UFO: FALLEN ANGEL CANADA

This weekend I was notified that a recent UFO sighting, involving a dramatic crash into Lake Winnipeg in Canada has now gotten the attention of amateur UFO researchers and those who wish to debunk the crash as some sort of experiment gone wrong.

The UFO report was first filed on Facebook by a man named Brent Mancheese, who snapped a few photos in the area of the crash and posted them on his news feed.

Immediately his Facebook page had been taken down. The UFO crash, which garnered attention for the dramatic nature of the military UFO cover-up involved, occurred near Jackhead, Manitoba. With this event standing as one of the most dramatic UFO incidents of the past several months

Another dramatic UFO encounter happened in Peru during a television interview.

A television production crew in Lima, Peru, videotaped a purple-colored disc-shaped UFO hovering in the distant sky near a construction site. So far, there’s no official explanation for the object.

According to Peru This Week, the TV show “Alto al Crimen” was shooting an episode in the upscale Miraflores district of Lima on February 10. The show’s host, Lima Congressman Renzo Reggiardo, halted an interview to allow his camera operator to focus on the strange-looking purple object in the sky.

The object was a classic disc shaped object that was just hovering over a construction site giving off a strange purple and blue color.

Meanwhile the Canadian UFO crash kept gaining ground as residents in the area of Jackhead told that there was a shelter in place in effect and that all cell phone and computer communications would be halted until the craft was safely pulled out of the ice and the danger was clear.

Literally, the Canadian military had blocked communications about the incident, which brings up a lot of questions that I am sure the military does not want to answer.

UFOs of course are a hard sell in a world where skepticism has taken hold all because of internet opportunists that love a good UFO story that they can hoax or use to fool the public.

It seems there was indeed something in the ice of military interest on Feb. 18. Pictures of military vehicles near Jackhead were popping up all over the internet, generating from twitter accounts in Winnipeg.

People described the vehicle as looking like a stepped up pyramid about 200 yards long and triangular shaped. One resident commented that whatever the craft was, it was huge and had a long set of lights and literally broke in two. Pieces of it were seen heading straight up and then dropping suddenly into the lake causing a huge wave that pushed the ice up into huge piles.

CBC news was alerted to all of the talk of UFOs and decided to investigate. What they reported was that it was not a UFO at all, according to Lt.-Col. Paul Davies, commanding officer 38 Territorial Battalion Group. He claimed that the battalion is involved with an Arctic Response Company Group training exercise on Lake Winnipeg called Arctic Bison 2015

Members of the Arctic Response Company Group drive across frozen Lake Winnipeg during Exercise Arctic Bison 2015.

About 150 military personnel are taking part in Exercise Arctic Bison 2015, which includes the 38 Canadian Brigade Group, the 2nd Battalion of the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry, the 4th Canadian Ranger Patrol Group, and 440 Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force.

Davies said soldiers are training to deal with a plane crash and provide ground search and rescue support in the Arctic.

The bright light that people saw, he explained, came from an airplane that takes off very quickly and then crashes.

Residents were not aware of this exercise and during the UFO incident a very harsh cold front has blown through making it dangerous to be outside. It is also peculiar that a shelter in place command has been issue for the area. Nobody is allowed to leave or enter the reservation at this time and that the military has been going door to door talking with residents. They are telling the residents that they are conducting emergency training exercises.

If it routine training why all of the drama, why is there a shelter in place command being issued by the military and with the extreme cold front in Manitoba over the last two days why would these so called exercises continue in extremely dangerous conditions. In a deadly freeze, it is dangerous to spend time outdoors for any period.

The military has moved in all their equipment effectively blocking any view of what may have crashed into the water or what they are doing there.

We contacted Peter Davenport from the National UFO Reporting Center. He tells us that he had contacted Dr. Chris Ruthowski from the Canadian UFO report in Manitoba and the strike team from MUFON and they claim there is nothing to the story.

What we lack are credible witnesses in this story. The few that have talked are now being told not to. The evidence was not first presented to a credible news agency. Even if a UFO crashed in the waters of Jackhead, there would be a hardly anyone that could accurately get near it. All we have are a few curious pictures and some commentary that something evidently crashed there.

Again it is a matter of who do you trust, the military’s explanation or what people saw?

The UFO community is frequently inundated with promises of easy answers. Insiders emerge with convenient explanations about what is being seen, and with the latest Blue Book revelations there is more caution now about what is reported and what is left to be ignored.

