 Interview with T. Carey

   1. Why do you still continue investigating the Roswell Incident of 1947? Hasn’t the Air Force offered a viable explanation for the event? Of course not but would still like to hear your answer.

The Air Force has offered four (4) explanations for the 1947 Roswell UFO crash so far. The first one – that it was the crash of a UFO – was correct. The rest – that it a weather balloon; that it was high altitude balloons from a secret project [Project Mogul]; that it involved dime-store mannequins dropped from altitude in paracutes in the 1950s – were all lies, which is where things stands today. If the Air force offered a fifth “explanation” tomorrow, even if it was the truth, who would believe it?
 
We are nearing the end of the invesrtigation, as the witness-participants pass away. By our calculations most are gone now, Of those remaining, at least half are unavailable to us due to health reasons, and we must still find the rest, as they are not coming forward [we found several this year].
 
We are committed to finding every last witness or person with information about this case until one of the following happens:
 
1. We solve the case beyond a reasonable doubt.
 
2. The Air Force or U.S. Government “comes clean” and admits the truth [which it will never do].
 
3. The remaining witnesses pass away.
 
4. We pass away.
 
The Roswell case is potentially one of the seminal happenings in human history. It answers the question that our species has asked ever since it looked up into the night sky, “Are we alone?”
     

    2. What is the connection between the incident at Roswell and Wright Patterson AFB?

At the time of the incident in 1947, Wright-Patterson AFB was the most secret base in the military. It was also the only installation that could handle the situation. During World War II, its Foreign Technology Division (T2-Intelligence and T3-Engineering) were responsible for receiving and analyzing German and Japanese aircraft, part-by-part, to see what made them tick and to come up with technology to defeat them, etc. It was natural, then, that such “foreign technology” as represented with the Roswell crash-wreckage would have been sent to Wright-Patterson [Wright Field in 1947].
 
The base also had an advanced AeroMedical Facility with which to carry out studies on the alleged alien biological entities recovered at Roswell.

    3. What evidence have you acquired that support the information that wreckage and bodies were transported to Wright Patterson after the crash?

We have numerous military witnesses who were at the Roswell airbase at the time of the crash-recovery who commented to us that they either knew or had heard that he wreckage and/or bodies were being transported to Wright-Patterson. Some others used the phrase “back East” [meaning Wright-Patterson] to describe where the stuff was headed.
 
We also have military witnesses who were at Wright-Patterson at the time that the wreckage and bodies arrived there describe to us what they saw. We also have civilian witnesses who worked at Wright-Patt in various capacities and who had seen “things” during their employment there. Perhaps the most compelling witness at the Wright-Patt end of the trail was General Arthur Exon [now deceased]. Exon was a Lt. Colonel in 1947 who was attending a training class at Wright-Patt in 1947 when the wreckage and bodies arrived from Roswell. In the mid-1960s, he became the base commander of Wright-Patterson AFB. Yes, he knew all about the “foreign” material that came to his base in 1947, and it wasn’t a balloon.

    4. What was the reaction of the officials at Wright Patterson?

As former head of Project Bluebook, Captain Edward Ruppelt, stated in his 1955 book, The Report on Unidentified Flying Objects, “There was panic at the Pentagon, and at Wright-Patterson, the ‘lid was clamped down tight.’” According to General Exon, “Everyone from [President] Truman on down knew what we had found was not of this world within twenty-four hours of our finding it. The analysts who actually received the wreckage to work on knew that they had something new on their hands.”
 

    5. Were there any test results of the wreckage from New Mexico?

Yes. The physical wreckage itself seems to have been made of a Titanium-based alloy, which at times could be indestructible, and at other times very malleable or shape-shifting. The Wright-Patt analysts were “very puzzled,” according to Exon, and they concluded that the pieces [of wreckage] “were from space.” We now know that the Air force tried to back-engineer the so-called “memory-metal” recovered from the crash. It’s on the market today under the name of Nitinol. We traced the history of its development, and it leads back to a contract awarded to Battelle Institute of Columbus, OH by Wright-Patterson AFB of Dayton, OH in 1948 !!!

    6. What information do you have about non-human bodies at the military base?

In our new book, we detail a number witness sightings by military and civilian personnel stationed or employed at the base who had close encounters with the alien bodies within the bowels of Wright-Patterson’s “Blue Room.”
 
One witness describes being in the room where they were being stored in cryogenic capsules, while a civilian engineer claims to have unexpectedly run into “the live one” in one of the lower levels of Building 18. Like the rancher Mack Brazel, he said that it wasn’t green.
 
We also have in the book a sketch of one of the Roswell aliens by a researcher who had contacts with a doctor who was involved in the autopsies of the alien cadavers at Wright-Patterson.

    7. What was the official response of the Air Force to the arrival of the new UFO phenomenon?

Initial puzzlement. Then panic. Then suppresiion. Then denial [which has lasted to the present day]. Meanwhile, beneath the radar, they know the truth but will never admit it short of some event that they cannot control.

    8. Why was Wright Patterson the center of all UFO studies in the aftermath of the Roswell Incident?

I believe that I alluded to the reason in answering an earlier question. From the time when the U.S. military took over Wilbur Wright Field from the Wright Brothers, which was located on a plain just northeast of Dayton, Ohio during World War I, it evolved into the most important military facility in the U.S. inventory. The functions of intelligence, cutting-edge engineering & technology, research & development and logistics & support were all located there. Wright-Patt became the “beating heart” of the U.S. Air force. It still is.

    9. Was there a survivor from Roswell kept at Wright Patterson?

According to a number of military personnel who were at the crash site soon after it was discovered, there was one alien that was alive. In addition to talking about the bodies, they all make the point to state that, “There was one that still alive.” There are a few witnesses who saw a “live one” in the hangar at the Roswell base where everything was first brought from the crash site. Then it was seen again at the base hospital. It was finally seen alive at Wright-Patterson by several witnesses. The most credible account of its demise is that it died in 1952. One witness said that, “We killed it!”

We are in the talking stages with fellow Roswell researcher Kevin Randle about re-uniting “The Three Caballeros” for a collaboration on a different type of book about Roswell. If it happens, you can look for it in 2014. Beyond that, Don Schmitt and I are already planning what will probably be our final Roswell book. We already have a working outline for it.
