What your reward appears to be on the surface, requires individuals to give up their rights, and potentially to your conditions, and violates the basic principles of research

Your approach of offering a reward is a distasteful effort to circumvent the accepted clinical procedures established by science and academia, and demonstrates the lack of knowledge of the law, since no one can reveal a patients dossier, and the confidentiality entrusted to those who would place themselves into the hands of research, expecting them to be upheld
