2016 A.d. Evolutionary War

Over the New Year’s holiday between the partying, dinners and merriment, I was fixated on my computer. The reason was because I was tipped off by a friend that there was a potentially volatile situation starting up in Burns, Oregon.

Multiple armed ‘militiamen’ took over the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge headquarters to protest the sentence handed down to two Oregon ranchers accused of arson.

The ranchers accused of arson are Dwight Lincoln Hammond, Jr., and his son, Steven Dwight Hammond, both residents of Diamond, Oregon. They were each sentenced to five years in prison by Chief U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken for alleged arsons they committed on federal lands.

Both men served their sentences and were released. Now, the federal government has appealed those sentences and want the mandatory minimum five-year sentence imposed on the men, and so they appealed to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, who agreed with the feds that the judge ruled illegally. However, now they want to label the Hammonds as terrorists under the 1996 law in order to put them back in jail.

If the judge broke the law, then why isn’t the judge going to jail? Isn’t the re-sentencing of the Hammonds considered double jeopardy?

A double jeopardy defense forbids a defendant from being tried and sentenced again with the same (or similar) charges in the same case following a legitimate acquittal or conviction.

It is as if the government is counting on the court of public opinion to overlook this and labels the Hammonds as criminals that are avoiding their payment to society.

We know a court can modify sentencing but this has triggered outrage and protests as the militia and others have been peaceful but many people are thinking that the militia men are terrorists. We are hoping there is no armed conflict in the area, but tensions are high and this event is triggering all sorts of animosity that seems to be misdirected.

Now, keep in mind that incidents like this have been predicted after the BLM attempted to intimidate and threaten Cliven Bundy to leave his ranch in Nevada. The Bundys have now expressed concerns of a miscarriage of justice in the Hammond case.

“With no authority or justification to prosecute, eleven years after the fire, federal attorneys have obtained judgment that the Hammonds are terrorists and must be punished severely for their actions,” explains the Bundy Family.

On November 3rd, the Bundys issued a warning, which stated,

“We further warn that the incarceration of the Hammond family will spawn serious civil unrest. We advocate that all charges be dropped and that the Hammond family be allowed to return to the home and life that was so rudely interrupted. The Hammond family has paid enough for this mistake, if any mistake at all. Further punishments to the Hammonds will require restitution upon those who inflict the injustices.”

We call upon aware citizens and government officials to promote the protection and freedom of the Hammond family, and by so doing, maintaining the spirit of liberty that this beloved nation is built upon.”

Now, what is most disconcerting is that while the liberal left supported the Occupy Movement where the 99% were protesting against Wall Street and while they have supported groups like Black Lives Matter, who are protesting against police brutality and racial motivated crimes. This protest is being met with anger from the liberal left, and in some cases the conservative right.

How does this make any sense when it appears the Hammond mess is a case government malfeasance?

It appears that some people have thrown all logic and reason out of the debate and have begun calling, not only for the removal of due process for the Hammonds, but also for the slaughter of the militiamen, which also include their wives, and children at the Oregon refuge.

Some even advocated the president order drone strikes on the protesters.

Once again, this is an example of how violence, which the left claim they ostensibly oppose when it comes to police brutality, is now fit and correct to be used against people who they disagree with.

One particular person who has Tweeted some horrible things about the protesters in Oregon is former television talk show host, Montel Williams. Williams is an outspoken advocate for US military veterans, however, he has some very ugly things to say about the militia men; some of whom are veterans.

In a recent post on Facebook, Williams encouraged the government to “disembowel these treasonous terroristic thugs,” and on Twitter he posted if they want attention, then let’s give them some – put this down using National Guard with shoot to kill orders.

How can a man who says he champions veterans, say this about some of the militia members and protesters that may be veterans?

He also says that he is totally fine with a massive use of deadly force in Oregon to take out Ammon Bundy. He also calls them a bunch of under-educated terrorist buffoons who follow Cliven Bundy and he hopes we can send them to meet ISIS.

This is very ugly and if this is any indication of what the future holds, we are facing a very serious situation that will be met with the very violence that Williams advocates.

He won’t like it and neither will most Americans as we are preparing not for a revolutionary war but an evolutionary war where asymmetrical warfare will be used by citizens that may rise up when provoked.

