Nothing is going to happened. Interesting name, the “god” particle. If they find it, a lone particle made entirely of matter and NOT made of energy as is everything else, the “god” particle will support the contention we are NOT living in a simulation — that our universe is real. I think it’s simpler than that.
I used to joke that our universe was just a part of a science experiment, that was left to evolve on it’s own.
