★ #JusticeForPhillipWhite Movement ★ PROOF! RAW FOOTAGE of Vineland Police Officers Attacking and Ordering a Dog to bite Phillip White.

NEW VIDEO. “The #WalterScott case is the answer to #JusticeForPhillipWhite” … If you remember nothing else, remember that one thing. It’s completely 100% obvious now. The witnesses didn’t lie… When Vineland Police Department Officers beat Phillip White he wasn’t even moving. No resistance at all… But still being violently punched in the head and bit repeatedly by a police dog who was ordered to attack. While this was happening, another Vineland Police Department Officer stands at White’s feet and screams, “He’s grabbing for my gun”… When it is 100% clear that White was in no condition to do so, nor was he anywhere in range to pull off this life-threatening move. This is the same situation from the #WalterScott case. Like #WalterScott, moments later, Phillip White was pronounced dead. 

Phillip “Capone” White obviously needed help and no one came to his rescue. Instead he was treated like his life didn’t even matter. Witnesses reported White being in respiratory distress. It is also reported that witnesses say White was unjustly beat down by Officers before being on the ground in the footage below. Local residents continue to empathetically imply he simply needed medical attention but was instead unjustly and violently beaten down, very possibly contributing to White’s sudden and tragic death while in their custody. Where is the compassion with our Vineland Police Officers these days? How could such unprofessional and criminal behavior happen at the hands of a Vineland Police Officer? … Questions many in the community are rightfully asking and demanding answers to.
