The spirit of the wolf is a mysterious dream. I can grasp it in my hands for only a short while, like the changing of the moon, the tides and life. It is a beautiful omen from the Gods saying that I do exist now, I am and have always been all around you and I will never leave you.

Can you hear the spirit of the wolf calling to you?

It was night outside and I was running around wild. I passed a building that said: “Full Moon Rising.” and “Howling.” and there was a picture of a werewolf on it . I kept telling myself I was going to meet a werewolf.

I passed that building on a night that was a full moon. I had two other female friends with me. We went into this trailer and it was a redheaded man who lived there, about my age (25) and he made the three of us lay with our necks exposed on our knees on the couch and then he told me to get up, I was chosen. He took off his clothes and said to take off mine.

He kept touching me… I went into the bathroom and started to peel off my pants, I didn’t know whether to take them off or keep them on. They started to become bloody because I was mutilating myself. I ran outside and I never saw him again. It was morning outside and a big woman gave me a ride in her new car. Anyways, the whole time I knew the wolf was out there, trying to get me.

I dreamed that dinosaurs were supposed to be outside roaming so, I stayed inside. It is night. There was a giant wolf sitting inside of my house with me.

I dreamed that there was a huge black wolf running beside me in an open field. He encouraged me to run more.

I had a dream that I was running through a sunny field with yellow daisies. There was a slight breeze, and as I looked to my right there was a black wolf, very tall, running besides me. Beautiful.

I dreamed about Game of Thrones the t.v. show. I dreamed about the part where there was a tree in the wintered woods with red leaves and a grey timber wolf beneath. I dreamed that the wolf turned into a blonde young lady. I dreamed that there was orange and black and pink dragons flying in the sky and they would turn like the trails behind shooting stars into celestial objects. The orange and black one turned into the sunset.

The other ones turned into pieces of mountaintops and cloud rainbows formed everywhere and they were so vivid.

I dreamed of a place that was dark like the color of a deep blue ocean.

The seals on my eyes were broken and my tears came loose because I cried the entire time. I dreamed that it was a silver tree without leaves and grey rocks. A grey wolf was watching me and it snarled at me. It ate two people. The watchman and a young girl. Her corpse was inside a house with beautiful wooden stairs. There was two rooms upstairs her body was on the right, to the left was my ex boyfriend. I went downstairs to try and cook green beans a and burritos, which I overcooked and than I spilled ranch everywhere, like on a chair made with fabric covered in plastic and then his family awoke and I was really scared.

Romulus and Remus
Romulus and Remus is an ancient legend about the wolf’s divine intervention to the founding of Rome. Romulus and Remus are twin brothers. The twins were bore by their mother, Rhea and the God of Mars.

Once they were born, their mother, the Queen was forced to part with them and the King set them out upon the Tiber river. A she-wolf found the two babies down the river and raised the twins. Once they were strong enough, they took back the throne. Romulus mysteriously disappeared and it is my theory that he did so because he is a werewolf.

Werewolf
A werewolf or a Lycanthrope is a man that is also a wolf. During the early fifteenth and sixteenth centuries in Switzerland and Europe in the seventeenth and eighteenth, people were hunted like witches and killed for being a werewolf. In ancient Greek mythology, a man named Herodotus claimed that a tribe of people called Neuri, transformed into wolves for several days during the year. Werewolves are said to feed on recently buried corpses.In Armenian folklore, a woman can be condemned to take the form of a wolf for seven years in order to purge her sins.

The spirit of the wolf is unbreakable, untamable, and impossible to ignore. A wolf has a primal power that can lead us into impossible directions in our lives. Just when you thought that you couldn’t survive a minute longer, the spirit of the wolf reminds you that it has gone on in beauty, against indescribable odds of nature and so can you. The wolf who owns nothing, is not greedy, is powerful and yet noble for the sake of the world of the Gods. The wolf who desires nothing but to love and survive.
