Time: Sept.27th,1973 (9:30 pm)
Witnesses: two teenage females (possibly one adult male)
Event: Two teenage girls were standing outside waiting a ride. One of the girls was visiting her friend who lived in a wooded area. They were in a conversation when both observed something that they would never forget. Coming across the road and toward a nearby wooded area was a 7 to 8 foot tall Bigfoot-type creature, which was covered in white fur. What was even stranger was the fact that this tall creature was carrying a luminescent sphere in one hand. The girls also noted the creatures eyes were brownish-red. Quite shaken the girls ran back to the home and told the father of one girls of what they had seen. The father owned this particular wooded area that the creature was seen to enter. He entered these very woods a short time later to investigate. It was noted by the girls that he was gone over an hour, and while he was down in the woods the girls observed an object move across the sky and projected a beam of light into the same woods! The father returned and seemed to be acting unusual in his manner and told them the encounter “was something not to be discussed” and “he didn’t want anyone tramping around in his woods.” He later told a UFO Field Investigator that he did not wish to talk about the incident, the missing time, and wanted no one looking around in his woods.
