If You Want to Survive What’s Ahead, You’ll Need to Read This! Bloodcurdling Document Exposed and You Wont Believe What it Has in Store...

By Lisa Haven

Many, including myself, have been eagerly awaiting the infamous arrival of the Net Neutrality Document that was passed weeks ago by the FCC. The details came Thursday in the form of a 400 page document that included all the laws and regulations the FCC will be forcing on internet provides who now fall under the category of “telecommunications” thereby officially classifying them as a utility.

We all now know that Net Neutrality was created by the FCC (government) in order to fix a problem that didn’t exist and I quote: “Net Neutrality, A Solution That Doesn’t Work to a Problem That Doesn’t Exist.”

As a result this sparked fears among many internet users as to why such regulations were implemented behind our backs and how such regulations will impact them in the future.

Well now I have the answers! I have read through all the pages of Net Neutrality and in the video below I dive through it and expose what’s been hidden under the radar. To be frank, you many not like what I uncover, so just a forewarning…

Here are some “quick highlights” noted by PC world.com (Not all are listed, as there are many darker ones included in the video above):

— Broadband providers are prohibited from blocking or throttling legal Web traffic and from accepting payment to prioritize traffic. [Page 7.]

— The order justifies a “catch-all” standard against these potential broadband provider actions by quoting statesman Benjamin Franklin: “A little neglect may breed great mischief.” [Page 9, paragraph 21.]

— The FCC will also police future broadband practices. The commission will prohibit, on a case-by-case basis, “practices that unreasonably interfere with or unreasonably disadvantage the ability of consumers to reach the Internet content, services, and applications of their choosing or of edge providers to access consumers using the Internet.” [Page 59, paragraph 135.]

— The commission will allow broadband subscribers and Web companies to file complaints about net neutrality violations. A description of the complaint process runs from page 104 to 118.

— Broadband access is now a regulated telecommunications service, subject to some rules governing the traditional telephone network. [Page 10, paragraph 29.]

— The commission, however, will forebear from applying large parts of Title II of the Telecommunications Act, the portion of the law that covers regulated telecom services, to broadband providers. “This is Title II tailored for the 21st Century.” [Page 12.]

— The order does not apply the new rules to back-end interconnection agreements among ISPs, backbone providers and Web services like Netflix. It does however allow the commission to regulate those deals in the future. [Pages 10 and 11.] While the FCC has more than a decade of experience looking at last-mile broadband practices, it lacks a “similar depth of background in the Internet traffic exchange context.” [Page 11, paragraph 31.]

— Reasonable network management by broadband providers is allowed, but defined as a practice with a “primarily technical network management justification.” [Page 11, paragraph 32.]

— Mobile data plans that allow for sponsored data, for example, music downloads not counted against a data cap, are not prohibited by the order. The commission will address mobile data caps on a case-by-case basis. [Pages 66 to 68.] >>PCWorld.com

mitch51 is a SHILL. Anyone that uses the terms “Fear Porn” or “Tin Foil Hat” are known key words to tell other gov shills they are shills without revealing themselves. No person ever uses those terms in real life so BEWARE!

        • Burgo

known keywords?? mate take your meds

Burgo – You must be way way in the outback and in the butt, that use a turtle to communicate… Yes this has been told many times and seem to follow the trolls and shills wording. Anyone can read and see their pattern of deadbeat, who sell their hearts and souls of their children and nation… I am not your mate, nor would I be. What a outback loser who loves his animals, as their are no other humans around. Those mates are you talking about?

I find this quite funny, that after the ‘fear alert’, not one single thing was printed here that scares me in the least. I mean, all those ‘talking points’ that Lisa points out might be scary to the big Internet Providers, intent on fleecing everyone on all sides (especially the end user, who they try to get to buy the fastest package that the user can afford, then try to shank him instantly with bandwidth governance and restrictions of access).

In fact, by Lisa making a point out of this, I am quite convinced now that she must work for Comcast, or other unruly, unethical business that seeks to sell you 100 mb/sec connection services for $150 a month, then throttle you down to 25 mb/sec after you’ve signed on, laughing at you all the time that no one can stop them.

Make a law to make this practice go away and be fair, and you have Lisa and the ilk screaming ‘stop the Feds, they want to hurt you’. Obviously, she’s talking to the providers, not the Christians out there. I guess.

      Right Lisa?

      Hello Angle#1,

You must remember there WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE INTERNET. NOTHING!</B. It is working fine and now that this illegal government agency has gotten its paws, er claws in it expect, as they say, for taxes and YOUR COST to go up because of THEIR bureaucracy, (which is NOT NEEDED) and which really means pay US protection money so we can live off of you!

And they always use the excuse of something "being unfair" but never look at themselves of committing it. We all know how this works. Create the problem then offer the solution.

So, Angle#1 this means more bureaucracy will be needed (watch) because of the "solution". Next year see the cost of your internet go up.

The solution (and you never offer solutions) is the captains of industry disregarding the nonsense rules and YOUR support (i.e. We the People) by ignoring it also.

Why? It is not Constitutional and they are not securing your rights (what you consented they be elected to) but meddling in your affairs contrary to what the Constitution really says.

      Signed,

Charlie (pelt them with doughnuts, I say!)

There were many valid complaints, and the FCC handled them appropriately until the courts decided that the FCC could not do that anymore unless the Internet was classified as Title II. The Internet was fine only because it was being regulated, and many people apparently didn’t know it. I know of instances where Verizon and Comcast throttled traffic or disallowed apps of competitors (to their ancillary services, not the network itself, as there basically has not been any real network competition, partly due to collusion between the major providers not to interfere in each others’ territory), and it pissed me off.

      An important post. Thank you.

If you have ever had to complain about poor telephone service, all you had to do is say you were going to complain to the Public Service Commission and the phone companies would have a coronary trying to get you taken care of but if you complained about poor internet there was really nothing you could do.. they didn’t really care, there was nothing you could do to hurt them because they were not regulated. Now they are.

“FEAR PORN” being made illegal is another (of multiple) ways of saying unpopular opinions are now going to be punishable by law. Given that we “locally” are not informed enough to decide what may or may not be popular “globally”, You and I will not get to decide what exactly is unpopular. Daily updates are not easily defensible in court so there will have to be a government oversight extension committee set up to decide what (on the grand scale) we will and will not be allowed to speculate on. This will ensure net neutrality by setting up specific guidelines that “We The People” will be allowed to speculate within, without offending anyone (the greatest threat to freedom in 2015), thereby insuring that we all have the same internet and by extension protecting our core freedoms like freedom of Expression, Opinion, and Ideas.
      Consider the following…
Marijuana will be legal soon. Until then the easiest way to maintain the mandatory prison headcount has been to fill it with potheads from the “war on drugs”. What happens when they stop being arrested? Those Contracts are legally binding and lawsuits would abound if they are not met. Wouldn’t it now be just as easy to say the the “criminals of the new age are online terrorists”? First there are citations and fines but how long until they start arresting for offending specific individuals online?
Given the wide diversity of the internet, Just about everything is offensive to somebody. Think about it.
