The Genevieve 'Gen' Lee Story: A Metaphysical Journey

Let me tell you the story about Gen. Gen is from Oakland, she is of Chinese descent. She has been interested in the paranormal since she was 10 years old. One of the first books she read was the ‘Reincarnation of Bridie Murphy’. At this young age, she didn’t have an inkling on what reincarnation was, but this book intrigued her and she found herself taking a journey into the portal of the unknown. But before we talk about Gen’s journey, let’s find out who Gen is in real life. She works as a computer professional, she is a work out freak and one of her hobbies is the art of the Poi. Poi in olden times were used by the Maori to prepare for battle, it was a ritual at times done with fire. Gen got up and started showing me this unusual talent using the Poi. I was impressed. I have been to New Zealand and have actually seen the Maori use flaming Poi in ritual dances. Gen enjoys experiencing life to it’s fullest, she has been to Burning Man, she loves windsurfing, she loves athletic gymnastic pole dancing. She was once an airline stewardess for Trans International Airlines and has been to places like Europe, Hong Kong, Philippines and Japan. On her own she has hitchhiked throughout Europe, has been to Egypt, Guatemala and Crete. One of her most favorable times being on vacation was when she went windsurfing in Bonaire and in Maui.
Gen understands the philosophy of Metaphysics, she calls herself a ‘metaphysician’. She is also an intuitive. She feels she knows things before they happen, she can see things before they happen and she has the capability of seeing and feeling energy. She tells me that her girlfriend gave her a reading and healing in 1984. This changed her life dramatically. She started attending the School of Psychic Horizons, associated with The Church of Natural Grace in San Francisco. She had clairvoyant training, she practiced deep mediation and grasped the power of healing herself and others. She learned the importance of healing work and working with energy that surrounds her. Her philosophy is that we are all here on this Earth for a purpose. It is essential to clear our issues and heal ourselves. She tells me that our souls are imprinted with various energy and it is important to relieve the obstacle energy from our aura and bring in the positive energy.
She will never forget on how paranormal self-awareness became a standing point in her life. She was with her girlfriend one night. Everything was quiet, there was one candle lit and Gen and her girlfriend started talking to Bob, a mutual friend that passed away. As they carried on their conversation with Bob, the rocking chair on its own accord started rocking back and forth, then it stopped abruptly. Bob was a practical joker in real life and this was probably a way for him to communicate to Gen and her girlfriend in a practical joking way.
Gen used to dabble with the Ouija Board and she contacted 4 entities on 3 separate occasions. One entity was a little boy that claimed he died on a horse drawn wagon back in the 1800s, when one of the horses bucked and threw him off the wagon. Another time, an angry girl made contact with Gen and was using curse words to communicate with Gen. Then the angry girl stopped communicating and a man spirit started communicating with Gen telling her the angry girl was just jealous. The man spirit talked pleasantly to Gen. Her final contact with the Ouija Board was with a Chinese woman that died on Angel Island. With the contacts that Gen made on the Ouija Board, it was finally enough for her and she abandoned the use of the Ouija Board.
One of the healings that Gen has done was once when she was in Crete and she was hiking on a hill with another woman. That woman had vertigo imbalance. She assisted the woman and discovered she had a past life that was causing her vertigo. She began the healing process on this woman and the vertigo was vanquished. Before she knew it, the woman was running around the hilltop like a mountain goat.
Gen had me meditate with her and she started reading my past life. She told me that I was an old soul, that I was once a Roman scribe, that was respected and well-known throughout the Roman community. I had 6 other scribes working under me. I was a Roman scribe for 50 years. She saw another past life that I once had. She said I lived in 1352, that I sailed on a ship that seemed to originate from Italy. She said that in this persona, I was very adventurous. It appeared that I wrote in the Captain’s log. I was involved in a major ship wreck and swam a long distance to an island. There were 2 survivors of this ship and I was one of the survivors. I lived out my remaining life on this island. What is somewhat interesting is that I had the fear of water when I was young. When I was a little boy, I almost drowned in the river and my dad saved me. When I was a teenager, I almost drowned in my brother’s swimming pool in Benicia and my dad again saved me as he jumped into the swimming pool with a full suit on and his toupee flew off into the water. It was a comical sight, but good ol’ dad saved me once again from drowning. I am a moderate swimmer now, but I still have a hesitation when I go into deep water.
Gen has seen her own past life and she makes claim of being an Egyptian priestess three times. She had laid down on a sarphogus in Egypt and the memories of her past life came to her. She felt like she knew Egyptian history already and felt like she was part of this culture.

