Adding image filters to an image is not enhancement.
I feel that people get confused when they see the “filter” option in their illegal copies of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier. It is not filtering anything, it is more like another word of an effect added to the image that is there.
We do not live in CSI, or The Bat Cave. You cannot take crappy source video or images, and magically “enhance” them with the click of a button.
When you add a “filter” or “effect” to an image or video, you are actually creating more distortion in the image. The program creates additional pixels in order to obtain the desired visual effect. Which in turn, helps people see things that aren’t there, like in this video.
In other words, if you cannot see it in the original video, then it is not there. Adding sepia effects to an image does not enable you to see more.

If you look at the video and stop it at 1.43 you can see something in upper right corner leaving a shadow on the groud like it is hovering. It is shaped like a snake. Just a quick observation. Thanks
