There is no longer an American loyalty when hierarchy is in charge; there is now a world concern and a world campaign, forged by American policy makers, which is now beginning to trouble those who have been the star players in the patriot games. The rules have changed and the game theory no longer favors the residents of the homeland. The list of enemies is now a “kill” or “hit” list on which American citizens are in the crosshairs.

In the past year it has been obvious that America has been designated a human hunting ground, as gunmen who have military grade ordnance have been shooting up shopping malls, movie theaters, and now religious complexes. The terrorism that is experienced in other countries is now becoming a common occurrence in the United States. It is also appearing to be carried out against foreigners, Muslims and Jews.

These tactics have a pattern. From movie theaters to religious centers, we see the beginning of an organized plan to have terrorist activity to appear to be carried out by domestic extremists. The question now is whether or not this is an organized effort to create a “panic” policy in the United States so that the country will beg for drone surveillance and a militarized police presence.

There is also a report in which a US Army Military Police training manual for “Civil Disturbance Operations” outlined fully how the military can be brought in to domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.

The rules of engagement during these so-called civil revolts have changed dramatically. Now the rules regarding the use of “deadly force” in confronting “dissidents” have been made disturbingly clear. The new directive is that “warning shots will not be fired.”

Jade Helm 2015 is a major unconventional warfare exercise to be held across and estimated 9 Western states from July to September 2015. It’s not clear how many total participants there will be; according to briefs given to county officials in Texas, there will be some 1,200-plus people deployed in Texas. There will also be a garrison of troops being deployed in Utah.

We can reasonably assume that’s the largest concentration of live players to be deployed anywhere in the exercise, although the 1,200 probably won’t all be there at the same time.

That said, this is an exercise focused on irregular warfare, and therefore, although it brings together conventional forces as well as Special Forces, its boot-by-boot footprint in any one place is small.

But the psychological impact will be massive as troops will be in various neighborhoods conducting urban military exercises using fake bombs, firing blanks and using black helicopters to land and extract fake prisoners of war and escort them to designated facilities provided by the age old Operation Garden plot exercise that was approved as a standby prisoner system provided during the Reagan administration.

Operation Garden Plot, also known as The Department of Defense Civil Disturbance Plan (18 USC 1385 Posse Comitatus Act), is a general US Army and National Guard plan to respond to major domestic civil disturbances within the United States. The plan was developed in response to the civil disorders of the 1960s and is now under the control of the U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM). It provides Federal military and law enforcement assistance to local governments during times of major civil disturbances.

“The Garden Plot plan — outlining the Army’s perception of the “situation” in America certainly insinuates an establishment that is afraid of the disenfranchised. The Plot warns against “racial unrest,” as well as “anti-draft” and “anti-Vietnam” elements.

Garden Plot was last activated as Noble Eagle to provide military assistance to civil authorities following the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States. The Pentagon also activated it to restore order during the 1992 Los Angeles Riots. Under Homeland Security restructuring, it has been suggested that similar models be followed.

These models have been improved upon with the construction of detainment prisons by Kellogg Brown and Root, and what are called FEMA emergency and activity drones that have been constructed to provide shelter during monster storm threats.

There are many people who say that these dome facilities can immediately be turned into “black detainment” areas used by the CIA for enforcing NDAA.

CIA General Counsel Stephen Preston went on the record as saying that “American citizens are not immune from being treated like an enemy if they take up arms against the United States.” Furthermore, they are not immune from being treated like a potential enemy if they protest, assemble with groups or even have the slightest connection to a well-known terrorist organization.

You don’t have to assemble bombs, threaten schoolchildren, or burn a flag to be under suspicion. They don’t even need probable cause. If they think that you are a threat or if they profile you as a terror mastermind, you may not see the light of day.

There are many people who will take the government’s word that the new laws and the civil rights violation only apply to terrorists, however that is naïve and there are a lot of people who have been under the gun and harassed by alphabet agencies and government paid security just because they fit a certain profile that has nothing to do with guilt or any other associations with so called terrorists.

America is literally under the gun. People who have never experienced government harassment are so sure of themselves in the knowledge that it doesn’t happen here, that there are no American targets. It is already assumed that if you are a target you most definitely have some sort of guilt.

This is wrong. But this attitude is normal for those who have been traumatized into accepting, without question or rebellion, a police state.

We Americans have been encouraged to think well of ourselves and our way of life. We are told that the way we live in this country is superior to other countries, even though this ideal life is quickly fading into history; even though other countries, which live differently, seem to have lasted a lot longer than we have.

With this in mind, we can assert that most people in the United States are becoming desensitized to concepts as vast as this New World Order and, in the process, to the ever-present encroachment on human dignity and rights. They do not question barbed wire placed on the perimeter of a political convention, nor the presence of military patrols in the area.

There are many reasons for this and one chief reason is that the Pentagon intelligence apparatus has approved the use of military ordinance in films and in television shows to normalize tactical squads in police forces and the desensitizing of military operations in urban settings.