Americans of conscience should be justifiably outraged over the behavior of their government. We are now beginning to feel the encroachment of pathological leadership, which exists across the United States. Since the time of the George W. Bush Administration, America has not had sufficient time to heal from the trauma of 9/11. Many will argue that by now, we should have been able to rebuild and heal the spirit of our county. However, constant reminders of that day, failed diplomacy in the Middle East, and a new leadership that promised change and hope, has resorted to divisive tactics and a continuation of draconian polices that have now created a rift between the “haves” and the “have nots.”

The strategy of tension is to throw fuel on the racial fires, create division based on political party purity, purposefully escalate peaceful protests, carry out false flag operations, spread disinformation, malign religious organizations, and keeping the people traumatized through covert acts of state terrorism.

The lie that this perpetrated on the American people is that government is at a loss for solving crises, that they cannot rebuild morale, address grievances, lower the cost of living, or provide answers as to how an unconstitutional surveillance state is unable to prevent terrorism from plaguing American cities.

It is evident that the American government is evolving and wishes to conduct its affairs with a mob-like mentality.

It only knows how to create additional chaos and point the finger at others. This of course adds more fuel to the fire, degrades society, and quickens the pace of systematic collapse into a dismal abyss of despotism.

This is being enabled by all the parties in the United States. Not one party, candidate or organization within what is called “the elite” values the constitutional republic which in 2016 could very well put us on a war footing as “business as usual” will be what can be called an “evolutionary war” where the war will be fought introspectively by all Americans who will be forced to evaluate what they value both spiritually and materially.

Many Americans will be forced to “think twice and act once” on many things and it will have to be done quickly as communities will be shaken by a new form of asymmetrical warfare.

Civil libertarians have been concerned for years with the move toward greater use of the military in domestic operations.

In 2016, it will be important to learn and understand that your government is already expecting a large scale domestic disturbance or uprising and with paramilitary 1033 programs within the local police forces, and the United Nations Strong Cities Network we will be seeing, the military and police forces shift resources to prepare for any and all civil disturbances wherever they maybe.

Most recently, the Marines moved to create a battalion to allow the military to “be capable of helping control civil disturbances, handling detainees, carrying out forensic work, and using biometrics to identify suspects.”

The Small Wars Journal, a respected publication closely followed in the U.S. military, has published an article entitled “Full Spectrum Operations in the Homeland: A ‘Vision’ of the Future” by retired Army Col. Kevin Benson of the Army’s University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas., and Jennifer Weber, a Civil War expert at the University of Kansas. It lays out not just the military but the legal basis for military operations to crush domestic insurrections in the United States.

The authors write how the military must be prepared to act against citizens when they receive orders regarding domestic threats to the government.

In order to know what to prepare for, the article defines “full spectrum” operations, as requiring the military to prepare for internal campaigns against radicalized American citizens: There will be if necessary, “full spectrum operations in the coming two decades according to the US Army Training and Doctrine Command, The Army Operating Concept 2016 – 2028, TRADOC Pamphlet 525-3-1, dated 19 August 2010.

“In case of large scale civil unrest the military will provide offensive, defensive, civil support operations on U.S. soil.”

The underlying scenarios are set for 2016 if the economy does not improve and unrest grows.

We are also seeing behaviors and attitudes being programmed into Americans that are destructive and with the political parties easily being used as official ways of creating dissent, it is already becoming evident there are buzz words being used to trigger animosity between citizens.

If Democrats did not have the Tea Party to criticize and berate, they would have to think about what is really happening in the United States. It is no different for those who call themselves Republicans. If they did not have radical liberals to scapegoat they also would have to confront what is actually happening in the United States.

What is really happening is that we have become so easily manipulated into hating each other that we are no longer a cohesive group of citizens that can rally around a common goal.

We have no common goals.

In 2016, the idea of having a common goal will probably be accomplished when we all agree to World War and the killing of those who disagree with us politically, and religiously.

I really don’t think Americans can agree on a common goal that we can all achieve to improve our lives in society.

How is it that the majority of Americans do not see this as counterproductive and a threat to national security and domestic safety?

Can anyone answer why hate and counter-positioning is such an encouraged pass time among each party? Can anyone see how this seems to also be encouraged in social media?

Would it be an outstanding achievement for people to see how manipulated they are without having to live under the gun and in a cage like a shaved monkey?

Only a smart, aware, ethical and united people can combat a government which is armed to the teeth against its own population.

This is not conspiracy theory – this is the truth and no amount of self lies and comforting lies told to others will get us out of what we face in 2016.
