INITIAL REPORT:
Sept 12, 2014, Friday / Time to be there: 10pm: Contact Person: Cecilia Bustamante. Address to be at: Roseville, Ca – Activity Level: Ghost. Activity Reported: car keys and cell phones go missing. People claim they walk through a shadow/veil in the hallway; pet snake goes crazy in the hallway; hallway is hotspot; people see shadows moving around in the house, people who sleep over have vivid nightmares. Case Manager: Bob Fulton

THE OCCUPANT TELLS HER STORY:
The occupant Cecilia Bustamante tells us that stuff goes missing all the time. Most of the activity happens in the hallway and in one of the bedrooms. In one bedroom the negativity becomes thick and arguments will ensue. In this bedroom the occupant will have nightmares when she is sleeping. The dogs will stare at certain areas of the house, like they are seeing something that the occupant doesn’t see. The occupants will see flashes of light around the house. When the occupant is in the bathroom taking a shower, she will feel like she is being watched.

PARANORMAL INVESTIGATORS PRESENT:
Randi Zayas – Lead Investigator; Victoria Autumn – Videographer – Security; Matt Evans – Ghosthunter-in-Training; Rod Engberson – Lead Investigator; Onyx Markham – Ghosthunter-in-Training; Allie Markham – Ghosthunter-in-Training.

MATT’S OBSERVATION:
In Matt’s own words: “I noticed that the hallway itself is askew/and a bit warped. The southern side of the wall is bending in at the top closest to the living room, and bows out at the far end.” Paul’s comments: “Good observation Matt. This distortion could cause a ‘fun house’ effect and cause a feeling of distortion or loss of balance. In this hallway is where the occupant feels a veil.

AREAS TO COVER:
Randi leads Team 1 and they are covering Area 1 which includes the master bedroom and patio. Rod leads Team 2, which covers the small bedroom, living room and kitchen.

FIRST EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
Rod caught several possible EVPs, where he is talking into the recorder and then gets a strange tapping sound. Matt is getting crackling sounds on his EVP recordings. Rod captures what looks like a vortex picture in the bathroom.

SECOND EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
To deem an orb paranormal, we have to show that it has intelligent movement. Victoria places her hand on the wall and I tell the ghost to appear by her hand. Two different cameras, one camera held by Matt, the other by Rod show the orb by Victoria’s hand. Onyx also takes a picture of Victoria and the orb is close to Victoria’s body. I have to deem the orb appearing by Victoria’s hand, taken by two cameras as paranormal, as a S.C.F. (Spiritual Containment Field) because it listened to my command and actually appeared by her hand. If you cannot show that the orb has intelligent movement, we can explain the orb as possible dust, dew drops, bugs, light refractions, lint or skin flakes. All of these items can appear as orbs and reflect light back at you. Rod took pictures of what is called a comet orb, an orb in motion – that shows movement or basically has a tail. I did a Roman Catholic blessing of the home and the occupant felt relieved and said it felt better now.

Special Note: Roseville is known to once have been the home of a Japanese Internment Camp. Many homes in the area, complain about haunted activity at their home because of this camp. The home we investigated is near the haunted Maidu Park.
