Four Little Words: Have An Exit Plan

When I lived in South America, I had to develop a few paranoia skills to keep me safe from any military or police entanglements. I knew that if I was ever stopped by the police, most of the problems or disagreements could be settled with American dollars.

While bribing the local police would not be a good plan in the United States it was common for someone who may have a few extra dollars to give them to an armed soldier or officer to avoid being taken at gunpoint to a local prisoner camp for interrogation.

Whenever I arrived at a location, my companions and I learned to be aware of the exits and know exactly how to make a getaway in case of a guerrilla attack, riot or extremist riot.

These were common, everyday plans to get through the day in a country that was in the middle of civil turbulence. They were learned behaviors that we had to adopt quickly. The Argentinians had the advantage of knowing how to act because – psychologically – they were aware that changes to their democracy had happened so fast that they had to absorb the skills of being able to pack up and leave if conditions worsened in any given area.

The sad thing is that there were a few people that did not want to be forced into making survival plans and many of them died because of the trauma that they experienced.

The country had survived several traumatic experiences that affected the people internally and so there were many people that were apathetic to the trauma and struggled with a form of superficiality and they would always say the words “god willing” – indicating that they were fed up with making decisions and living under the gun. They were reducing their value of intentions and were satisfied with living by the will of god and not making conscious preparations for possible trouble ahead.

I fear that we have arrived at this point as Americans and that one trauma or maybe several mini trauma’s have been enough for some people just to throw their hands in the air and just move about in life not being prepared for major setbacks that we seem to be seeing played out in the mainstream news.

Many people feel that these major catastrophes happen and are apathetic about preparing for the possibility that they could be an active participant in personal survival.

I am finding that many Americans are unwittingly taking part in what can be called ‘social dissociation‘, where apathy is accepted behavior and rage is the inevitable result of allowing the apathy to keep us in a false sense of security.

As the State of the Union address was being broadcast last night and I was watching the pathetic doughy-eyed supporters of this administration clapping blindly to all sorts of cheerleading, I realized that there are still a large group of Americans out there that will docilely follow orders without questioning.

These same Americans are apathetic to the sentences and phrases that indicated to me that Barack Obama wants you to allow him to make decisions without the approval of congress or anyone else. The tough talk, and the “time for action” pulpit thumping sounds good in a rallying speech, however; later we realize that what he wants is for you to not care that he really wants to be a benevolent dictator.

It seems to be a foregone conclusion that we will give him that opportunity because of the fact that we have accepted the idea that there is really no future to plan for and so rather than seeking conflict, the average American has come to the point of accepting a lower moral standard.

People believe that it is not worth the effort to rebel on the basis of moral obligation and so we have become apathetic to the speeches and have decided to become enraged of the fact that the president’s speech has somehow preempted another episode of ‘Jeopardy!’.

The majority of Americans are becoming unwitting victims of manufactured social turbulence and under this well planned strategy provided by our government, we are changing our values and giving up what we once cherished. Many Americans now are giving up their survival skills and allowing someone else to plan ahead for them in hopes that the authorities will have some moral obligation to save you from the collapse that they have created.

We have to take action or be just satisfied and adapt to a tension-filled environment.

I can promise you the tension will intensify and when it does we will be seeing many people completely unable to adapt in a positive way. This is why the prediction of a “battlefield” scenario in the United States is not too far off the mark. This is why the conspiracy fringe are telling you that there are so-called FEMA camps at the ready and that we will be seeing an increased presence of militarized police and what is called “Main Core” martial law to guarantee continuity of government during a perceived crisis.

The other day I saw a tweet by Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report. The post had four little words, but they had a major impact in the blogosphere. The words were “Have an exit plan…” Needless to say, there was buzz all over the internet about what Drudge was trying to say.

So when Matt Drudge tweets “Have an exit plan…“, you need to pay attention.

Now, granted we do not know if this was aimed at investors or if he knows of a major event on the horizon. He gave no details of why he posted those words.

The warning, while cryptic, may be the result of direct insider information. Considering he nearly brought down the Clinton administration by revealing the President’s indiscretions with a White House intern, one could make the case that if anyone has legitimate sources pouring in from across the world – it’s Matt Drudge.

When I saw these words on my Twitter account, I decided it was time to do some research on what may be happening or what may happen. While this may or may not be what Drudge had in mind, I suggest that we all take a moment and take a look at all of the ‘exit signs’ that are around us and – if we don’t have a good exit strategy – we better plan on having one quickly.

SHTFplan.com breaks it all down in their article, “FEMA Seeking Contractors Who Can Supply Biohazard Disposal Facilities, Tarps and Housing Units With 24-48 Hours Notice”

On January 10th, 2014, the Federal Emergency Management Agency issued a request for “contractors who can supply medical biohazard disposal capabilities and 40 yard dumpsters to 1,000 tent hospitals across the United States; all required on 24-48 hour notice.”

