On July 16, 2013 in the UK the famous single Juliet crop circle formation returns to Hilcoot, nr Wilsford, Wiltshire. The original crop circle appeared July 07, 1996 near Stonehenge in broad day light. It was named after a French mathematician Gaston Julia, its a fractal, a Juliet Set. Its a time piece or clock and DNA activation.
Later in the same month and year July 29, 1996 another larger three section Juliet Set appeared in Windmill Hill.

According to Pringle, the woman said there was ‘an apparition,’ an isolated mist’ over the field. As the circle grew, the mist rose. ‘The mist was about 2 or 3 feet off the ground, and was spinning around. As the circle got bigger, the mist swirled faster…and everyone was discussing it, and more and more traffic was building up.’
