Empathetic: Can’t See The Forest For The Trees

Last year, there were alarmist factions within the conspiracy crowd about Jade Helm exercises that were to be carried out in the Southwest. Many people both in and out of the media reported that the Jade Helm 15 military exercise was to be a training exercise to test and develop tactics to protect the Southwest from an invasion by a foreign government, drug cartels, or possibly terrorist organizations like ISIS.

While some may believe that my program spreads rumors of possible Jade Helm being a prelude to martial law, we concluded the only way this would happen is that there would have to be some sort of mission creep if conditions would warrant a possible “full spectrum control of the area that was specified as “hostile.”

We then contacted various military intel representatives that told us what the objective of Jade Helm was truly about.

We concluded what was happening was a Joint Air Defense Training Simulation better known by its acronym JADE.

The Joint Air Defense Training Simulation was used as an A.I. based holographic simulation, which utilizes during unusual warfare drills in urban warfare settings. It is part of an advanced electronic system to aid the military in warfare operations.

After the Jade Helm exercises came and went without much fanfare, there were many conspiracy theory debunking websites, chiding those who believed that martial law was going to be declared. Each site acknowledged that nothing happened and that it was much ado about nothing.

Well, not exactly.

Operational Analysis of “War Gaming” and the explanation of the JADE holographic simulations was actually found in Raytheon Reference memos which stated that The NATO Modeling and Simulation Group Technical Activity 48 (MSG-048) was chartered to evaluate a Command and Control (C2) Language, Coalition Battle Management Language, for Multinational and NATO C2 collaboration supported by modeling and simulation tools. To achieve this, MSG-048 is using an emerging open technical standard based on the US Joint Battle Management Language (JBML) prototype web services.

It looked like the military upgraded themselves to be cyber ready and electronically fit to face all kinds of attacks both physical and in cyberspace.

What JADE did for the military last year has now mutated into what some are calling a dangerous war game test that has just begun in the forested areas of the Olympic Peninsula.

The US Navy has now taken over the land in that area and will now permanently use and periodically close large swathes of the Olympic National Forest, along with airspace over it and the Olympic National Park as well as the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary, for electromagnetic warfare testing and training.

Their stated goal is to turn the western portion of the Olympic Peninsula and surrounding waters into an Electromagnetic Warfare Range. This means electronic warfare will be will be happening near homes, public lands and waters.

Fish, birds, animals and humans may be exposed to heavy electromagnetic fields, minor EMP tests, and experimental laser and exotic weapons tests.

There is expected to be sonar and microwave tests along with sonar and explosive activity along the Olympic Peninsula.

The Navy proposes to rotate three mobile electromagnetic radiation emitters among 14 sites in the Olympic National Forest, and to build one large fixed emitter at Pacific Beach.

These emitters will simulate an unidentified enemy by sending a variety of signals to be detected by trios of Growler jets, who will detect the signals and fire a “simulated harm shoot” from a directed energy weapon at each one. The Navy has not told the public about what level or type of directed energy constitutes a “simulated harm shoot,” or about the intensity or impacts of using an “Active Electronic Scanning Array” (AESA) to detect these emitter signals over populated areas, or about how such directed energy systems can differentiate between a person with a cell phone or VHF radio and an emitter. Most emitter sites are right at the boundaries of the Olympic National Park or overlooking State, Tribal and private lands.

The Navy has skirted doing a comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for this “project” by claiming there will be “NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT”.

The US Forest Service has accepted this claim and has decided to grant the Navy a long-term permit to use our National Forest roads for mobile “emitters”, which will be emitting powerful electromagnetic radiation.

The question is where are the conspiracy theorists now?

Why did Jade Helm get such an uproarious response and paranoid speculation when reality serves to destroy a beautiful area that should be protected?

The area they will be using is found in the Olympic National Forest where two of the most beautiful wilderness areas in the United States exist.

Majestic glacier-clad peaks rise above temperate rainforest-covered hills. Gorgeous rivers tumble down from the heights and the areas are home to several types of plants and animal species that exist nowhere else on Earth.

In his State of the Union speech, President Obama resorted to levying juvenile jabs at those who question the motives of scientists, and world leaders who push the climate science environmental agenda, while the military industrial complex has decided to take over this land and use it for electronic warfare training which will obviously make an impact on the fragile ecosystem.

The military plans include, flying Growler jets, which are electronic attack aircraft that specialize in radar jamming, in 2,900 training exercises over the wilderness, communities and cities across the Olympic Peninsula for 260 days per year, with exercises lasting up to 16 hours per day.

Now, with the Jade Helm exercises we knew about the electronic surveillance intelligence software that was used – however what is being used now is far more devastating to the wilderness areas of Washington.

Which the Pentagon says is only the beginning to what is coming.

The Navy is crafting a battle plan to retake control of the electromagnetic spectrum, which the Pentagon’s chief of research says we’ve lost. The thing that is most alarming is that this wilderness area is only the beginning and “electromagnetic battle management” systems will be tested in many other regions as the government will be swallowing up land in order to conduct tests.

The military will be allowed to use protected public lands all over the United States for its war games. According to the US Navy’s pamphlet called Information Dominance Roadmap 2013-2028, the Navy states it “will require new capabilities to fully employ integrated information in warfare by expanding the use of advanced electronic warfare.”

There are many places that the military can conduct these tests. There is the Eagle Test Range located near Antelope Island in Utah, plenty of land in Nevada that is owned by the BLM and an area in Mountain Home, Idaho.

The Navy issued an “environmental assessment,” and decided that it would be more convenient to not use these locations in order to save jet fuel and enable their personnel to have more time with their families.

