I live in Mesquite, NV, and we see plenty of these things. They are absolutely beautiful. They pop up out of nowhere, and then pop off. We call them fireballs, gorgeous color. These fireballs aren’t from here, I don’t think.
These are flares…end of story. I live near a military base and see them all the time.
Notice how they slowly fall and each lasted almost exactly 3 minutes. Yes, they are flares.
