While I do not think this ET alien is from our future, why is it tied up or restrained? That is really bad form. I checked the RF of this signal and it can be derived from the count up crystal the ET aliens use in their saucers. I really think it is believable because what they have said back in 26 Nov. 1977 has come to pass.

3. ALIEN RADAR FREQUENCIES
These ET aliens are telepathic. The treacherous way they are treated can be picked up by others of their kind in near-aby spacecraft or even on their home worlds (which is likely four satellites of a Jupiter like planet orbiting Alpha Centauri A).
For God’s sake, our reputation has been so tarnished by our inhuman treatment of them when we capture them. They must think all of us are monsters. Just listen to the threats being made to this being.
There are at least four nearby species that visit Earth regularly. We want their technology so we can kill each other more effectively. Our leaders and our elite are genocidal psychopaths and they assume that that ET aliens visiting us are likewise. They are not, we are the monsters.
We are largely not telepathic as they are because we are a ‘Warrior’ species, and if we were telepathic, we could easily ‘sense’ what the ‘enemy’ was thinking. A few of us are telepathic, and these ones can be used to communicate with the captured ET aliens.