It is always interesting to see what UFO stories eventually become easily explained away by the military and which ones aren’t explained and how long it will take for the story to get lost somewhere in the memory hole.

Many people in the field of research sincerely wants to believe that UFOs piloted by aliens is a common thing, but the truth is there are many theories that presume that perhaps the alien UFOs are rare and that what we are experiencing is the result of alien probes or unmanned or Artificial intelligence now pilots these aircraft.

In October of 2012, more than 100 UFOs were seen along the India-China border, and the sightings had officials puzzled. The Times of India reported that “yellowish spheres appeared to have lifted off from the horizon on the Chinese side and slowly traversed the sky for three to five hours before disappearing.”

The Times of India added that the UFO sightings stumped numerous Indian military groups, including their air force, NTRO technical intelligence agency and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police. The Los Angeles Times reported that intelligence had ruled out the simple answer of the UFOs being Chinese drones or low-orbit satellites. Even though officials tried to calm the population with possible down to earth explanations the people were not convinced that the objects were from earth or even friendly.

In fact a photographer who had witnessed this phenomenon began shooting pictures. What he witnessed was something that even baffled him. What he saw were orbs and spheres but what he also witnessed was what appeared to be machines with what appeared to be mechanical arms picking up spoil samples.

It was suggested that this was an extraterrestrial probe looking for earth soil. The theory lasted a long time and got the attention and the imagination of the people in China and India. In 2014, however, the media suggested that the UFOs in question were Chinese balloons gathering information and positions of troops along Chinese border. China is on altogether different level as compared to Indians in terms of technological advancement in military operations. The highly advanced robots that were used at the border have not been explained satisfactorily.

It is stating the obvious to say that everybody who does UFO research has at one time or another wished for the one great event — the ultimate smoking gun — that would decisively reveal the truth. Unfortunately, there is no shortcut. UFO research is just plain hard work.

In Ufology, a close encounter or CE is an event in which a person witnesses an unidentified flying object. This terminology and the system of classification behind it was started by astronomer and UFO researcher J. Allen Hynek, and was first suggested in his 1972 book The UFO Experience: A Scientific Inquiry. He introduced the first three kinds of encounters; more sub-types of close encounters were later added by others, but these additional categories are not universally accepted by UFO researchers.

Most are familiar with the term “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” because of the Steven Spielberg film which introduced the pop culture to UFO encounters. As UFO encounters have became more sophisticated there have been more terminologies associated with such encounters. These numeric terminologies were added after Hynek’s scientific studies.

CE-4: A UFO event in which a human is abducted by a UFO or its occupants. This type was not included in Hynek’s original close encounters scale

Hynek’s erstwhile associate Jacques Vallee argued in the Journal of Scientific Exploration that a CE4 should be described as “cases when witnesses experienced a transformation of their sense of reality,” so as to also include non-abduction cases where absurd, hallucinatory or dreamlike events are associated with UFO encounters.

CE-5: A UFO event that involves direct communication between aliens and humans. This type of close encounter was named by Steven M. Greer’s CSETI group. Those of this type are described as bilateral contact experiences through conscious, voluntary and proactive human-initiated cooperative communication with extraterrestrial intelligence.

CE-6: Death of a human or animal associated with a UFO sighting. Close Encounters of the Seventh Kind –The creation of a human/alien hybrid, either by sexual reproduction or by artificial scientific methods.

There are also military terms for UFOs. There are “Bogeys,” “Santa Claus,” and, if they crash, they are known as “Fallen Angels.” The term also refers to a military craft that has crashed with a pilot inside.

The investigation of UFO sightings involves many hours spent interviewing witnesses, surveying sighting locations, collecting photos and evidence, digging through archives, and even going to the site itself to investigate.

I would say for the sake of argument that since the temperatures at Jackhead and Lake Winnipeg are so frigid and dangerous, all reports from outside sources should be considered spurious. The only people that know what has happened to them are the residents of the area and of course the military knows as well.

The sad thing is we often find out about sightings long after they happen — when the trail has become stone cold. Other times the trail of evidence leads to a dead end: Witnesses don’t agree, somebody lies, evidence is lost or compromised, or an event turns out to be a hoax. Yet still we persevere. Eventually we see the fuzzy beginnings of a picture of the UFO phenomenon – but still we find no smoking gun. There are no easy answers.