It is also stated in their “assessment literature” that the purpose of these war games is to train to deny the enemy “all possible frequencies of electromagnetic radiation (i.e. electromagnetic energy) for use in such applications as communication systems, navigation systems and defense related systems and components.”

They will also be testing the effects of EMP radiation.

According to a study provided by KC & Associates Investigations and independent research firm, they quote.

“There is substantial and growing evidence that clearly argues there are often severe adverse effects on humans, let alone wildlife, which is of less concern to this office as we are not an environmental group by any stretch (all are ex-military and law enforcement), and the statement in this EA document regarding health risks to humans, that is to say “study data are inconsistent and insufficient at this time” stands alone in arguing against implementation of this training area until such time that the study data are no longer inconsistent and insufficient at this time.”— Summary of Findings KC&A, Director Craig B. Peer-reviewed, published scientific studies about the harmful effects to humans of electromagnetic radiation can be found everywhere. Just do a search on Google for “Electromagnetic fields risk to humans” and you get over 63,000 results, most of which are published scientific studies that chronicle the deadly impact of electromagnetic fields to the human organism.

Nevertheless, the Navy’s war-gaming plans are continuing amid protest and health concerns. These tests also are a flagrant violation of the stated purposes of the National Park Service, and in violation of US code 475, which outlines the purposes for which national forests were established and how they are to be administered:

“No national forest shall be established, except to improve and protect the forest within the boundaries, or for the purpose of securing favorable conditions of water flows, and to furnish a continuous supply of timber for the use and necessities of citizens of the United States; but it is not the purpose or intent of these provisions, or of said section, to authorize the inclusion therein of lands more valuable for the mineral therein, or for agricultural purposes, than for forest purposes.” —US Code 475

Just recently the United States downplayed a supposed mini hydrogen bomb nuclear test in North Korea saying it was really nothing to worry about. This was mostly based in the fact that the North Korean military always embellishes their fire power. There were a few reports that stated that perhaps North Korea were testing a small bomb using hydrogen 3 in order to create a low yield explosion for Electronic Pulse capabilities.

In the wake of this so called downplaying come these tests.

Furthermore, we knew that these tests were being assessed long before the North Korean detonation was even in the news. The Pentagon recently embarked on a $355-billion program for modernizing each aging leg of the U.S. nuclear triad over the next decade.

On September 25th, 2015 The Congressional Research Service presented a 117 page memo entitled “China Naval Modernization: Implications for U.S. Navy Capabilities—Background and Issues for Congress written by Ronald O’Rourke, a Specialist in Naval Affairs.

In the introduction of this memo we read the following:

“This report provides background information and issues for Congress on China’s naval modernization effort and its implications for U.S. Navy capabilities. The question of how the United States should respond to China’s military modernization effort, including its naval modernization effort, is a key issue in U.S. defense planning and budgeting. Many U.S. military programs for countering improving Chinese military forces (particularly its naval forces) fall within the U.S. Navy’s budget. The issue for Congress is how the U.S. Navy should respond to China’s military modernization effort, particularly its naval modernization effort. Decisions that Congress reaches on this issue could affect U.S. Navy capabilities and funding requirements and the U.S. defense industrial base.”

Furthermore, the memo reports:

“China’s naval modernization effort encompasses a broad array of platform and weapon acquisition programs, including anti-ship ballistic missiles (ASBMs), anti-ship cruise missiles (ASCMs), submarines, surface ships, aircraft, and supporting C4ISR (command and control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) systems.

China is fielding an ASBM, referred to as the DF-21D, that is a theater-range ballistic missile equipped with a maneuverable reentry vehicle (MaRV) designed to hit moving ships at sea. DOD states that China continues to field an ASBM based on a variant of the CSS-5 (DF-21) MRBM that it began deploying in 2010. This missile provides the PLA the capability to attack aircraft carriers in the western Pacific. The CSS-5 Mod 5 has a range exceeding 1,500 km [about 810 nm] and is armed with a maneuverable warhead.”

The memo also cites a July 22, 2011, press report states that “China’s military is developing electromagnetic pulse weapons that Beijing plans to use against U.S. aircraft carriers in any future conflict over Taiwan, according to an intelligence report made public on Thursday, July 21, 2011.

The report, produced in 2005 and once labeled ‘secret,’ stated that Chinese military writings have discussed building low yield EMP warheads, but ‘it is not known whether the Chinese have actually done so.

So the confusing message sent by the media is that the low yield nuclear weapons tested by North Korea are not a threat, that a low yield weapon is incapable of an EMP detonation, that China is not really doing anything to shake up the system except creating a devaluation of currency war and that more ratings can be had by not reporting that the military is destroying pristine land, in order to defend a situation that is really not that bad.

We know of course an EMP could knock out the power grid, but serious long-term exposure to radio electronic weaponry, and small pulse detonations could create serious health problems. Some of the serious side effects in the long-term include childhood leukemia, brain tumors, genome-toxic effects, neurological effects and neurodegenerative diseases, immune system deregulation, allergic and inflammatory responses, breast cancer, miscarriage and some cardiovascular effects.

Not to mention the effects these weapons could have on large animals and birds.

The Navy’s assessment includes little discussion of indirect impacts of EMR [electromagnetic radiation] on wildlife.

The question is, when the president speaks to the nation and tells us those who question the idea that the citizens are responsible for the environmental crash that is allegedly happening – why doesn’t he speak of the environmental impact an electromagnetic war game will have on a lush ecosystem that provides water, trees and habitat for a planet whose environmental future is “at stake?”

No one should be able to command a country, which allows for its destruction of vital resources and then lies about its commitment to environmental sustainability in order to keep up appearances in front of the world and the United Nations.
