A family out in a field were astounded to see something coming from the Southwest and headed on a Northeast direction at about 250-300 meters altitude. As it got closer overhead they could see that it was a man-shaped figure, wearing all dark, standing on top of an object resembling a “surfboard”. It flew silently in a horizontal position and was in sight for about 50 to 60 seconds. They described it as a tall man in black, standing on top of a flat board-like object. There were several witnesses.
