting paranormal experiences during your lifetime, can you tell us detail about your UFO encounter?

Answer: I want to say it was a little over 5 years ago. I went camping with my friends. All adults no kids. It was the first weekend in May and there was still snow on the ground. We were off a fire access road off highway 50 just past Ice House. One of the guys walked off to go to the bathroom and when he was coming back he called us all to a clearing and was pointing at something in the sky. It was dark out already and no one had a watch so we didn’t know what time it was. What I saw in the sky I had never seen before in my life. It was a spot some miles away but we could see that it was spinning and changing colors as it turned. It stayed on one spot never moving. When it did move it only moved a few inches one way and then back to the same spot or a few inches down and then back to the same spot. After about 10 mins of watching it in the sky, it completely disappeared. There was nothing in a blink of an eye. I have never seen anything like it since.

Question: Tell us about your encounter with the cloak shadow person?

Answer: I was between the ages of 5 and 7, sleeping in my bed. I don’t remember why I woke up but I did. I opened my eyes and sitting a few feet away from me on the edge of the bed was what I thought was a little person wearing a dark cloak. Then it looked up at me and had glowing red eyes. I freaked out like any little kid would do, I closed my eyes and wished it away. When I opened my eyes again the thing was gone and the room seemed lighter.

Question: Tell us about your experience at Pacheco Pass and Dyer Lane.

Answer: Pacheco Pass is not a place I like driving through at night. I don’t see things as much as I feel them and sometimes hear them. I feel the dread and fear, the pain, the loss, and sorrow. The same as Dyers Lane. There are nights that I can drive down that street and nothing happens. And then there are nights that I go there and I want to leave the moment I arrive. I have been attacked at the site, I was with an ex-boyfriend and some friends, We drove down the road that night and I knew something was right and we needed to leave. We drove a way and once we were far enough away that I felt safe we stopped and that is when I found the scratch on my leg. Let’s just say I don’t think I will be going back there anytime soon.

Question: You said your old apartment had a “guest” living there?

Answer: Yes my old apartment is located across the street from the Old Sacramento Men’s Sanitarium. I know of at least one entity that lives in the up stairs closet. I know that it is a male entity and he has never caused any of us harm. There is another entity that shows up every once in a while. I don’t really like him anymore. Not since he pushed me down the stairs. I only went about 4 steps to the landing but it still kinda hurt. It was about 6:45 in the morning and I was the only person awake in the house. I was getting my son’s things ready for school before I woke him up. I heard a laugh and then felt the hand on my back and the next thing I knew I was laying on the landing on my back. There are other little people that pop up now and then but nothing to ever cause me worry. I have always said the moment I have felt anything negative in my home, “behave or I promise to send you back to where you came from”.

Question: I really think you have psychic abilities. When did you first notice that you could feel the presence of other entities around you and what is the story of the ghost that walked through you?

Answer: I think the first time I remember seeing or hearing anything was when I was little and the cloaked thing was on my bed. Since then I have always been able to feel things. I never thought I was a psychic or anything different from anyone else. I thought I was just like everyone else until I was maybe about 12.

Question: I hear that when you went through basic training in the Marines, that you felt residual energy, can you explain? What camp were you at for basic?

Answer: I did go to basic but I broke my knee so I was sent home. I was at the Marine Corps Training Depot on Parris Island, South Carolina. Yes I did feel a lot of residual energy there. There are a lot of emotions that a person goes through when going to through basic training, especially in the Marines. Every building, every part of the base has some sort of emotional baggage you could say.

Question: Tell me what you felt at haunted Disneyland?

Answer: There have been a few people who have died at the happiest place on earth, sad I know. But the feelings are what I feel. The fear they had the moment before it happen. But there is a lot of happy energy there too, left behind from the joyous guests.

Question: Time for some fun questions. So readers can get to know the real Lori, what kind of books are your favorites, movies and TV shows?

Answer: I read all kinds of books. I have read all the Twilight books, all the books by Rick Riordan, I own a Kindle fire so I read a lot now. I like stories that pull you in to the book. Something that you cant put down. I like movies set in the past like Becoming Jane, Vanity Fair, Elizabeth, and The Dutchess. As for TV, I don’t really watch much TV but when I do I like to watch “My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding”, and “The Walking Dead”.

Question: What is your favorite song?

Answer: I have a lot of favorite songs. I listen to all types of music except classical and mega death rock. Right now on my play lists are Adele, The JaneDear Girls, Mumford and Sons, and Brad Paisley.

Question: If you had 6 dinner guests, 3 historical, 3 fictional, who would they be?

Answer: Queen Elizabeth the First, Lady Godiva (who I am related to), Johnny Depp, a character from a book I read named Cordelia, and I don’t know who else.
