Attacking The American Cyber Juggernaut

ATTACKING THE AMERICAN CYBER JUGGERNAUT

There have been a number of psy-ops that have been conducted in the United States to create infighting and division in the United States. I am not banking on anyone noticing that there were more compelling stories to report and more interesting things to touch on and as the criticism flew, it was evident that many distractions like the rebel flag, Bruce Jenner and the gay cake issue in Oregon had captured the imaginations of the people rather than what was in store for the future.

Forgive me if I tend to repeat myself. I have three hours of national air time and while I am used to doing a progressive three hour show, I tend to revisit what I have said in previous hours just in case others are just joining in.

It is not surprising that many Americans are just “joining in” and they are now just picking up on what government has done and what it is doing while the mainstream narrative continues to push heir petty agendas.

Some of us know and are quite worried about the Senate approving the fast track Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). I really don’t think that the mainstream narrative has focused its attention on this issue because it does not seem to be in the public mind enough to be discussed anywhere.

It is unfortunate because in reality it has made Barrack Obama a dictator and whoever else decides to occupy the throne after he leaves the White House will get to contribute to the despotic government we have now.

Critics of the TPP say it will crush American jobs, exploit oppressed foreign labor, make healthcare more costly, void national and local sovereignty, hand total control of 40% of the world’s economy to corporate tribunals and of course suppress internet freedom.

The internet has taken a pounding from the Obama administration and it is clearly becoming vilified as an open play ground where scary criminal master minds are aiming to attack the American cyber juggernaut.

Three major cyber security incidents this morning had some people worried that this was only the beginning for a predicted cyber-Armageddon. It was reported this morning that United Airlines had grounded all of its flights worldwide due to a computer glitch. Then within 90 minutes CNN reported that the New York Stock Exchange had halted all trading due to a internal “digital failure.” CNN kept asking of they were connected or if a cyberattack was underway. Then came the trifecta as the Wall Street Journal also became dark due to yet another so called glitch.

Even though three companies suffered a major outage, all three said that it had nothing to do with hacking or any other possible cyberattack. However the so called coincidence created commentary from the White House, the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. All three were encouraging an investigation into foul play, however all of the companies refused.

This prompted the major networks to ask why.

The television networks were playing abject conspiracy theorists by suggesting a cyber attack while the victims were saying in “unison” nothing to see here.

Finally, the White House and DHS backed off saying there was no evidence of a hack.

However, it was reported on Fox news that the hacker group Anonymous tweeted the night before asking the question if the next day would be a bad day for Wall Street.

United Airlines grounded all its domestic flights because of the huge glitch with its computer system. It is interesting to note that United had to ground its domestic fleet last month, too.

On June 6th, all United Airlines flights in the US were grounded for nearly an hour over “dispatching information.” Though United never indicated the exact cause for the grounding, tweets from on-board passengers suggested it had to do with faulty flight plans being automatically uploaded to pilots. Then later in June, a Polish Airline was hit with what seemed like the exact same problem.

Is this just simple computer malfunction or something else?

Well, as the all clear has been given that hasn’t stopped the conspiracy theories nor has it silenced those who think this was evidence of a cyberattack.

Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Florida, said the computer glitches which impacted the New York Stock Exchange, United Airlines and the Wall Street Journal showed a need for Congress to pass a cybersecurity reform bill.

Nelson, the top Democrat on the Senate’s data security subcommittee, also commented on Twitter that three glitches in one day gave the appearance of a cyberattack.

He said this even though all three companies tried to calm things down and avoid any and all speculation about the incident.

It is alarming that the New York Stock exchange shut down lasted nearly three hours. The shutdown also came on the heels of the Chinese market’s free fall.

Companies in China fell 20% from a May high and, right before the NYSE shutdown, the Hang Seng Index plunged its most since the 2008 financial crisis. “The Hang Seng Index fell 5.8% to 23,516.56 at the close today, the biggest drop since November 2008, after slumping as much as 8.6%,” Bloomberg’s Kana Nishizawa wrote.

Overall, China’s stock market plunge has wiped out around $3.2 trillion since June 12.

Another coincidence is that prior to the Stock exchange petering out, A number of cybersecurity stocks moved sharply higher before the glitch began. Cyber Ark, Imperva, AVG, and Palo Alto all spiked coincidentally creating all kinds of speculation that this was a planned event or a test.

The ISE Cyber Security Index that represents many cyber security companies also marked a spike before trading ceased at the New York Stock Exchange.

The sharp moves highlight how even the perception of a hacking attack can benefit cybersecurity technology companies.

It seems that in the media perception certainly was reality as several networks were constantly bringing up the coincidence of three major systems shutting down and inferring that what we were seeing was a cyberattack.

What they did not report is that The Pentagon, Department of Homeland Security, National Security Agency and a host of other agencies joined British officials and a number of private companies for a three-week cyber war game, testing 14 teams on a range of simulated attacks on two continents.

The war game is called “Cyber Guard” and officials at the Pentagon reported 3 days ago that they had plans to ramp up the frequency given the expanding threat of a large-scale cyberattack.

They also invited some banking and energy officials and others to participate, as the U.S. government was seeking to test the various industries that could be forced to respond in the event of a cyberattack.

It was reported at the first of the year that cyberattack war games were going to be carried out, however there was no indication as to when. The “where” however was revealed. The war game would test locations like the Bank of England and commercial banks, targeting the City of London and Wall Street, and would be followed by “further exercises to test critical national infrastructure.”

Other scenarios in the wargame include a major earthquake hitting southern California, followed by a series of coordinated cyberattacks, including oil and gas pipeline disruption, interference at a major commercial port in the U.K., attacks on Pentagon networks, a freeze on access to cash at banks and long lines for food at stores.

The scenarios were rolled out and either intensified or dialed back for each team, depending on its performance.

The cyberattack teams had to deal with simulated attacks that could be carried out by unsophisticated hackers to more complex attacks by foreign countries with advanced cyberweapons.

This once again provides us with the age old cliché of drills or tests going real time and providing fodder for strict cybersecurity laws and the debate on whether or not he internet grid is safe.

There is something far more revealing of what is transpiring behind the scenes and under the radar that many so called truth tellers are avoiding that may indicate that misinformation is spreading and the truth is fleeting.

Some politicians, such as former CIA Director James Woolsey and former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano have urged the White House to ramp up cyber-defense and security measures. Cyber scares have created a crisis where the solution has been the idea of putting into place a program that government says is necessary to secure America’s infrastructure from foreign hackers.

The government has keenly provided a cyber game of ‘Clue’ where there is really no one to point the finger at and even when a major shutdown of three companies is downplayed as human error or mechanical failure, there can only be suspicion and speculation and later a scapegoat provided that can be anyone in any type of complex cyber false flag exercise.

An exercise meant to shut the grid down and leave vulnerable a country. Meanwhile, we are left a little shaken by the prospect of an attack and so we immediately prepare ourselves by withdrawing money from the banks, stock up on food and fill up our gas tanks at the pump.

Despite what has been said today about a three way tie in the computer glitch category, people are becoming cyberweary. I have heard many people say that public pronouncements by appointed officials are made to communicate a particular idea or position; not to accurately inform the public.

What the official said may or may not be true, we have no way of knowing. Meaning that when they say not to panic, you should panic, when they say there has been no cyberattack there is reason to take what they say with a very small grain of salt.

Furthermore, a forced shutdown at the New York Stock exchange could be a method of protecting insiders who need to unload everything that is going to crash as the Greek talks have failed, the Chinese market crumbles and how many see a domino effect where the entire world economy will crash this year.

This type of vulnerability is like a huge gift for the globalist technocrats.
