Omissions, Predictions and Premonitions
At the end of the year, there always seems to be a retrospective on news stories that had major impact on the country and many things that were over-reported get reported again because of the various agendas of the media and their trend of opening dialogue about racial differences, black-on-white crime, white-on-black crime, political correctness, gun control, the vilifying of whistleblowers, the acceptance of surveillance, botched healthcare, the acceptance of the militarized police state, surveillance and the Fourth Amendment and the accepted abolishment of due process.
Just a few days ago, I was listening to a radio news break where the story about the federal judge that ruled that the NSA spying program was in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
What surprised me was that the reporter had stated that there would be an appeal because the Justice Department had stated that the ruling was “way out there.”
The statement that a judge rebuking unconstitutional moves by the National Security Agency is “way out there” pretty much describes the mentality of our elected government and that this, by itself, is an indication of the criminality that exists and persists in a country that ignores the obvious malfeasance that, if left unchecked, will throw us headlong into a despotic fate.
The media has demonstrated over time that they really do not approach stories about government dealings with objectivity and skepticism. Gone are the days of editorialists or those who open a dialogue that challenges the omissions of important and vital stories in the news cycle. There is also a lack of historical construct and most stories that are being presented have not been presented with a non political dualism where neither the left wing nor right wing has the correct solution or bias.
That is why we have become ill-informed and led into a stylized misinformation matrix that, when challenged by independent speakers, becomes ridiculed as conspiracy or fringe speculation that is to be ignored and not considered.
The truth that we face now is that there is an invasion that is happening and that the President and others are now under the control of a monster that they feel is a necessary evil and that is the national security surveillance net and they want you to believe that it is imperative to continues stepping on fourth amendment rights because of the looming specter of terrorism.
One of the biggest omissions in the media news cycle is that the FBI has been responsible for foiling their own so-called terror operations. The media uses key words like “terror” and “radicalize” that are triggers and immediately most Americans do not hear that the FBI was responsible for instigating the threat in the first place.
There really was no threat, but the American people hear about the Muslim terrorist radicalized by a website, but not about the exchange of e-mails between the suspect and the FBI and how the materials for fake bombs are later provided by the alphabet agency.
We must concede that America is now being run like Soviet Russia where the KGB was in charge and that the state media TASS was calling all of the shots and selectively reporting the stories in order to protect government criminality.
In fact, after Judge Leon’s decision, one of the plaintiffs in this case was quoted as saying: “We are not the Soviet Union or Russia. We are the United States.”
Are we to believe that a federal judge has finally found his constitutional conscience only to be called “way out there” by the media? Is this evidence that country has lost its mind? Can we finally admit that the media has now overstepped its position as working in the public trust by condemning or marginalizing the decision because they are in the control of an out of control government?
The truth is obvious: the NSA is creating an ‘enemies list’.
The relationship with President Obama and the military has been broken and the looming phantom of Afghanistan is the story that has been avoided in 2013 and how we are still seeing soldiers die there. This story – along with what happened in Benghazi – has been conveniently swept under the rug without any repercussions.
When a President sends pink slips to 200 senior officers in the military, are we to believe that everything is normal? That there is no cover-up and that the media has avoided the issue in order to keep the fallacy of business as usual alive, when they know it is literally dying as President Obama’s approval rating has fallen to 43%?
All is not well — and we are meant to think that we are fine and that these bumps and snags are not being noticed. However, those who are awake are quite aware that you can’t avoid the lingering fear that something is about to fall apart.
The media has gone to great pains to avoid speaking about the two-to-five nuclear weapons that have gone missing or the reports of radioactive materials being stolen at the border. There is no media questioning the security breach, there are no leads and no reports of follow up—only seeds of fear about a possible plot to invade from within and how we can pretty much figure out who has the power to breach such security and provide so called suspects or even successful perpetrators of yet another “crime of the century.”
Can we take the time to concern ourselves with the joint military drills where Chinese, Russian and American troops are suspiciously preparing for an unforeseen catastrophe?
Is it paranoia to snap photos of the various trains that are transporting military tanks, ordinance and vehicles across the country and wonder what they will be used for or where they will end up?
Is it so wrong to question why police checkpoints have now resorted to DNA swabbing and bloodletting all over the country and how those who avoid these checkpoints are chased down and subsequently executed only because their crime is being suspicious or frightened or irate?
When did it become a capital crime to be mentally ill in the United States? The medical surveillance state or Affordable health care will see to it that your mental health will be used against you during any and all accusations against you. It will prevent you from owning a gun to protect yourself and it will give a reason for any insurance company or doctor to back out of their contract with you because of what they perceive to be lies about your physical condition.
It is now being realized that 57% of young people do not trust Obamacare. A new poll taken by Harvard’s institute of politics now shows that the idea of “everything is going well” is an illusion provided by a media that ignores that 18-29 year-old’s are fed up with Obama and the new forced insurance threat.
