I thought this would be easy to hoax. When I glanced at the date I thought, this could be real. In the occult 1 is a power number, 11 is also even more so. The footage quality looks too pronounced. Meaning the quality of the footage, the green overlay the over abundance of resolution, just seems like it too good of security footage to actually be real security footage.
The green overlay is typical of night vision cam picking up infrared light, and infrared is given off by almost all light sources.if you notice at 1:38 you can see some kind of shadow goign across hall and at 1:51 the computer monitor come on and go back off.
