I recently died from a Clonidine overdose. Obviously I am alive now. Background fact is that I got the meds as an anti-anxiety prescription because people abuse barbiturates, I was given a pill that reduces blood pressure as an alternative…So because people abuse pills I was provided a lethal medication as an alternative. When I took the pills as prescribed in my a normal state of mind I did not expect that I would die.
After taking my medication my heart stopped. I fell. I cracked my head open and 911 was called. The fact is I was dead….No pulse. I was defibrillated and had breathing tubes in for two days. I was pronounced brain dead and my family called by Longmont United Hospital here in Colorado so that they could make “decisions” about me. If they had pulled the plug I would not be typing this.
All I saw was black, like the time before I was born…just blank. It was like sleep, nothing, just endless void. If I had not woken up that would have been it. I do not know anything before I was born and I will not know anything after I die.
That is what there is. An unimaginable void. Remember the Romans? The Mayans? The Egyptians? No! You do not because that was before you. It is the void, you woke up one day and you will close your eyes one day and that is it!
I’ve read a ton of peoples’ near death experiences, since I’m pretty fascinated by the topic. This void you experienced is actually the same as many, many others that I’ve read – the great majority really. The difference is that it seems like you got stuck in “phase 1″, if you want to call it that. This blackest, black empty void (the “valley of the shadow of death” as the Bible calls it) is the first place a person’s spirit (their true self, or thinking consciousness, or “blob of aware energy” or whatever state we’re really in after popping out of their body) seems to go. Many sense the presence of other spirits that are “stuck” here too.
The most important thing though is the way past this place. It seems to be all about intention and thought. In this body-less spiritual state, by everyone’s accounts I’ve read, what you think, is. If your thoughts are only inward, only on yourself, or on the expectation of nothing, then “nothing” is what you’ll experience… indefinitely. There is no sense of time. If your thoughts are of fear or anger, then you attract other spirits full of anger and fear to yourself, while also remaining separate from God in this black void (this would be “Hell”). You must make yourself aware of a desire for God, for love, for light… and then seems to appear a dot of light, the first hint of “something” in this void. If you keep focusing on this desire for God and love, and for this light, then you’ll start to go there into it. Some people also report being tempted to veer “off the path” to the light, either by other “dark” spirits, or who knows what… and these people say that they “knew” that to veer off would trap them in that void. So don’t veer off away from the light! This light (the first “peek” of God) emanates a sense of love, warmth, and a “knowing” – but sometimes it seems that a sense of shame or guilt also keeps some people from feeling able or willing to move into this “knowing” light. Don’t let that happen!
Upon actually entering or passing into this light (which people report as an unfathomable love and joy, or “Heaven”), a good amount of people (not all though) report encountering who they recognize as Jesus (besides dead relatives and friends, and multitudes of others who “spiritually” know them, and even in a few cases unborn children who they are to have later).
My personal thought, putting all these people’s accounts together with what the Bible teaches, it looks like this … God loves us beyond imagining, and Jesus died to bring all of us (our spirits) back to God when we die (to “save” us). His death leads us to the path to the light and to God. If we believe and trust in our truest thoughts that Jesus, himself being God and therefore having authority and being a “perfect sacrifice”, died in our place, taking all punishment for sin (any guilt) on our personal behalf, then we can freely and confidently approach God (the light) without fear, knowing that we stand free and clear before God thanks to Jesus. If we have this thought process and faith ingrained in our being, then when we die and enter that black void, our thoughts turn to and call on this expectation and assured way to the light and back to God, where we are “saved”. I don’t believe God legalistically condemns anyone to “hell”, but by the state of our spirit and thoughts when we die, we potentially condemn ourselves to such a condition.
I always wondered for years (before I became a Christian) how “belief” or faith alone could bring us to heaven. How would that even work? Well, this is what I’ve pondered as the answer to that question.
Jesus is the Truth of God, and in this world is hidden from us, so that we can see the difference between accepting the Truth or not. One is unconditional love and foregiveness, the other an empty black void. The fallen angels came to this world and sinned, being fully aware of the Truth of God. They have been condemned forever to the world that they loved more than God.
I’ve heard that. But you just admitted you were conscious of the blackness.
How do you know what you experience before you were born. Is it memory or do you simply have no experience? That is not the same as your after death experience.
Sometimes we dream and sometimes we don’t, I guess.
You are separated from God. Did you call out in the name of Jesus? I would remember this if I were you. If you remember the void, you were concious of it. You do not want to be separated from God.
That was the bottomless pit, the place you go before you go to hell located under heaven. You need to get saved …

All these hateful Christians with their lake of fire threats. Look people the lake of fire and second death are nothing but Egyptian mythology. This lady said NOTHING about a lake of fire. She saw her loved ones and was told that she had to come back to Earth. You Christians are pissed because your fearmongering threats are not real and never where real.
