Alien Abductions With Military Interference?

Interview with the Macgregors

What inspired and lead you to write the book Aliens in the Backyard UFO Encounters, Abductions, & Synchronicity?

Ever since we began freelance writing in the 1980s, we’ve had an interest in the UFO phenomenon. We worked freelance for OMNI Magazine in mid to late 80s, writing about UFOs and paranormal phenomena in the ‘Anti-Matter’ section. We’ve always wanted to write a UFO book, but we didn’t want to write about the history and the old cases. We wanted something fresh, so when we were contacted by Charles Fontaine and heard his very emotional story and how synchronicity played a significant role, we knew that we’d found the hook we were looking for.

Knowing that you had written before on Synchronicity with Trish I am curious to how this ties in with Aliens in the Backyard when it comes to sync?

We’ve found that synchronicity – or meaningful coincidence – plays an important role in the lives of many who have UFO encounters. In fact, it was a synchronicity – one of many experienced by Charles Fontaine – that led him to contacting us. Charles lives in rural Quebec and works in Montreal. His work requires him to read most of the day so in the evening he rarely sits down with a book. As a result, he doesn’t buy books or visit bookstores.

But one day he felt an urge to enter a bookstore in Montreal and he picked up one book – The 7 Secrets of Synchronicity. He was intrigued by it because of the many strange coincidences he had been experiencing in the weeks and month after his UFO encounter in his backyard. That evening, he began reading the book, then stopped and Googled ‘UFOs & synchronicity.’ A blog popped up that featured an illustration of a UFO sending beams of light to the ground. It was very similar to what he had seen. Then he discovered the blog belonged to Trish and I – the authors of the book he was reading. That was when he knew he had to contact us.

Could you touch base on the alien encounter story of Connie J Cannon that happened in 1981?

One cold November night in 1981, Connie, her husband, and three sons were en route from Atlanta to St. Augustine, where they were relocating. Connie and her younger son, John, were in a brand new Regency Oldsmobile sedan with a V-8 engine, following the moving van that her husband, Ted, was driving, accompanied by their other two sons.

They were on I-75, about a hundred miles south of Atlanta, near Macon, when Connie suddenly realized they were no longer on the interstate. She was sure she hadn’t taken an exit, yet she and John were driving on a strange grid of roads, not a single building in sight. She didn’t see anything she recognized. She was incredibly tired, but kept on driving.

The next thing she knew, she and John were on their knees outside the Olds, on a black asphalt tarmac near hangars, sobbing hysterically. Several black choppers circled overhead and so did three, round softly grumbling spacecraft. In front of her and John were a group of Grays and military men who held massive looking assault weapons. One of the military men pointed his weapon directly at Connie, leaned into her face, and said, “If you ever…you will never see your family again.”

Her terror was so profound, she could barely think. But what was it she wasn’t supposed to say or do? Why were aliens mingling with military men? What was going on? Just as suddenly, she and John found themselves inside their vehicle, even though she had no memory of getting back in the car, and were on the same grid of roads. She finally saw a convenience store and went inside. The clerk informed her she was on Warner Robins Air Force Base and the only way off the base was the same way she got onto the base – through the guarded front gate. Connie told her she hadn’t come through any guard gate, but the clerk argued that she must have, it was the only way to get onto the base.

Connie eventually found her way back to I-75. Still scared and fatigued, she kept driving south. Meanwhile, her husband was frantic. He pulled off the interstate several times, waiting for her and John to show up. This was in the days before cell phones, so it wasn’t as if he could call her. He finally figured they had stopped for a bite to eat and drove on toward St. Augustine. Connie and John arrived three hours later. They were both so out of it they couldn’t even talk about what they had experienced. They curled up on the porch of their new home and fell deeply asleep.

How did a heavy duty Oldsmobile sedan, loaded with personal belongings, with a woman and kid inside, get onto a military base 15 to 18 miles away from I-75? Military bases have commissaries, so what actually was that convenience store she walked into? Why were Grays mingling with military men? Was it all a screen memory? Was reality manipulated in some way?

How do Diane Fine and Bruce Gernon’s experiences tie in with Connie J Cannon’s when it comes to the alien phenomenon? What do they share that is significant?

Both Connie and Diane have been abducted numerous times since childhood. They have encountered a variety of beings. They have both been taken to hybrid nurseries where they were shown hybrid children and even asked to tend to them for short periods of time. They consciously recall their experiences and have never been hypnotized.

That’s the same case with Bruce Gernon. He has had as many as 20 sightings, including one dramatic close encounter with a craft that nearly collided with his airplane. It’s possible, even probable, that Bruce has been abducted, even while in flight. He doesn’t remember any such abductions, though, and doesn’t want to be hypnotized.

