On this isolated beach, the witness, Eugenia P. had gone to fish like she normally did late at nights usually accompanied by her husband and young son. At one point as she rested among some rocks alone she was surprised to see something that resembled a ‘large black top hat’ emerged from the right side of the rocks. Stunned, at first Eugenia t…hought that her husband was playing a trick on her, since whatever it was, it could not be a human being. Under the hat she was able to see a strange shadowy face on an unnaturally tall figure. Terrified and confused she screamed for her husband, who quickly came running but when he arrived the strange intruder had already vanished.