Hollywood, and most of the media have a direct line to the Pentagon intelligence apparatus. They are the public release valve for potential threats. Money is poured into the coffers of Hollywood elites in order to create “civic insanity.” The motto for Pentagon intelligence is “Scientia est Potentia” or “Knowledge is Power.” When you can control knowledge, potential knowledge, and past knowledge you control the consensus.

All that you see in the theaters and on your television entertainment is passed through a potential “doomsday blueprint” and from there a psychological operation can be passed through the Pentagon filter as normal operations for Anytown, USA.

The new wave of military war operation fiction in film and Television grabs you on a psycho-cognitive level. It plants memes in your subconscious and then these memes become self-fulfilling prophecies, embraced by the masses and outwardly approximated through the efforts of the elite.

When the book ‘Nineteen Eighty-Four‘ was released in the first half of the 20th century, it was chilling fiction that was designed to bring about awareness regarding the encroachment of the state upon the freedoms of the individual.

The act of whittling away such rights was accelerated with the use of propaganda that convinced the people that there was a threat to internal security, and that, in order to eliminate the threat, there would have to be a feared police state to eliminate that threat.

While it is easy to cite Orwell as a source for comparison, you can also research definitions of despotism, democracy and dictatorship. In all of the definitions the words “police state” are always used as a way to describe the type of authoritarian regime that uses fear and intimidation to keep people hostage.

In the event of an actual emergency or crisis, the mission creep of an organized militarized police would be welcomed by the people especially if the threat is organized and elusive.

In their mental haze of fear and paranoia, the American public has paid little attention to what is being done inside the United States for the sole purpose of the continuity of government in the event of a massive crisis. One of the most deceitful actions being carried out by our leaders is something called “mission creep.” The simple definition of mission creep is the process by which a mission’s methods and goals change gradually over time.

Most of this mission creep is to literally militarize the police, use drones to patrol the skies and provide facilities for the populace — and that does include internment camps.

There is also more and more evidence to support that government agencies are planning for events where mass casualties will be taking place and have demanded the tools necessary for identifying and burying the dead in mass graves.
Even though the military assures us that the Jade Helm exercise is routine and that is there to teach soldiers how to fight in foreign cities, American citizens are not so trusting that the event could eventually turn into a martial law situation.

While the overturning of Posse Comitatus would be a tempting idea for the president to consider if a crisis breaks out, he would probably rely on the military to perform a mission creep without an official declaration of creating a military police force.

Let’s face it, our police are already militarized and if the military is already in play we are prepared for just about anything.

However the bigger problem we face is that our military is slowly convening over nine states to literally carry out war games in our neighborhoods, and in our own back yards.

It’s not paranoid to point out that the precedent being set could turn easily from innocuous to dark. It’s one thing to conduct training on such a minimal scale that the public doesn’t have to be briefed on or aware of it.

It’s actually another thing — a significant shift in the proposition — to say that the public needs to be aware of it, and needs to give its consent and cooperation under pressure by the military.

That proposition means we’re setting a precedent of buy-in for the conditions of this exercise. I find it very telling that so many people in Texas are complaining about the Jade Helm exercise that it begs the question were they asked if it was okay for the Military to literally camp in their back yards?

I would like to know how many counties in Texas did not want to participate but were forced to. Was there an option to opt out and what were the consequences?

Were officials coercing ranchers to do something that they didn’t feel right about? Like for example housing some of the Special Forces units during the exercise?

The question is, does this constitute a violation of the constitution?

We don’t need a specific, conspiracy-theory here to know that it’s a dangerous practice to house the military in ranches and homes and having them do war exercises in our neighborhoods.

Anyone whose thoughts went immediately to the Third Amendment, on hearing about the ranchers hosting the Special Forces headquarters, is simply showing good sense.

Amendment III to the constitution reads:

“No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.”

And it’s particularly striking to see the military seeking from the public such overt agreement to a training event in our midst, at a time when the president says we are not at war with anyone and that we as Americans have never been safer.

Described by some as “a preference for the Civilian over the Military,” the Third Amendment forbids the forcible housing of military personnel in a citizen’s home during peacetime and requires the process to be “prescribed by law” in times of war. This Amendment is not considered controversial and has never been litigated before the United States Supreme Court.

On July 2nd, 2008, Obama delivered a speech in Boulder, Colorado in which he promised the creation and establishment of a “Civilian National Security Force.” He further promised it would be “just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded as the US military.” In that same speech, he also opined that “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set.”

The federal government currently has around 120,000 armed agents in about 40 different agencies. The purpose of this exercise may not be solely to train Special Forces in unconventional warfare. It may also be to hone the skills of the FBI and other armed agencies in counter-insurgency.

DHS repeatedly warns us about the dangers of “domestic terrorism” and so this could be very profitable in learning about insurgency and combatant operations in a state that is neither red or blue just a whole lot of gray.