She explains to me that when she encounters obstructive energy from someone, her healing process is like taking off the layers of an onion, she peels off a piece of negative energy one at a time. There are not that many people I know, that are familiar with the Summerian clay tablets and Gen was able to relate the story of Enki aka Ea and Enlil. I was impressed. She is definitely a knowledgeable lady. Gen will conclude this article in the next paragraph. Thank you Gen for this wonderful interview that gives us an insight into your life.

I believe that each of us come into this Earth plane with a blueprint of what we want to accomplish in this life, a list of things we want to learn, a group of people we plan on meeting and associating with in this life.
But once we are born into this realm, things happen. We lose the memory of what we have set out to do, we get entangled in situations and people that change our direction. Things become unclear and muddy.
My purpose is to help those who want help in making things clearer for themselves. I help clear and heal this obstacles that have hampered people from being on their true path. I do not do all the work, but rather make it easier for people to become the souls they aspire to be, to help them understand why things have happened the way they have, to heal the soul.
It is my sincere hope that all souls strive to be the best they can be and want to be. I am willing to help them do that. Just reading my words here, can impact you if you allow it. You can be more aware and allow yourself to be more.

Resignation of Paul Dale Roberts, Ghostwriter
This will be my last message on HPI Meetup. I just want to say it has been fun working with everyone and writing stories for HPI. All good things must come to an end and it’s time for me to be moving on.
I will still continue to write paranormal investigation and paranormal articles once a week. I guess, that is why they say I am so prolific, I never quit. (smile) The articles will not reflect upon HPI, but will reflect upon WPRT Paranormal Radio, in which I am their content editor. The articles will be under the umbrella of WPRT Paranormal Radio, but the team name will be PRU (Paranormal Reconnaissance Unit). PRU will be investigating all things paranormal. Right now, I have many stories to pursue in which I will be bringing a few people with me. At a later time, (keep reading my articles), I will be setting up a team for PRU, that will consist of the following:

