Ghost Materializes From Hell On CCTV

A paranormal research team from Sefton Paranormal Investigators have captured some ghostly images on CCTV camera while on tour of the Liverpool Medical Institute last month. While reviewing their material that they gathered the team noticed several spooky happenings. They captured Orbs, Infrared anomalies, and eerie EVP’s.
 
The first thing they caught was a spectral orb dancing around the main staircase then traversing across the room right in front of an unknowing investigator. The second incident was an infrared light that was caught in the library. Lastly those who took part claim to have heard an unexplained voice or breath recorded in a secure room in the historic building.
 
Does this spooky footage show the non-corporeal trickster antics of long dead Lord Mayor from 1909?