Not that we didn’t sound the alarm earlier this year – only to be met with liberal angst and threats of boycott because we attempted to tell you that the emperor has no clothes.
People say they hate it when I step into political views, but conspiracy is conspiracy and this can be written off as theory and fear mongering – but evidence is mounting that the entire Obamacare fiasco is going to be the fire starter for more woes in the future.
We have sounded the alarm and – now looking into the crystal ball – we can tell you that the Congressional Budget Office now reports that Obamacare subsidies, which are to be offered through exchanges beginning in 2014, will cost 29% more than they initially projected in 2010. Recently, the projected 10-year cost increased by $233 billion and is now three times its original price tag.
“Although the government says there is little or no inflation and the mainstream media plays right along” doling out praise to our messiah Obama, gas prices have been “yo-yo-ing.” However, the yo-yo seems to remain up instead of down as gas prices are remaining “1.5 times the average $1.20 gas price when President Obama took office in 2009“. This adds to inflation and the purchasing of commodities.
As fast food workers rebelled against the poverty wage and the ‘Hunger Games’ economy, it looks as if we all have something to look forward to in 2014 and that is paying more for groceries and fast food.
Thanks to new nutritional information, labeling and packaging requirements that have been forced on us by Obamacare, the average American has not been told that food and restaurant prices may go up 5 to 10 percent in 2014.
The question is: Will 2014 the year we say that we are fed up? That legal action should be taken, even in the face of being accused of being “way out there?”
Once again, we go back to the court case where the federal judge ruled that the NSA spying program was in violation of the Fourth Amendment. The charges of constitutional malfeasance was brought forward by lawyer and activist Larry Klayman, who has stated that what Obama is doing is far worse than what Nixon did when he faced impeachment in 1974.
It needs to be noted that – if you are not familiar with Klayman and his Judicial Watch group – they were instrumental in bringing about the impeachment of former-President Bill Clinton during the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
Klayman says, in essence, that what Obama is doing has stained America more that any blue dress.
Does this mean that impeachment may be in the cards for 2014?
It might, but keep in mind that Dennis Kucinich introduced 35 articles of impeachment charging George W. Bush with a cornucopia of “crimes” in his handling of everything from the Iraq War to Hurricane Katrina. The resolution was referred to the Judiciary Committee, where it never got a hearing.
Truth is, things are not correcting themselves in Washington, and the people are unaware of just how poorly they have been informed about the situation of both domestic and foreign affairs.
Liberal apologists be damned, because the reality is that something has to be admitted in 2014 and that is President Obama has defied the rule of law. Time and again he has acted as if laws that he finds inconvenient can be suspended, altered, or ignored at his whim.
The National Defense Authorization Act refuses to die and the American people have not been told that the NDAA specifically targets them and that the act will be responsible for giving new powers to the Department of Defense, giving more reason to believe that the police state is inevitable and all encompassing. 2014 could be the year of the admitted Democratic dictatorship, as if it is not apparent that this cold dystopia is chilling patriots that are already awake.
The totalitarian state has now shed its brown shirts and arm bands for business suits and has dressed up its enforcement arm in military fatigues and has equipped them with military ordinance and vehicles that scream “overreach” and yet there will be Americans that will defend the state of ‘Battlefield America‘.
Of course when it is shown that people who are gunned down during routine traffic stops appear to be akin to extra-judicial assassinations and negates due process there are frightened Americans who will say that it is justified to send a ‘no tolerance’ message to criminals.
Criminals are made in the courtroom as guilt is to be found by a jury and not the court of public opinion. The NDAA justifies these public executions and removes any and all questions of due process.
The NDAA repeals Habeas Corpus where American citizens can be jailed indefinitely without trial.
There is also the NDAA provision for the requirement of Internment Camps.
Under the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act (HR 645), the “Internment Camps”, can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.”
The FEMA/KBR internment camps are part of the continuity of government which would be put in place in the case of martial law. The internment camps are intended to “protect the government” against its citizens, by locking up protesters as well as political activists who might challenge the legitimacy of the administration’s national security, economic or military agenda.
This is an unprecedented assault on American liberty and yet no one is courageous enough in the mainstream media to report or make valid analysis about how there are many things being proposed that are harming are country.
It needs to be courageously declared that an unbiased revelation needs to prevail in the United States in the year 2014. One that will not jeopardize anyone’s political affiliation to stand up for things that are vital for our country’s continues survival and the promise for liberty.
The threat to our way of life goes beyond the political trappings of taking sides or the push button offenses that are manufactured by political pundits. The obstruction of justice is affecting everyone regardless of religious affiliation, race, or political view.
We can no longer cower in fear over terrorist threats and excuses for warrantless wiretapping and indefinite detainment.
In 2014, we must ask ourselves if we are accepting the totalitarian process or rejecting it in order to save our sanity and guarantee our safety.
Things are not getting better.