For example riding on the lightrail today, I started talking with a stranger about the paranormal. This person lives in a house that is over 70 years old and she says it’s haunted. I asked her if she would mind an investigation. The answer was yes. So, investigations are not hard to come by, all you have to do is be friendly, smile and talk. Ever once in a while, you will see an HPI article, but it will be in a specialized category. Example: Reincarnation Case Study: Pirate Festival in Vallejo. Shannon has some brilliant ideas and I will be working on those specialized HPI articles only. I have always enjoyed working with Shannon, she’s a fantastic lady!
I am still under contract with Gold Rush Ghosts and will continue writing articles for this organization too.
So, I will still be very busy, but it will give me some flexibility to write more specialized articles on various other paranormal subjects. I have a UFO abduction case interview I will be doing probably this week and I am doing a preliminary investigation (as a representative of WPRT) in the town of Washington and another one in Rocklin. From the Earth
The immortal storm is the spirit of all tempests in the universe. The storm can be physical; watering the seeds of the land, or it can be metaphysical and reside within your heart, mind or soul. The immortal storm is healing, powerful and beautiful, springing forth life in all realms.
There is life and there is destruction, there is recreation and love.
Everywhere that we look, there is something divine, around us. To limit its existence is to also limit, what is beyond that. The galaxy is expanding, as our hearts divide and multiply.
Let me take you on this journey, into another world; and perhaps you are the ship and I am the angel guiding you through the river, like the Styx, winding to the underworld. We weave inside and out, through waves of indecisions and doubt, to find out the truth.
We leave time behind us and our trail becomes trodden into the dirt’s of death and resurrection, our coffins, are the ships that sail us over the threshold of the afterworld, until the wood rots and fairies take home, inside of them. Than we sail the galaxy, like the Milky Way is the vastest ocean and we can swim through space, without practice. We can all swim these waters, as celestial beings.
I will guide you through. Below, is a mix of myths and legends, concerning storms, which are from separate cultures; the ones that I chose, is those with the most information, which I can gather and retell to you. If you feel yourself drawn towards a particular deity, I hope you further study, to find them, in the world.
Hadad
Hadad is a storm and rain God from ancient Mesopotamian culture. The Amorites introduced him officially as Adad. He is often depicted as a God with bull horns and a beard. He is referred to as the lord of the skies.
Without the presence of this God, there are oftentimes curses on the land and people, such as starvation, disease and war. With the presence of this God, many glorious things may happen such as; you will overcome enemies, have good health and plentiful crops, will grow on your home lands.
Horus
Horus is the god of the sky and kingship. He is most often symbolized as a God with a falcon head. In Egyptian hieroglyphics, the falcon symbol represents him. He oversees all the people of land, from his high position in the heavens.
In the ancient land of Egypt, the pharaoh is thought to be an incarnation of this God. In death, the pharaoh will take on the spirit of Osiris. Horus lives on through these kingships, always ruling over with divine authority.
Eyes of Horus
The symbol of the eye of Horus is thought to bring protection and stands for royal authority and power. The right eye is linked to the sun and the left with the moon. Seen together, is very lucky but, apart, circumstances may be less than favorable.
Popularly, this image is shaped into funerary amulets. It was a desired energy, to use and to ward off all evil. It is found in the tombs of ancient Egyptians. It is used as a central focus piece on jewelry. There are seven different representations of this image.
Indra
Indra is a deity from Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism. He personifies lightning, thunder and storms. He is a good God and goes against the evil, Vritra. He does not want the people of the world to become enlightened, or they may become more powerful than him.
In Buddhism, Indra rules the realm of reincarnation. He possesses a magical lightning bolt known as Vajra. He is depicted on a white elephant named Airavata, occasionally shown with three heads. He lives in the heavens on Mount Meru.
Jupiter
In Roman mythology, Jupiter is the God of the skies and storms. Jupiter is king of the gods until Christianity becomes more popular in the area. He is usually displayed with an eagle and a thunderbolt, to represent this.
Offerings to Jupiter included an ox with gilded horns, white animals and other tokens of victory, laid upon his feet. This would be a way to give thanks and ensure peace and comfort for this culture, for the future.
Oya
Oya is a spirit of the rain, storms, wind, death and rebirth. Oya is an Orisha, which is a spirit, in Latin America, that lives in the spiritual realm. They are represented by the color white. These Orisha commonly come from the Yoruba religions. They made their way into new world culture, through the Atlantic slave trade.
Oya is said to have nine children. She is queen of the river, Niger. She commands the elements of water and wind. She is a fierce and unbeatable warrior, who controls the mysteries of the realm of the dead. She has many powers.
Rán
She is the Nordic goddess of the sea and storms. She happens to have a net that can trap all men who venture onto her waters. She catches the souls of all those, who she does not deem worthy to live; Those who she does not respect, whose gone against those Gods she adores (such as Loki), or those who cross her.
Rán is one of the deities who is a female, in this universe. It appears that she has a strong will against those whom she either favors or abhors. The ocean where men’s lives are lost, is referred to as her bed.
Sídhe
The Aos Sí, also known as aes sídhe, is a race of magical beings, such as fae or elves. They are said to be the creatures that can cause storms and blow the wind in whatever direction, they decide. They live behind the supernatural veil, in the Earth and in nature.
These magical beings protect their homes ruthlessly. These homes can be; fairy rings, trees and mounds of the Earth. Once they are set onto a task, they fiercely work, until it is accomplished and also protect their homes savagely. When a person spots them, they can be beautiful or ugly, choosing how they appear to mortals and the like, kind or cruel.
Thor
Thor is a Norse God associated with fertility, lightning, oak trees, storms and the protection of mankind. He is the strongest of all Gods and men. He is noted for such acts as; killing giants, guiding those who traveled by sea and traveling the sky with two goats, Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjóstr, who are regenerated from their bones each night. As he rides through the heavens, pulled by these goats, the friction causes storms.
He holds onto a holy artifact called Mjölnir, which is a powerful hammer, which is so strong, it can level a mountain. This hammer was made by the dwarf brothers Sindri and Brokkr. It is said that the handle is extremely short because, of a mistake made in the creation process. All mistakes can be summed up to fate, in one form or another.
Zeus
In Greek mythology, Zeus is the ruler of Olympia, where the Gods dwell. He is the king of the sky, rain and storms. He overthrows his father, Cronus, God of time, to become supreme. His holy artifact is a powerful weapon thunderbolt.
Zeus can control all storms, on Heaven and Earth, at his whim. He rises to his emotions easily. He can be noble and right, or unjust and cruel. He judges the deeds of men and Gods. He likes to reward the good and severely punish the immoral.
Immortal Storm
These immortal legends surround us, giving birth to powerful ideas and concepts. The comfort that comes with believing in yourself, the universe and your heart is incredible. I hope that you can find yourself in these pieces of the otherworld.
If we can channel ourselves through these stories, surely, we can find the source of the hurting and gather enough information, to heal. Always look to the future, with hope and do not look for guidance from the past, use love to discern and know that, the present is where the blessing is at.