Are the Grays the predominant species of alien being in all of these stories and who are they and what do you think is their motivation?

The Grays, it seems, are the primary abductors and are the prevalent beings in the book. However, two of the four individuals, whose stories we focus on, have encountered other entities, and some of them have been benevolent and the experience uplifting. Many UFO investigators believe the Grays are involved in a reproduction program, creating human-alien hybrids. It’s possible, but that could also be a cover story created through screen memories.

Being a contactee myself what has always bothered me the most about my experiences is what I call the riddle me this scenario. It always seems to happen in a manner where you have to put together a puzzle to figure out what the hell happened to you. Which to me makes me think the aliens are insensitive and could careless and are just doing some mundane lab coat job. It’s frustrating. How do you feel about this?

The Grays are commonly described as soul-less, robotic entities. None of the individuals we write about in our book found anything positive about their experiences with them. Yet, in an interview we did with Whitley Strieber, he described them as “filled with complex emotions, mercurial and volcanic, like people might be if they had no way of concealing their raw feelings from the society around them.”

It’s possible that the Grays are just one type of entity or species of alien currently interacting with human beings. But regardless, these entities are apparently able to manipulate human consciousness in such a way so that abductees are left with riddles, as you put it. As Diane noted, “This phenomenon is so tricky. It’s hard to know what to do or what you feel when your mind and perceptions are being messed with.”

There does seem to be a huge trickster element involved in encounters. One time back in the 1990s, Diane woke to find herself on a craft, with a rock star unconscious at her feet, the same rock star she and her husband had gone to see in concert that very evening. She demanded to know what he was doing there. One of the Grays communicated that they thought she liked the rock star – and the man promptly shape shifted into a Gray.

The very nature of encounters is steeped in riddles and that’s part of what makes research so tricky.

How does our government seem to tie in to these abduction experiences? What is your perspective on that from what you have learned from these encounters?

Officially, the U.S. government isn’t interested in UFOs, doesn’t believe in them, and hasn’t since Project Blue Book was shut down in the 1960s. Yet, behind the scenes it appears to be a much different story. One of the encounters we talk about in the book occurred to a French Canadian man, Charles Fontaine. We initially posted his story on our blog (www.synchrosecrets.com/synchrosecrets) and from the day the first post went up, our statistics counter recorded visits from numerous security agents.

We kept a record of the visits, which included: the FBI, the U.S. Department of Defense Network, the Navy Network Information Center (NNIC), the DOD Network Information Center, the 754th Electronic Systems Group, FBI Criminal Justice Information Systems, the FCC, Department of Homeland Security, Social Security Administration (that one is tough to figure out! Social security for aliens?) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The RCMP remained on the blog for about eight hours, sifting through all the post and comments. It was almost as if someone had been assigned to do it.

It’s possible that these agencies are all playing catch up, trying to find new information, trying to figure out what other agencies know. The ones holding the big picture might actually exist outside of government. In other words, at some point in the past, the government might’ve outsourced the UFO issue to an outside group with military and government contacts. That would allow the government and military to deny any knowledge of UFOs and aliens.

It’s possible that such a group holding the knowledge might actually be in contact with one or more alien groups and even be involved in abductions and encounters.

What would you like to share with us from the book with our readers that you feel is important about these events and phenomenon? A wild card question if you will.

The most important thing to share is recognition of the reality that other intelligent beings are here, and that they interact with us in ways that we don’t fully comprehend. They are somehow connected to our brains, to our consciousness.

I have had many UFO experiences where the UFO aka ship is over the tree tops and all I remember is seeing the ship and not much else. How does missing time fit into all of this? I honestly do not know if I have been taken a board a ship. If so I do not remember a thing. I’ve seen beings so it’s highly plausible.

Not only is missing time a factor, but it seems they also compress time, so that it appears no time has transpired, even though something happened that can’t be comprehended or recalled. They have an ability to block our memories, possibly to provide a mental and physical anesthesia to protect us from something we would find horrific, or to avoid revealing too much to us.

How has this creation of your book changed your lives and when it comes to the future project wise what else can we expect from you on this subject? Also any links you would like to share please do. Thank you.

Researching and writing this book has deepened our beliefs that whatever these entities are – aliens, beings from another dimension, us from the future, or something else entirely – they understand how to manipulate human consciousness. They seem to know how to manipulate time and space as well. Because some abductees, during their experiences, see loved ones who have passed on, there could be some sort of connection between aliens and the dead. The indisputable role of synchronicity in encounters continues to intrigue us. Do aliens, whatever their true nature, generate synchronicity? Control it? Or is synchronicity perhaps out greatest tool for understanding what’s really going on?
