The 8.2 earthquake that shook northern Chile and surrounding countries late Tuesday night was one of a string of recent earthquakes along what is known as the “Ring of Fire,” a circle of quake-prone areas on the Pacific Rim.

A powerful 7.6-magnitude aftershock hit Chile’s far-northern coast late Wednesday night, shaking the same area where a magnitude-8.2 earthquake hit just a day before causing some damage and six deaths.

I’ve discussed the ring of fire on this blog before and revisit it now as it would appear that the recent 8.2 earthquake in Chile, along with 7.6 aftershock, has grabbed people’s attention.  The title of this post is, Ring of Fire! There will be earthquakes in diverse places.  Jesus 30 AD.  This prophecy, which is found in the gospel of Matthew, is one of the factors we are to look for that will signal His return.  Are these swarms of earthquakes really business as usual or something more?  I believe these temblors are indications that we are in the last days.  Think about it.  There are wars and rumors of wars, famines and pestilence, earthquakes in diverse places and troublesome times visiting our planet every day.

Take a good look at the map above as it illustrates the Ring of Fire.  Last week while I was at the Orlando Prophecy conference Los Angeles had a 5.4 earthquake!  A few days later the big one hit Chile.  There is also the strange exodus of Buffalo and Elk from Yellowstone National Park, which may be an indication of a volcanic eruption!  http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2014/04/02/Animals-in-Mass-Exodus-of-Yellowstone-Park-May-Portend-Supervolcano-Eruption

If the Yellowstone volcano erupts it could be devastating for those of us in the western part of the US.  Here’s a map showing wide spread area it would affect.

Essentially the eruption would create a nuclear winter over the western half of the US.  The sun would be blotted out, crops would fail, temperatures plummet and there would massive casualties.

In closing todays post.  So what should we do?  First every person reading this should have stock piled at least 6 months worth of food and water.

If an event like the Yellowstone volcano erupting happens the Federal government is not going to be going door to door with provisions.   Every person must take action on his or her own, seize the day, as it were and make preparations!

While the threat of earthquakes and volcano eruptions as well as WWIII loom over our heads, we should remember the admonition of our savior, Jesus, who stated:  When you see these things happen look up, for your help, redemption is coming!

Instead of fear, we should look up and realize we are living in the time of the end when Jesus words are coming true.  In the end, what was foretold will unfold….
