Captain K’s Martian Chronicle

As we have reported in the last few days, it is beginning to look as if space is about to yield up some clues about extra-terrestrial intelligence and the truth about a secret space program designed to provide a safe haven for the elite who are part of a special breakaway civilization that may want to live on either the moon or on the planet Mars.

It is an idea that has been familiar with ever since I was five years old. When the Moon landing happened in 1969, my father speculated that by the time I would be in my 30’s I would be living happily on the Moon.

When I was a kid, one of my favorite science fiction series was Space 1999. In the series, there was a Moon base where the Moon kept all of the Earth’s nuclear waste. An unbelievable explosion was set off and it knocked the Moon out of Earth’s orbit. It sent the inhabitants of the Moon base hurtling uncontrollably through space.

Isaac Asimov pointed out that any explosion capable of knocking the Moon out of its orbit would actually blow it apart, and even if it did leave orbit it would take hundreds of years to reach the nearest star.

He was attempting to debunk the possibility of an explosion knocking the Moon out of orbit. However at the time of the television show and the Asimov comment, no one was aware of secret project that was thought up by military brass in the 1950’s.

The US Air Force in co-operation with ex-Nazi scientists developed a top-secret plan to detonate a nuclear bomb on the Moon as a display of military might during the Cold War. The project was called A-119. The explosion was to be conducted on the far side of the Moon. The bomb was planned to be detonated on the edge of the Moon, the mushroom cloud would be illuminated by the Sun. The bomb was supposed to be at least as large as the one used on Hiroshima at the end of World War II.

The main aim of the proposed detonation was a PR exercise and a show of one-upmanship to the Soviet Union. The Air Force wanted a mushroom cloud so large it would be visible on Earth. The US was lagging behind in the space race and they were convinced that dropping an atomic bomb on the Moon would send a message of Military might to the Communists.

Kennedy said in 1961 that before the decade was out, landing on the Moon was a goal. But according the secret space enthusiasts, there was already an American base on the Moon and a year later a space probe landed on Mars, which confirmed the existence of an environment which could support life.

In 1991 film director Lee David Zlotoff presented to the Space Development Conference, a new film called Plymouth. Plymouth was not just any movie, it was about to be used as predictive programming to prepare the world for living in space.

The film took place in the near future, where a group of two or three hundred people lived on an abandoned mining base on the Moon. The filmmakers were not looking at some science fiction approach to the film, but the reality of hard science and how it would be able to host a breakaway civilization on a huge pile of regolith. Zlotoff consulted with NASA Dr. Wendell Mendell, on how to create a “day in the life” of a possible colony on the Moon.

Since 1982, Dr. Mendell has studied and written about human exploration of the solar system, especially on the establishment of a permanent human base on the Moon, from both technical and policy perspectives. He was the editor of the seminal volume, Lunar Bases and Space Activities of the 21st Century.

During NASA’s Constellation Program, Dr. Mendell served as a liaison between the scientific community and the Program Office responsible for implementing the Vision for Space Exploration.

Zlotoff also teamed up with space artist Pat Rawlings of Science Applications
International, She is proficient in creating realistic depictions of future spacecraft. This quality has been instrumental in “selling” the reality of space travel to laypersons who otherwise might think of space travel as science fiction or fantasy.

Rawling created an internal art studio—Eagle Visuals—with a team of illustrators and model makers responsible for the majority of the artwork depicting the advanced programs of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Since 1989 Rawlings has worked for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he has produced artwork for nine NASA field centers and for NASA headquarters.

Plymouth was a convincing film that eventually aired on the ABC network.

The colony’s main export was helium-3, and it makes extensive use of local lunar resources.

“Plymouth” was intended to be a pilot for a TV series, but didn’t get picked up by the network.

However when the TV show aired, it did its job. It was there to prepare people for the idea of colonizing the moon and possibly Mars for mining purposes.

Governments around the world and the US Government in particular, are lying to people on a scale so massive and colossal it defies imagination. People are calling several mainstream talk shows worrying about menial affairs, falling for divisive propaganda like race baiting, confederate flag lowering and gay marriage, but meanwhile, it appears that the elite-highly controlled section humanity with highly advanced technology is already actively perusing a breakaway civilization and in preparation have already established what only can be speculated to be colonies in space.

On June 15, the U.S. House of Representatives took a major step in passing a bill that provides legal protection to space mining by U.S. based corporations that establish off-world operations. The “Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act” will protect corporations “from harmful interference” and “discourage government barriers” to their space operations.

In other words, it authorizes off world mining facilities to use whatever means necessary to mine an extraterrestrial landscape. This includes but is not limited to slave labor, and environmental damages that may develop.

So here is the big riddle? Why on Earth are we considering passing this bill now? I am sure they are explaining away that action by saying that it is being done for a future Mars Operation or even Moon operations. However, we have been told these operations are some 20 or 30 years away.

The bill, “H.R.1508: Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act of 2015,” was introduced and referred to the Science, Space and Technology Committee by a bipartisan group of eight members on March 19, 2015. On June 15, after an 18-15 vote two days earlier in favor of amending the bill, it was officially sent to the full House for a vote in an upcoming session. An identical bipartisan bill has been introduced into the Senate by Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Patty Murray (D-WA).

The Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act ostensibly protects the rights of mining companies willing to invest significant financial resources in future space exploration. If, for example, a mining company establishes a base on Mars, then it would have the right to exploit the resources of Mars and be protected under U.S. Federal Law.

If eventually signed by President Obama, the owners and managers of space mining operations would be protected under U.S. Federal Law from international organizations such as the International Criminal Court investigating them for using slave labor and other crimes against humanity.

Such accusations would have to be heard in U.S. district courts which are not a suitable venue for fully investigating or hearing cases of crimes against humanity. Judges and juries in U.S. district courts can be more easily influenced than judicial bodies such as the International Criminal Court.

The timing of this bill does raise the possibility that it is orchestrated by a global corporate elite concerned about impending criminal prosecution for past and current space mining operations. The Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act’s submission is compelling circumstantial evidence in support of the idea that there is a possible breakaway civilization on mars or the moon, or that there are most certainly military and possibly corporate mining operations already in space.

The Space Resource Exploration and Utilization Act raises some very troubling legal issues about future mining operations by U.S. based mining corporations. However, rather than a hypothetical legal problem to be debated by space law attorneys, there is testimonial evidence that space mining operations already secretly exist. Furthermore, it has been claimed that these mining operations use slave labor on Mars and other locations in the solar system.

Once again this is a much less threatening way for the Government to leak the truth without losing face and potentially inciting a revolution. In this way they hope to release pressure slowly.

We are now being bombarded with stories from NASA and elsewhere that perhaps the sixth extinction has begun. Our fight for survival is always shrouded in fear and ignorance. Fresh courage is needed in our brave new world to dodge the obstacles of chaos and despair. We must find a way to preserve our lives. We must cherish our unique place in the universe and realize the treasure that is our human existence.

That is why it is not beyond the realm of possibility that there is in existence a secret society or even a secret technocracy dedicated to a secret space program for this effort. For the first time in human history, we can actually speculate that there is already a possible civilization living beyond the confines of Earth, its life spreading to the rest of the universe, beginning a new evolution.

Is life limited to the Earth after all, or can it indeed move beyond its home planet?

It stands to reason that a secret space program has been implemented and that off world military and civilian groups have already attempted to establish a colony.

We now have the technology to create whole ecologies and engineer their inhabitants. We can take the steps necessary to continue that evolution in extraterrestrial environments.

A year ago a whistleblower named Randy Kramer a.k.a. “Captain K” came forward with his controversial testimony about his service for the Mars Defense Force. The MDF is part of the Earth Defense Force, a UN “Unacknowledged Special Access Program”. His recruitment in 1987 into the “US Marine Corps Special Section” began an alleged 20 year tour of duty working for the Mars Defense Force, which is the primary defense unit that protects the Mars Colony Corporation. This defense unit recruits people from many military services globally to protect the interests of the MCC, which consists of five civilian space colonies. He stated that “Aries Prime” was the main human “headquarters” on Mars, and is located inside of a crater.

Captain K told Grounds Zero listeners that the atmosphere on Mars is breathable, and the temperature there could be warm at times. He says there are two main indigenous species on Mars, reptilian and insect like, both of which are highly intelligent.

While many people looked at the show as pure entertainment, Captain K’s claims tampered with people’s normalcy bias, but of course now seem to be in line with other claims of off world projects that now need laws legislated in order to protect them.

As we have mentioned before mainstream coverage of secret space programs like “Solar Warden” and the case of Gary McKinnon certainly give us a reason to ponder the possibility of mining or military outposts on Mars.

New York University Professor and space development author William Burrows believes that it is imperative that we plan new missions to the Moon and that we have settlements there in order to “maximize the chances of our species’ survival in an abidingly dangerous world.”

Burrows also proposes something known as the “Alliance to Rescue Civilization” or ARC. The idea is to continuously copy Earth’s overall civilization and nature – most or all of what we are and send it elsewhere for safekeeping. It is as if we were backing up the earth’s hard drive, saving and updating the entire history, politics, science, technology, art and literature of all nations and societies. The idea would be to privately fund a library and laboratory in a space station located on the Moon. It would be close enough to access if there was a global emergency, but far enough away from the earth to keep our civilization’s backup intact and isolated from any global calamity.

Stephen Hawking called for a massive investment in establishing colonies on the Moon and Mars in a lecture to mark NASA’s 50th anniversary. Hawking argued that the world should devote about 10 times as much as NASA’s current budget to space and the possibility of a breakaway civilization.

The renowned physicist had previously spoken in favor of colonizing space, as an insurance policy against the possibility of humanity being wiped out by a catastrophic event or perhaps a plague.

We know that earth is a violent planet and that civilizations have seen a never ending cycle of catastrophe. It is time to understand that we live on an unstable planet and that there have been agendas put forth to give us the impression that our problems with the natural elements are unique when they aren’t. Other civilizations have dealt with these issues and some have vanished, but where did they go?

We have been warned that Mars is a hostile place and that we do not have a fighting chance at living there, but we are told that someday we may have to live there if earth becomes too hostile.

I believe that we cannot have the equation work out both ways.
