I almost think that this is legit. However. I personally believe that this is either a spirit or a case of dimensional bleed-through.
I had a neighbor who had shoes that would light up like that… I think he was 4 years old… it is obviously some advanced technology and only now, thanks to BIN, I look back and realize that I was living next door to a Nephilim family.

This is a digital image taken at night in low light. This is normal even with a photo. The man did not disappear. If you set up a tripod (nighttime) and video or camera and shoot a time exposure and have someone walk past, you get the same effect.
You really need to get a grip on reality. Do your homework. I am not being mean or rude but honest.

Seeing disappearing people has happened to me 3x. The first time was a young women about in her early 30s walking towards me as I was unloading the car. The 2nd time was another young woman jogging up Locust Ave. The 3rd time was a man about in his early 40s walking up Locust Ave. These people flat out disappeared when I would look up to see where these people were going to keep an eye on them if they had bad intentions, in other words keep alert. It usually occurred when I momentarily took my eyes off or a porch pillar momentarily got in the way. When I waited for their reappearance, that never happened and I looked if they had taken another direction. There was no one around. Let me tell you, it was startling.