FEMA also requested 31,000,000 doses of pediatric flu vaccine from the Centers for Disease Control.

FEMA also put out solicitation requests for 100,000 winter shirts and pants. The request was also made for delivery by summer. Ten percent of the order was meant for children.

So tents, tarps, vaccines and winter clothing were requested two weeks ago indicating that perhaps they are preparing for another strain of flu? Or is there something bigger coming our way?

Well, FEMA has also put in requests for other things that are interesting.

They have requested prefab housing units to be on the ready to be built and set up within 24 -48 hours. They have also requested information on air, land and rail transport capabilities in several regions across the United States. They have also put in requests for Nutritional short shelf life meals.

FEMA also requested security, ambulance support and medical team support for FEMA Region 10, but they withdrew their request two weeks after it was first placed. The solicitation was changed to provide buses and other transportation to camp facilities and or tent facilities that may be set up in the region.

FEMA Region X, or 10, covers Alaska, Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.

There was also a request for data collecting systems and public warning systems in case of a major crisis situation.

This is coincidental because on a recent broadcast of ‘Democracy Now! with Amy Goodman’, there was a report about a FEMA database called “Main Core” that quite literally is a leftover database from Operation Garden Plot and Operation Cable Splicer – where Americans that are considered a threat will be found and detained during a national crisis.

According to the report:

“The criteria for being placed on the list is rather loose, as is the criteria for a “national emergency”, however government sources have said that if you’re on the list that you can plan on being detained should martial law be declared. A senior government official, who’s served with 5 administrations, said that “There exists a database of Americans, who, often for the slightest and most trivial reason, are considered unfriendly, and who, in a time of panic, might be incarcerated. The database can identify and locate perceived ‘enemies of the state’ almost instantaneously.”

In a recent Ground Zero program called, ‘The American Holocaust: Executing The Perfect Cut‘, it was explained that programs that were leftovers from the Reagan Administration were resurrected and renamed after 9/11. In October of 2013, I was given a hard copy report that was provided by a colleague that claimed that he got the list from a someone that knew Matt Drudge and that it was a FEMA ‘Main Core’ order that included information about ‘Garden Plot’, ‘Cable Splicer’ and ‘Noble Eagle‘, the name provided for the report on FEMA Camps post 9/11.

The document went into great detail about ‘Operation Cable Splicer‘ and ‘Garden Plot‘, all sub programs of the REX 84 program already in place. The REX 84 program serves as a mirror to the ‘Operation Condor‘ orders where government operatives were to round up dissidents and place them in camps.

All detention facilities were to be used if there is an indication of civil upheaval in the United States.

The ‘Cable Splicer’ program outlines an orderly takeover of state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA will then become part of the executive arm for continuity of government and thus will head up all operations including a militarized police. The Presidential Executive Orders are already listed in the Federal Register for the legal framework necessary to carry out this operation in case of major crisis in the United States.

There is no need to press the panic button; however, as Drudge tweeted, it is important that you have an exit plan when things seem out of control. This way you may find yourself avoiding a trip to an internment camp – or worse.

We have seen how the government operates in a crisis and we also see how people react to unsure situations. The recent snowstorms in Atlanta, Georgia are demonstrating how people have become dissociative and frightened over conditions that with clear thinking can be prepared for. The winter storm warnings were issued on Sunday and most people were not prepared for what happened.

People abandoned their cars, traffic was at a standstill, children were trapped in schools, and on school buses. Keep in mind that the snow that fell was only an inch or so. However, the scant snowfall was enough to force southerners to seek shelter in churches, fire stations, even grocery stores. The small amount of snow was all but enough to create a panic and strand thousands of people.

This should be proof alone of what I pointed out earlier about how trauma and social turbulence creates an apathy towards preparedness. People wish to avoid resolution or even simple adaptive techniques because they believe that everything is taken care of and that they can cope with minor setbacks.

A skiff of snow was all it took to send southerners into a panic which indicates that there are many people who are unable to adapt to what is happening to them, and tend to marginalize those who are prepared and aware of what is happening around them.

It is obvious that the trauma that we have all been exposed to has created a deep emotional retardation where many of us feel as though we need to be babied or coddled by a nanny state – or rescued by the police or the military because we do not have the wherewithal to adapt to our hostile and somewhat unpredictable environment.

Our values have been degraded, our survival skills have been whittled away, and our emotional state has also been worn to the point of expecting a government or any other authority to make decisions for us or protect us.

The evidence of our inability to cope with what is happening now and what they have planned should be a warning to all of us.
